I don't normally leave comments on any website, but I've to vent how unpleasant my interaction between the front staff and doctor. A woman who answers the call is very rude and unprofessional, didn't feel welcome by her. And the doctor doesn't know how to explain stuff In detail. I met other few orthodontists and they were very incredible at explaining everything in detail regarding braces and Invisalign and the cost.
I was told by Dr. Lamparski that Invisalign cost 7 thousand dollars and have to pay interest after a few months of having Invisalign, unfortunately, I did an X-ray with him and changed my mind after visiting a few other doctors because they were great and the price was very substantial. One of the orthodontists I've visited told me that Invisalign and braces cost the same price which he said is 5 thousand. Therefore, I decided to get Invisalign with him and told Dr. Lamparski to refund my X-ray money.
Previously I've spent 1000 dollars on an X-ray and I was informed that I'll only get a refund as 500 for which I'm deeply unsatisfied. I want my money back, we've all worked hard to earn money, and I don't want to waste my hard earn money on nothing. This is very unprofessional. Please return my refund in full!no any other charge $$for x ray and pic etc for 1st visit!after few days I talked to Heivi she does talk very nice and please learn from her.

A woman from the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, didn't feel welcome by her. And the doctor didn't explain everything clearly. he acted like he just needs money. he should explain everything in detail and make the client satisfied but no he didn't. I will not recommend anyone to visit there. you all will regret if you'll do so
