I take my 3 daughter to let's Smile. They're so patient with little kids. Great customer service!

Dr. Abeer Zletni is WORST pediatric dentist we ever experience. Dr. Abeer Zletni did sealents on my daugher's permanent molars and filling on baby teeth( that didn't need to be done). All the work Dr. Abeer Zletni did, did not last for 3 months. I paid out of my pocket close to $200. Dr. Abeer Zletni is just avaricious person. We have been there for over 2 years. Dr. Abeer Zletni was not the first dentist we saw. Dr. Abeer Zletni is not original dentist we started with. Dr. Abeer Zletni never, not even once mention or educate us about dental hygiene. We are no longer there and I had to spend more money to fix what she did. And the office will not refund me.

My daughter had her first extraction with Let's Smile, so she was naturally nervous and scared. The staff made her feel comfortable. Dr. Zletni was quick and seamless. Post op was pain free for my daughter.

Our visit with Karen and Dr. Brown was amazing as always. Those at the front were also great including Roxanne. The whole staff always greets us so warmly and my kids enjoy coming to the office, which says a lot.

Everything went good very nice Dr Zletni and Ms Caren, the whole team is beautiful Thank you so much, i really recommend for parents to take their kids to let's smile dental, they won't regret it!

Unfortunately, priority is not the health of your child, what's easier for them. We were charged full price for a service we didn't receive. Waited 2 weeks for a procedure, on the day we were told, we need something different. Lost time and our kids dental health. I cannot recommend this place to any parent.

My daughter had such a good time today. The rooms are very colorful, she loved watching Cocomelon while her teeth were cleaned! She was given a goodie bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, two tokens for toys and two balloons! The balloons were definitely a big plus. Both hygienist and doctor worked very well with my daughter, at her level, they were very nice and did a great job! It was just a good experience and I know my daughter won't be afraid of going to the dentist!

We're happy with Let's smile doctors and staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Communication is also open when it comes to financing and any work that needs to be done. Thanks Let's Smile!

This was one of the best trips my kids had to the dentist. Oddly they talked about it the rest of their day and they're excited to go back. They also loved the selfie machine.

This has been my child's pediatric dentists office for the past 10 years and we are now using their orthodontic services as well. Never had any problems here, staff always friendly, organized, consistent, gentle, caring. They offer laughing gas for procedures and have the latest equipment. All the hygienists and providers have always been very nice, receptionists are also kind. Highly recommend this dentists office for children.

As usual, this practice is amazingly fantastic! Every member of the team works so well with each other and they have a well-planned system in place. From the time you call them from outside to tell them you're there to the check-in process, temperature scanning, treatment area, making the next appointment and checking out with a school pass in your. hand- this practice somehow gets you in and out- treating every problem you can throw at them and taking the time to explain details to us when we look confused- all while giving us the personalized care and individualized attention we are all looking for when choosing orthodontics (or anyone our kids encounter) for our family. Dr. Kang takes the time to listen, empathize and offer needed advice when so many medical/dental practices aren't able to give this because of time constraints. Let's Smile has always been a bright spot on our calendar- with both of our kids. Thank you for being you- we are blessed to have you in our lives- muah!

The staff was so kind to my son during a very difficult appointment. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain to him what all of the tools were and how they were going to use them and for their patience and gentleness when he was feeling anxious and scared.

Dr. Kato and the hygienist were kind and patient with my 2 year old and 4 year old. I'm so thankful we found such an incredible practice. Always a great experience!

The office and the staff are so welcoming and inviting, they do a good job of talking your kids through what they're going to do so that the dental experience is a positive one even if it's new or scary for them. Plus the office is decorated so fun for kids with lots of fun things to look at while you are getting your teeth cleaned.

Dr Brown and the dental hygienist at Let's Smile Dental were awesome with my 2 year old's first dentist cleaning. They introduced every instrument to my little one, letting him touch the instruments, and naming them - like mister thirsty, let him sit against my husband and played cocomelon above. Such a good experience even with a lot of cleaning to do.

We have wonderful experience with dental smile, excellent customer service, wonderful explanation about the procedure by Dr. Brown & staff. Above all very friendly Office. recommend for anyone looking for dentists for kids!

I recommend this dentist 100 %, the staff is very kind and professional. I really liked that they took the time explaining to me and my daughters the different treatments and help us to take the better decision for them. My daughter is wearing invisaligns and she's so happy and feels very comfortable with them. I couldn't been more happy with my daughter's dentist!

I have been going here for several years for my children. We have always received great service and dental treatments. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist!

My 3 year old daughter had her first dental appointment last week at Let's smile dental at Fairfax Corners. She immediately felt comfortable there! The office is very kid friendly and clean. Karen and Dr. Brown made the experience of a dental cleaning fun. They were both very kind and professional. They answered all questions I had. My daughter was excited afterwards when she got a balloon and a new Moana toothbrush. We loved our visit at Let's Smile dental. I recommend them to everyone looking for a pediatric dentist for their children!

