Dr Makram has done a crown and an implant for me. His skill, perfectionism, and use of technology leads to a prosthetic tooth that fits perfectly and feels completely natural immediately. No grinding, adjusting, modifying other contact teeth. Just a new tooth that feels just like the old one. Amazing.

I started seeing Dr. Makram a year ago and it is the best thing I did. He and every one of his staff is professional and friendly. The office is very clean and efficient. He explains everything and is conscious of your pain. The fact that he creates a crown in the office and you don't have to wait a week is great!

Dr. Makram, his dental assistants, and office staff are awesome. He is a caring dentist, makes sure you are comfortable and goes to great lengths to make sure that your smile looks great. The dental assistants are so caring and friendly helps to make you relax. Office staff are friendly and greet you by your first name.

Love this office! Anna at the front desk is so warm and kind. Gail my hygienist was so gentle and thorough! Dr Makram and his wife always make you feel comfortable and genuinely care about their patients! Karina the assistant always pops in to say hello even if I lm just there for a cleaning! During these uncertain times, one thing is always certain: Dr. Makram continues to provide wonderful service. I always admired Dr. Makram's ability to adapt to the newest technology and provide the most innovating technology but I was truly impressed with my most recent visit. His ability to quickly adapt during these unprecedented times is what sets him apart from the others.
He and his staff are always pleasant and smiling! His office is always clean. You can tell that Dr. Makram and his hygienists take the time to do it right the first time. I've been going to Dr. Makram for years and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Extremely upset. Last week I saw Dr. Makram about an issue with one of my teeth. He determined I need my tooth pulled. Previous to the appt., I sent them my x-rays from August, but of course, they needed to take more. He suggested I get it done before the end of the year, but he had no availability to extract the tooth. The x-rays and consult was $190.
He recommended Dr. Moe, an oral surgeon to extract the tooth. They scheduled an appt. for me today and Dr. Moe's office called me yesterday. They said they will need to take x-rays, as the ones they received from Dr. Makram's office weren't good enough (seeing a theme here) and they might need to do a "360?" x-ray? Dr. Moe's office said they will need to charge me another $210 for a consultation and x-rays and I will have to come back for the extraction. I really question the integrity and ethics going on here of both offices. Every x-ray isn't good enough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Makram for about 10 years. In those ten years, I have had nothing but great experiences, from the front desk to the hygienists for routine cleaning, to Dr. Makram for more extensive work. Today I had to go in for a partial crown from a back tooth that broke a few weeks ago. Dr. Makram was able to "build" the crown in house and take care of everything in one appointment.
He made the process simple and painless (well, about as painless as you could expect for a partial crown!) I would highly recommend Dr. Makram, and I have to a number of clients and friends.

I had appointment this morning at 9:10 and the receptionist called me at 8:30 to tell me the dental hygienist was ill therefore they had to cancel my appointment. At this point I already had a babysitter at my house and was on my way to there office! I understand people get ill, but this is why a well ran establishment like this should have more than one hygienist available! Needless to say they lost me and anyone else I know as a client! I also told the receptionist that I felt like they owed me and she said we don't owe you anything. Way to keep your clients!

I had an emergency on Friday, March 7th. I woke up with what I was sure was an abscessed tooth. I had been a patient at Dr. Makram's office for 7-8 years. I called and was told that Dr. Makram was not working, but that they would get me into someone and that they would alert Dr. Makram to my call. They sent me to Bonita Springs to an endodontic group.
They were closed. I called Makram's office and was told the endodontic group had not told them the phones were forwarded to their Ft. Myers office they could order a prescription for me. I asked if Dr. Makram had been notified of my problem and that we were leaving Monday AM on a one week cruise. Jennifer assured me that Dr. Makram was aware of my condition.
I NEVER received a call from him or his office until Monday, March 10th at 10AM---long after we had left on our cruise. My husband found a dentist that was open on Saturday and I was not only able to get in to see him, but he did a root canal that day. His receptionist called me when I got home that afternoon to see how I was doing AND the dentist called me personally on Sunday morning to see how I was doing. Needless to say, I have left Makram for Park Dental and Dr. Long. I want a dentist that will take care of me if and when I have a problem. Dr. Long will do that, Dr. Makram proved he will not.

I received a letter in the mail from this dentist now, he states that we must work in an "atmosphere of trust" and the fact that I have left him a bad review for sending me an additional bill has caused him to end our dentist-client relationship. In fact, I have even had a cleaning done at his office this year, just a few months ago. Basically he is pissed by the truth, then he had one of his friends write a review here on yelp to make him look better than he actually is. What a quack!

I have never walked out of a dentist office thinking "wow, that was a great visit" until now! I had a wonderful experience at Mark Makram's office. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities are immaculate! The best part was watching a beautiful flat screen TV during my cleaning :) Mark was kind, welcoming and straight to the point which I love!
I have already recommended several friends to use this dentist and will never be going anywhere else in Naples! I also had no issues with my insurance or billing unlike the last person. I was in and out in under an hour! :)
