Julie the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was the best. Her knowledge and professionalism definitely shows. She made me very comfortable and so happy with my fresh clean teeth. The front desk assistant was very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

My husband has a bad tooth. Was able to get appointment same day. Doctor and staff were friendly and professional. We now have a family dentist. Thank you to the Gentle Dentist staff.

I was on vacation when Thursday night my cap fell off my implant. We came home 1st thing Friday morning because I couldn't stay that way for 3 days until Monday it was a front tooth and no dentist would take 5 minutes out of their time to re-cement my cap except doctor Dr. Rathod. Thank you so much. Not to mention his staff was so sweet everyone was very nice.

Great receptionist Rory, I believe her name was! Paperwork was mild, seen me almost immediately the X-ray tech was gentle and caring, and I felt the Dr was straight to the point and not only concerned about a $ like most drs. I have been to in the past! Thanks to everyone at the gentle dentist!

Gentle must be in the name for a reason! Super awesome receptionists, awesome hygienists, and Dr. Rathod is phenomenal! I recommend for first timers especially. They are super friendly and I have yet to have a painful experience. I always used to be afraid of the dentist, and now I look forward to it! I was nervous, but the staff were great at easing my fears. I am hearing impaired and they all made sure I understood what was explained to me. The doctor is gentle Overall a pleasant visit.

A a person who was terrified of dentists, I was very apprehensive. I have to say it was-The best experience, ever! Dr Sanket is so very kind and explains everything. Nancy also helped me become comfortable- she is so sweet, and took the time to go over everything she needed to do. The front desk staff explained everything so well, and answered every question my husband and I had, and gave us all options that were best for us. I will recommend The Gentle Dentist to anyone.

Today was my first time entering. From the front office employee, to the dental assistant, to the dentist I was more than impressed' They were quick, friendly and efficient. The office was meticulous and everyone is masked inside. Excellent first impression!

I was very happy with the work the dentist did on refilling my tooth. He did a better and prettier job than the guy who filled it two years ago. He was also kind and gentle. The staff is awesome as well, courteous and so nice.

The staff were so nice and informative. Staff took time to explain step by step. Dentist was calm and gentle. I genuinely felt comfortable and safe.

Finding a true genuine dentist is hard! the staff is super nice and helpful. I haven't had insurance in years, or the money to see one. they didn't make me awful about it either. no shame! i am super excited i found them. great place to go!

Stephanie was great and my teeth are clean once again. My appointment was to also see the dentist. However, he did not show up. That would have made it 5 star rating. Good thing Stephanie and the staff are so good.

I was very pleased with the dentist & all the techs. & all the front office personnel but 1. she was very. very mean rude hateful disrespecrful not 1 time, not just to me. we watch many people leave upset in years&in tears. ah refused to help or listen! it was her way of noway! i went so far to help as to take the correct papers with the correct way to file them with the insurance company after hours on the phone with my insurance company on their behalf! she refused?! refused! then told my fiance she felt sorry for him! she felt sorry for him because he asked her to make a copy of ali the work i did for their office! i did the work, all she had to do was file it. 3 months later i just got a bill. she refused. regular to come tyke papers

I've found my new dentist! I went in for a new crown (from another dentist) that fell out and was provided with several options & explanation for why this probably happened. I go back next week for cleaning and full check up. The front desk staff, dental assistant and dentist were all wonderful and helpful!

Not sure. dentist 5 stars dental techs 5 stars 1 - office staff 00 stars she is rude, hateful, disrespectful, 1/2ass does her job, only files partial is claims, does not inform dentist of issues! no patient services, will not maintain professionalism! told my fiance she felt for him that he was having to try to work with me & ins, between (because she did not do her job), trying to get paid so we could be reimbursed weekday we paid out of pocket. she said she 'personally. personally.' on a business matter. she personally felt for him. really.a business matter. on an issues she didn't do correctly. wow what office staff. and she's the administrator. not so i'd want representing my company with any insurance office

I picked The Gentle Dentist based on their excellent reviews. It turned out to be a great choice! I had 2 cracked front teeth and was nervous starting with a new dental office. However, every staff member I encountered was kind, respectful, and professional. Dr. Rathod was gentle, reassuring, and highly skilled. I was completely comfortable and relaxed throughout, and the work turned out beautiful! The other patients I chatted with there also seemed really happy with the care they were getting. Best dental experience ever, this will be my new forever dentist!

I think it's absolutely horrible that Rory Vosburgh left a review regarding the Gentle Dentist on Google when she actually works there and has for years! i specifically stopped going to this dentist because of her. My Mom passed away over a year ago and she actually gave me such a hard time about me having to cancel my appointment so i can be by my Mom's bedside when she passed away.

And even more ironic, right before COVID hit, i had the worse tooth infection and was in so much pain. Couldn't sleep or eat. When i called there explaining my situation, she told me I would have to wait a week to see a dentist for this emergency. Needless to say I haven't been back and absolutely don't recommend it. It's too bad a company like this would let such an abhorrent woman work there and then let her leave a review as if she was actually a patient. Shame on you Gentle Dentist!

Every hygienist seen here has been gentle and caring. I would recommend this dental office hands down. Front staff polite and hardly a wait. Thumbs up all around.

I recently had my teeth cleaned, x-rays, and an exam by Dr. Lash. Both the hygienist and Dr. Lash were pleasant, professional, and obviously competent. Everyone with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful.

The dentist and his assistant were perfectly synchronized. Everyone was friendly. Office staff went over out of pocket costs prior to procedures, so there were no mystery charges. I will be going there again. The dentist was very gentle and caring with my daughter, really made her feel comfortable.

The receptionist or whomever she was was rather rude on the phone when she realized that I wasn't going to be upsold services.

My family and I had to change dentists and went here last week for first time. From the moment I walked in door we were greeted by the girl behind front counter. She was so welcoming and friendly. Then I met Janine the dental hygienist. She was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, she told me many things that no one ever had about my teeth. She is so professional but yet so friendly and she cleaned my teeth better than anyone ever has in my 30 + years going to the dentist. The dentist was very nice as well. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist or wants a better experience.

Great staff and Dr lash is the best dentist I've ever been to.! The assistants know my concerns and make me feel at ease. I always get greeted with a smile

I had several procedures there and Dr Lash was very capable. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were pleasant and helpful with my insurance.

I've been to some shady and crappy dentist's over the years, but this office has treated me right (old and new dds. Jurgens or Lash). I'd actually doubt anyone who told me anything overly crazy or negative about this place. I've just needed routine stuff and a random filling, but it's been great!
