I have been going to Loving Dentistry for over 10yrs and will never switch. They are all so gentle and understanding. I also want to say the receptionist is wonderful and can answer any questions about insurance you have.

This is a fantastic dentistry. The staff is very professional and have always treated me with respect. I started at Paul Guay's practice in Maple Valley, then he moved to Issaquah-Hobart and Dr. Loving joined the practice. Dr. Loving moved to current location in Issaquah, where she added additional dentists. I have had many opportunities to go to dentists closer to home but continue to drive 78 miles round trip. This is because of excellent service and expertise.

People normally feel nervous to go to see dentists. However, for me, going to Loving Dentistry provides me calm and relaxing feeling. All of the staff and Dr. Merchant are so friendly. I highly recommend Loving Dentistry.

The Loving Dentistry team is barnone. From Gemma at the front of the office who is efficient, savvy and responsive to each member of the care team who make my visits fun and enjoyable, I'm fortunate to have found this group! Dr Merchant has great bedside manner and is communicative - even after 3 appointments for a tricky tooth of mine, he's willing to work to solve my issue. Thank you Loving Dentistry for all you do! We have always received exceptional care including special handling of family members with anesthetic resistance which can easily lead to dental anxiety. Although no one generally looks forward to even a dental cleaning, the care by Dr. Merchant and staff ensures a comfortable and painless experience with excellent care for whatever procedure is required.

A great team overall and you get to meet the same people that helps with continuity! They also do a good job to track your annual spend and plan for fixes accordingly. Lastly, they do one of the best jobs in following up on your upcoming appointments and scheduling new ones so that you don't have to worry about tracking them. I would highly recommend this dentistry. I am working with them last one year. Doctors, Assistant and staff are very friendly. They helped me to recover most of the problems and also recommended good practice for preventive care for cavities.

Very professional, clean and friendly. I was looking for a new dentist since my dentist of over 30 years retired. Loving Dentistry came up a few times when I was asking around for recommendations. Really important to me right now due to the pandemic to feel comfortable and safe when making a dental appointment. I wasn't disappointed and so happy I found a new dentist!

I really like Dr. Merchant and his team and their services. Even though I have to drive a ways to get there, I know I am in good hands.

When looking for a new dentist after mine retired, I asked my friend's daughter, an orthodontist in Washington, for a recommendation. She referred me to Dr. Merchant as "the best in my neighborhood". With that endorsement, we started visiting Loving Dentistry and have been extremely pleased with the office staff, hygienists and Dr. Merchant ever since. It's always hard changing dentists but I highly recommend Loving Dentistry if you have just moved to Issaquah or haven't seen a dentist in a long time, or need a change.go!

I am new to the area so this was my first time visiting Loving Dentistry and was extremely pleased! They welcomed me with open arms and everyone was incredibly kind. I felt comfortable and didn't have any concerns. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best dentist office I have been to. They take Covid precautions seriously, they are professional and polite and they use some great tech. I recently had a cracked tooth fixed, the process was pain free and I'm extremely happy with the results. If I could give them more stars I would!

My family has been a loyal client of Loving Dentistry for 14+ years. The staff has cared for our dental needs, since my daughter's first visit at 3-years old, with constant care and quality of work. Dr. Merchant is professional and informative; I never feel pressured to accept services and completely trust his advice. The Admin staff is friendly, understanding, and always helpful and clear regarding insurance and billing. We've actually moved 20 miles away and still make the trip to Issaquah for our appointments at Loving Dentistry!

I've been going to Loving Dentistry for nearly 15 years. I've had multiple procedures done and always have so much confidence in Dr Merchant and the staff. They are kind and they take time to answer any questions you might have. I've been especially impressed during Covid. On top of the normal universal precautions that they always employ they've also added air purification suction units in each operatory, cold fogging between patients, and high volume intraoral suctions for aerosol reduction. I know this because I asked before I went in and I've never felt safer when I did go in for my cleaning a few weeks ago.

This is my favorite dentist! I have really bad dental anxiety due to bad dental experiences in the past. I've been coming here for a few months now and every visit I get treated with love and care! The staff are all so friendly and happy! Gemma, at the front desk always has a smile on her face! She's one of my favorites! Dr. Merchant and Dr. David are great and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Merchant always finds a way to make a bad situation a little bit better/pleasant.

He is also the type of dentist that is willing to work with you! For as long as I stay in Washington state, I don't think I'd visit another dentist. Thank you Dr. Merchant and team for easing my dental anxiety and for making every visit a pleasant one!

I've been a patient at Loving Dentistry for six years now. The only reason I ended up there was because I had a major abscess and was in need of some immediate help. Dr. Merchant was able to see me the same day and get me referred to the Endodontic dentist immediately. I decided to continue with cleanings and additional services. I've had some fillings redone and a couple of crowns over the past few years.

Thank goodness for Dr. Merchant who has helped me turn my dental health around! I liked this office so much that I had them repair a chipped tooth on my teenager and it turned out perfect! I highly recommend Dr Merchant and the staff at Loving Dentistry. They do great work.

I am so lucky to have found Loving Dentistry! I recently moved from Chicago and have had issues with TMJ/grinding and chipping my teeth that were never addressed by my former dentist. Dr. Merchant is a breath of fresh air! He immediately wanted to determine the root cause of my issue vs. putting a bandaid on them. He also fit me for a night-guard that properly fits my teeth and doesn't rock in my mouth like guards I've had in the past. Dr. Merchant has an extreme attention to detail which I really appreciate. I really appreciate the professional staff at Loving Dentistry. I was a new patient at the beginning of the year. Before that, my last teeth cleaning had been about 1.5-2 years prior. Unfortunately, I had a lot of sensitivity and discomfort with my initial cleaning at Loving Dentistry. It had prevented me from booking my 6 month teeth cleaning appointment sooner because I had so my anxiety around the discomfort with it.

I finally mustered up the courage to take advantage of my insurance before the end of the year. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist when she called to confirm my appointment. She really encouraged me to advocate for myself if I have pain during the appointment and made a special note to use topical anesthetic before the cleaning. The receptionist really put me at ease and made me feel confident about going to this appointment.

My sweet dental hygienist, Tonie, really took my pain into consideration and was so gentle and thorough during my cleaning. I couldn't have appreciated it more! Her care and consideration made me feel like I could face the dentist again! Thanks, Tonie! (I will try to make my flossing my New Years Resolution!) To top it off, Dr. Merchant is so pleasant and down to earth.

He makes an effort to ask about yourself and get to know you and I appreciate the personable touch. Not to mention, he really takes time to answer your questions and make appropriate referrals. When we recently moved from Bellevue to Preston, I no longer wanted to drive into Seattle to go the see a dentist. I found Loving Dentistry on YELP w it's great reviews. I have now been coming here for almost a year and understand why they get such great reviews. They are kind and very helpful and all of the staff I have deal with was very friendly and great at what they do.

The entire staff here are outstanding. We had been going to another dentist for about 10 years, and weren't exactly happy with the service we were getting. I just wish we switched earlier. I have extreme cold sensitivity, and the hygienist offered warm water and even numbing gel. It's the first time in a decade that I wasn't holding back tears during a cleaning. I am extremely happy with the level of service & caring here.

I've been going to Loving Dentistry for several years now and can't complain! They always get me in on time and the dental hygienists are all very nice. Besides normal cleaning routines, I've had to have a filling replaced and it was one of the more "enjoyable" experiences I've had with fillings. Their office is very easily located as well, even though the parking lot is small there's always parking. I've never had any issues with billing or insurance either which is a plus!
