Lindquist Clinic For Children

The dental assistant was really nice and friendly. She made my 5 year old feel so comfortable getting her teeth cleaned. I love how she made sure she wasn't scared and reassured her that the cleaning tools wouldn't hurt. Great experience thank you!

All the staff are truly amazing! Kyla and both Shay's were all great and so good with kids of all ages. I highly recommend and if you have to wait for your appointment, it will be worth it! Thank you always for a great experience.

Staff is very friendly. They made it very comfortable for my baby's second time there. They work great with young children.

Friendly and professional staff. Really appreciated how engaging they were. Lobby area chairs could have been cleaner but wasn't in there long enough to be concerned about it too much. Wait time was minimal and their efforts to practice social distancing for patients is much appreciated. Overall highly recommend

The staff were soooo amazing! They were very patient and gentle with my child. They also made sure she was comfortable. All my concerns and needs were met.

Very friendly staff. They explained the process to my daughter in such a kind and caring manner. The front desk staff is very helpful and goes over and beyond too help patients and there families.

We had a great experience. My son was a little bit scared but the hygienist worked great with him. She was really nice and wonderful with children. The Dentist was really quick which made it easy!

I usually have decent service when I take my son in for his cleanings etc. Until just recently. My appointment was scheduled one day, then they texted me to tell me to call in and reschedule; so I did just that then about 6 days prior to the new appointment I get another text saying to call or text to confirm. So I called to confirm with them, the appointment for Saturday at 3:40 that someone in their office made with me previous days before, only to be told they're NOT EVEN OPEN on Saturday. anyways I thought that was rude and rather off about them.

Then fast forward to the appointment with them. My son's father takes our son in, our son is 3. He turns 4 in December. He's very shy and doesn't like to be in strange environments without mom or dad. They told my son's father they were going to do x-rays, and they would come get him for the exam. After some time goes by, my son's father went to the front counter only to be met by son with the assistant walking him back.

My son's father asked how his x-rays were in which the dental assistant said "the xray machines were down, the dentist already looked at him. He had no cavities." My sons breath still smelled like the snacks he had previous to said appointment apparently. Apparently they didn't even clean my son's teeth or do the rinse or anything! We did NOT like the fact that they did not respect our wishes as my child's parents. Respectfully I don't leave my son with anyone I don't know, I don't care about your profession.

I am NOT comfortable with you taking my 3 year old out of my sight for any kind of exam. The fact that my son's father stated this to the front desk and they completely dismissed our wishes as parents is completely inappropriate and we will NEVER be returning to this facility. I will always recommend anywhere else but here!

Amazing happy staff! Quick in and out and made my daughter feel special and important! Got her picture taken with a certificate with some toys! The information given to me was needed and I was able to ask questions. Thank you so much for a great visit for my toddler! Can't wait to come back in 6 months.

Just now The reception staff is cold and clueless. I'm no dentist, but if your staff is this incompetent then your dental work probably is as well. They had a "requirement" that both parents be present for a routine dental cleaning. We both took time off work to be there. Apparently this requirement was so that we could fill out a form which could easily have been emailed. This was not a government or medical form - just one of their bs ones. Step out of last century please. Recommend going elsewhere, their quality has gone deeply downhill.

I use to love this place until recently, they've cancelled twice in 2 weeks after I've taken the time of to take my daughter. The 1st time I didn't receive a phone call at all I even checked my phone bill to make sure, surgeon called out that day so when we arrived we were told we had to reschedule. 2nd time maybe 30 min before the appointment I received a call this time to let me know the surgeon didn't have all the right equipment and didn't have the assistance they preferred so cancelled.

So now today we finally got in but had to go to a different office and then notified this appointment will be at least 2 hr and if I knew? No I was not notified of that and now hoping we get out in time before my other daughter's daycare closes(praying dad can get off early and get her)

I love coming to take my kids to Lindquist Dental. Rolan the receptionist is always so sweet and friendly and cheers me up the moment we walk in. I take all 3 of my kids 15, 5 and 15 months here and love all of the staff! :

My three boys actually don't mind coming to the dentist and with their sliding pay scale it's worked amazing with our insurance!

This place is a nightmare. My child hates it here and I've always waited 30min-1hr for an apt. they are never on time. this place is also very cramped and I wasn't happy with the service here.

I love what this place stands for! I love that they are always kind and are very caring! I'd give them 5 stars, however their wait time is insane! I understand that they see kiddos all day and probably run behind because of situations that come up with kids however, good grief, 45 minute wait is insane! My kids love it here so we will stay put.

Had an appointment today with my 4 year old child at the 66th street location in Tacoma. I have been going to this place for months with no issues. Even recommending this place to friends and co-workers. However, it had all changed today, forever changing my views of this place and its employees. The assistant had taken my child back for her appointment as usual.

After 20 mins I had asked the desk how she was doing which the response from the receptionist "She is doing really well". After 40 minutes they come out with my child saying she was really difficult and could not get any work completed. I asked why they did not come and get me to help calm her down in which they replied that sometimes it may not work having a parent in the room.

But still they did not even try that tactic. They have told me they cannot help her at all and refuse to do any more work on my child. After loading my child in the car, she kept complaining of her lip hurting. When I got home I looked closer and found bruises all over her month. Are your kidding me? I am filing a complaint against this pace with the BBB and opening up an investigation to the injuries to my child.

I have pictures which reflect what they have done. Really? This was such a great place and friendly people. It is a shame to have to put this on here but I feel everyone should know of this experience.

On Thursday, I brought my nephews here for their cleaning. My sister said that they had been coming to this dentist office since they were babies. The office was quick, great with the kids, and very clean. They know how to take care of their clients. LOL. I would bring my son here. I can only give a 4 star because I did not get a chance to go to the back rooms to see how it was, but being in the waiting room and dealing with the receptionist, it was a pleasant visit to the dentist.