Previously have had great experience here, but service seems to have changed. The hygienist seemed to not have experience within children and was a bit rough with him and didn't communicate what she was doing well. The appointment felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable.

I've had two separate occasions where I've gone in for an appointment. Only to be told my appointment was at the Springfield location! We have never gone to that location! Only to be told to make another appointment, as our time did not matter once again! Will take my children elsewhere!

Super friendly staff. Love having Fatima and Dr Brown taking care of our toddler's teeth. He had to come a couple of times due to a fall that caused trauma to a couple of teeth. Despite the circumstances, the team made the experience pleasant for our son and myself. He actually loves coming to the dentist.

My 2-year old daughter had an absolutely amazing experience here! The office is warm and welcoming. The hygienist, Dana, was lovely. She showed us around and was very compassionate. Dr. Brown was friendly and took her time making my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter was actually sad to leave and cried in the parking lot! I am very thankful for this dental practice and I highly recommend it!

I think the staff are courteous and friendly. Perhaps a little slower education with the braces. It was"rushed" somewhat.

Took my daughter here for the first time today and I cannot believe how amazing this practice is. From the initial phone call when scheduling, to the check in process, to the hygienist. everyone is SO AMAZING. I would recommend them 100 times over and I am so glad we decided to come here!

We switched to this practice after a less-than-satisfactory experience for our toddler at another location after hearing positive reviews from a friend. This review is based on our 2 visits this far. Pros: The office is very kid friendly and stimulating with themed rooms and colorful murals. There's also a lovely play area to keep the children distracted while waiting for their appointments.

The staff is friendly and patient with hesitant children. The kids are given a balloon and a token redeemable for a small toy afterwards, which my daughter really enjoyed. Cons: The check-in process was slight chaos due to renovations and lack of organisation. Dentist applied fluoride during an emergency appointment (after a fall) without informing me. We personally would have declined if we were informed of the procedure. Not a stroller friendly location. No room in waiting area or rooms for a stroller.

Came in today for a check-up for my son. The hygienists are so phenomenal with kids. I'm still taken aback when I come in. Everyone is so friendly and patient. It's the perfect place to bring your kids. Dr. Holmes identified a small cavity which she was able to fill right on the spot! So beyond convenient. I also love that billing came to confirm with me the services, prices, and payment due at the visit before the dentist went forward with the filling. My son is so comfortable coming here, too, that we will be coming back for years to come! (.hopefully without any cavities!)

They made me an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am, I showed up on time and the office was closed. This is so unprofessional

We had an appointment at this place 6 months ago. They suggested the services for the total of $3800, which include head gear to be worn for 6 months and two front teeth to be pulled. These seemed a bit too much, especially for 9 y/o boy. So we decided to seek second opinion. Guess what? Turned out we didn't have to wear that gear. Those two teeth suppose to fall out on their own, which they did yesterday. In the end, we ended up paying a little over $2500. Be very careful if you decided to work with Let's smile. They appear to be in the race of price gauging.

Thrilled to have them as my daughters new dentist! Our first visit today was amazing! From the friendly greeting from the receptionist, our amazing dental technician that worked so well with my daughter and provided a kind and patient atmosphere, and Dr. Holmes was friendly and efficacy! We've got our next appointment set and we can't wait to come back!

My son and I were visiting form Seattle, and on our way to the airport he fell down the stairs. I immediately took him over to Let's Smile. The staff was amazing! Within 2 minutes we were seated in a room and Dr. Ghatri was so kind and gentle with my son. They made a traumatic experience so much better, my son came in crying and left laughing and smiling : I cannot say enough about how professional and awesome everyone at this office is. Pleased with the overall experience. I was nervous taking my 15 month old to his first dental appointment. I had read the reviews on Yelp, made sure they accepted my insurance / Delta Dental, and saw pictures to make sure it was kid friendly. Kid friendly - YES! Upon our arrival, they have a fun mural of some underwater sea things. Over to your left, there is a kid play area.

My son immediately went in and played to his hearts content. Check in - Not so bad. It was a long paperwork process, that I missed out on the tour :( (My husband took our son on the tour with the dental assistant). Dental Assistant - She was friendly, tried to calm down our son - who was just having it. Even the balloon did not work. But at least you know you will get a free balloon! Dentist - Dr. Holmes, was super friendly, informative. Perks - Love the No Cavities Program, where if your child does not have any cavities for a certain period, you can enter them into a raffle and win a free pizza party! I loved the idea! What a neat idea and fun way to come back. I love goody bags, got a free toothbrush and dental pick for my little one. Coming back? Yes!

Was referred here because I hated my child's dentist so much and since he has special needs I am very picky. Had our appt and the staff was amazing, especially Enrique. He made my son feel at ease and made the experience for him feel fun. I can now say I have a stable dentist for my son! Cant wait to go back! THANK YOU!
