I called to find out if they did a particular service, I have never been there before and Denise answered the phone, she was by far the most amazing and nice person I have ever spoken to. She even recommended a dentist that does perform the service I need. After just a brief interaction I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here. Thank you for being so nice.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Luth and his staff!! Very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I have worked for dentists and oral surgeons in Utah. So I know first hand, it can be difficult to find an amazing dentist that meets all of your needs. Dr. Luth, his hygienists, and staff are very hard working and attentive to my concerns and needs. I never thought I would feel spoiled going to the dentist!!!

Reception staff - majority very pleasant and helpful. Claire - avoid at all costs, dismissive and very unhelpful. Appointments- almost impossible to obtain, patients have to wait months and now the " best practice" is only one consultation with your dentist a year down from 2. Due to an unrelated injury I was unable to travel and as I was unable to obtain appointments suffered tooth pain for 3/4 months only allocated an emergency appoint after advising I would leave.

Crack in tooth discovered, advised to take high dose of painkiller not suitable due to health problem. Needless to say remained in constant pain. Forced after 21 years to source a new dentist, short wait for appointment and then root treatment and crown completed at an additional cost to myself. I emailed the practice to cancel all my families appointments and advise we were leaving to be met with " I don't know what you mean" - Claire!

I was advised by reception staff to cancel my DD ( their dates don't match collection dates) however L&H after all this decided to reinstate a DD and collect one further months payment. L&H certainly didn't reimburse the cost of my treatment elsewhere! There is nothing in this review other than disappointing service. A lot of long term staff have either left or retired.

Understand new dentists did not graduate because of covid and now the practice has recruited more dentist which should help with appointments. Overall a serious lack of customer care and service blamed on covid.

The care, concern, knowledge and patience is off the charts. What an amazing experience both myself and my husband had.
The consultation is one like we’ve never experienced before, so thorough and the time spent with us discussing a treatment plan was simply amazing.
Having two crowns replaced and my cleaning was awesome, the best cleaning I’ve had in a very long time, thank you Katie.
Dr. Heideman is meticulous, making sure everything is perfect, his assistant and he work together like a hand in a glove, so impressive, she’s awesome.
The office staff makes you feel like they’ve known you forever and are so kind.

Was a patient here for over 20 years. Due to travelling and my work schedule I had a check up appointment with a different dentist. I wanted to discuss their plans with my own dentist the next time I was in. My dentist had left the next time I had returned for my another check up and the previous dentist had put on my notes to charge me as a private patient without telling me.

So on my next check up I was charged 40 for a 5 minute appointment. After I realised what they had done Shirely the receptionist couldn't have cared less and said they would pass my concerns onto the practice manager Sharon who would give me a call to talk about it. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I sent the practice a reminder email saying I was waiting on a call from Sharon. Another 2 weeks has passed and still nothing. Not really how a long term customer should be treated so I'll not be returning

Fabulous professional practice! Dr Cooney is a highly qualified and excellent dentist and if you're looking for a hygienist you couldn't beat Elspeth! Highly recommended! If you're looking for a private dentist where you will be well cared for, this is it. They work tirelessly to improve their service and stay up to date with all new innovations.

Best dental experience i've ever had. From the nicest receptionist Tina, to the dental assiatant Megan and Dr. Luth. Fast, efficient, technology off the roof. They had my crown done within a hour in the office. They are so good they fitted my crown with the first try. I would never go anywhere else as long as im in Vegas.

Can't recommend Dr McAuley enough. She and Fiona are just fantastic. She will do everything she can to give you healthy gums and lovely teeth.

Called practice to register as a new client.typical charlatan dental practice. yes sir 36.00 descale and Polish.great I said book me in. Oh but there is a 70 consultancy fee. I retorted I do not wish to have a chat costing.me 70 to discuss my impeccable teeth.buts that's how it is she said.100 for 15mins teeth Polish.no she said it's 36 and 70 for consultancy.

Very professional service and attention right from making appointment - to a complicated and urgent treatment - and follow up - and instruction on post-procedure care. Recommend L & H Dental Care absolutely. I have never felt so at ease in a dentist's chair.

My wife and I have been attending this practice for about 7 or 8 years now and I can honestly say that we have been thoroughly satisfied with every aspect, from the minute you enter the practice and are greeted by the extremely professional and helpful receptionists, until you leave, knowing you have been given dental care of the highest degree. Where else would your dentist sit you down and let you see, and then discuss with you, your dental x-rays, with a view to choosing the best possible treatment.

I also think keeping the patients updated on events within the practice, via the televisions in the waiting area, is an excellent idea. It is very reassuring to know that the dentists and other staff are continually updating their qualifications, in order to provide the most modern techniques and practices. Thanks to Dr. O'Malley, Fiona and the hygienists for your 1st class care, and we look forward to visiting your new premises downstairs in the near future. John and Linda Hunter.
