SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. IDK what is wrong with Nogales AZ. worst medical clinic ever coming from south Phoenix and Tucson. this is by far the scariest place to visit. medical needs are nothing to joke about they do not care about any humans wellbeing. travel if you need to but do not take your children, loved ones or selves here.

The front office people are unprofessional. The new receptionist is the rudest person ever and she borderline violates HIPAA every time I go there. She made sure to shout out the reason for my appointment to everyone there. She also made me repeat my reason for being there multiple times. I guess patient confidentiality is a suggestion and not a priority at this place.

You better believe I will be complaining to my insurance about this place. I didn't catch the receptionist's name but if I go there and she makes everyone know my reason for being there (which violates my privacy as a patient) I will be asking for her name and reporting her and this clinic to the office of civil rights.

I have to say that the customer service is unprofessional, the schedulers that answer never want to give you their name. I guess it's not their fault maybe there is no accountability to their office manager. The workers are a reflection of their superiors. I have worked in the medical scheduling field for years and could answer professionally and always give my Name because I am sure of the service I am giving.

If I ran that call center believe me our customer service would be extraordinary. Do these people understand that because of their customers they have a job. People start calling your insurance companies and let them know how their service is. These offices are run paid through medicare and they are as audited and need to be committed to the public. Start complaining so the insurances can make them liable.

Dr. Hernandez from pediatrics is the most rude, unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever encountered in healthcare. She talks down at patients as if they are stupid. She does not speak proper english and even has a very hard time articulating in spanish so it is very hard to understand her. She has extremely bad breath noticeable even wearing a mask which makes it hard to take serious when you cannot take care of your own personal hygiene. Tried to Diagnose my son with serious condition after a total of 30 seconds of evaluation. What a joke!

Biggest issue is them not posting medications to the pharmacy on time. Month to month, even though I solicit the refill well before I run out of medication, I still have no medication days. When I call the pharmacy, it's always the same issue, waiting for the clinic to send in refill.

AWFUL SERVICE I came here to get an updated prescription on Adderall. I am clinically diagnosed with ADHD and have medical records as proof for the condition. So I scheduled an appointment (I believe with Guerrero) and firstly, she refused to ask or check my medical records. She assumed I was one of those students that take the drug recreationally.

I tried to tell her that I have been taking the meds before and I have proof, including neural scans. Instead she told me to get urine tested to make sure I was not some drug addict. I take the test and wait for two weeks from her response. It was an "I don't know" and she wanted me to go get tested at some other clinic. Furthermore, Mariposa did not take my insurance and billed me full price for both the appointment and testing to get NO CONCLUSION, resulting 560$ going down to waste.

So the doctor told me when i get to the clinic don't step out of the car. Call the clinic so they can have his nurse step. I waited in my car on the phone a total of 40min. I called 4 times 10min hold so the lady at ext.2060 can keep on telling me to call back in 10 because the phones are down( were talking on the phone). I guess its to hard to get off her chair and pass along the message. So i decided to go home and buy a test kit online.

Clinics are terrific - caring, compassionate and efficient. BUT the ADMINISTRATION STAFF ARE THE WORST! Long phone wait times and once you get someone on the phone they never tell you who they are - what departments they are in or seem to be trained at all. Heaven forbid they decide another department should be handling the call, all of a sudden you here a ringtone - no warning. no communication. AND IF YOU WANT YOUR INSURANCE TO PICK UP THEIR SHARE?

You better keep calling Mariposa over and over to ensure they have submitted the proper authorization paperwork. They may tell you the truth, they may not. But you will eventually find out when you get a bill from the provider. This happened to me - the office manager could have cared less and blamed it all on me. Even though I had done nothing different with the last 3 specialists I was referred to that had been paid. As if Healthcare was not problematic enough!
