Update. the worst experience a person could ever have. A complete waste of time if you're not paying top dollar. Dr. Shireesha only cares about her recommendations ($$$) and not the customer experience. To read about the full horrible experience(s), check out my Yelp review. Don't be fooled or persuaded by her kind words or passion for her craft. It's a pseudo attempt to under mind your needs and verbally overpower you with useless information for HOURS. As a customer service manager, this was the epitome of bad experiences. Hopefully, LakePoint dental learns from this experience.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Dr. Shireesha is very passionate about her practice however, she offers a lot of detailed advice but doesn't really care about what YOU (the customer) want or need; even after hearing a concerning story as to why I was going the temporary route. To make a longer story short. I visited LakePoint dental 2 time's in the last 2 weeks only to be lectured for several hours, when the actual work I needed done could/should have happened. Today's experience was the absolute worse.

I had an appointment at 1:50 (got there at 1:40), Dr. Shireesha didn't come into my room until 2:25. She shared her thoughts once again and offered more expensive options that I told her I needed to think about. She then, shooed me off without completing the work I was there for, originally. It was apparent she ran out of time. She asked me to come back the following day.

I let her know I took time off work and needed the work done today. She asked that I come back at 4:00pm since my needs weren't as important as those that were paying for extensive work. To add insult to injury, I was on my way to the appointment at 4:00pm when I received a call from her front office asking if I could be there at 5:00pm, instead.

I arrived at 4:50pm. I was placed in a room for 20 minutes after 5:00pm. There was no urgency or empathy for my situation. She then lectured me again and decided she was not going to complete the work because it wasn't the best option for HER. Dr. Shireesha told me she wasn't going to do her best or do as good as she has done in the past (her own words).

I then knew, it was all about the money. When her focus was more about her recommendations ($$$), rather than the satisfaction of the customer. I knew something wasn't right. She refused to fix my tooth using the less expensive option. I've never felt so frustrated as a customer in my 47 years of life. My wife has some crown work that we have already paid for that will happen soon, but after that, the King family will no longer utilize LakePoint dental services for any future Dental needs.

The one thing that sets LIKE businesses apart is their Customer Service and ability to meet the customers needs. I give LakeView dental an "F" for today's interaction. I hope Dr. Shireesha learns from this experience.

Dr. Penumetcha and her staff are awesome. They saw me the same day for a tooth pain, even though it was not an emergency. Miriam at the front desk was kind, through with my insurance and very accommodating to my schedule. I saw them 3 times that week and it was great at every appointment. Justine the assistant made me very comfortable and Veronica the Hygienist, help me through the anxiety of the pain and taught how to better take care of my teeth at home.

She actually showed to how to correctly floss the area that was irritated and inflamed. Being in healthcare myself, I know great clinical skills and bedside manner when I experience it. Thanks for everything.

First I thought this was a good dental because the service was kit bad but now after getting hit with 2 different hidden cost I changed my mind. This is the first dental that cost me more than $100 for just cleaning. I didn't find this out until the cleaning is complete. Yes I have insurance. They decided to take some picture oral facial or whatever without telling me that there is a cost for it. $20 for a picture of me smiling. That's ridiculous. Also $96 for an extra fluoride when then told me it was only $45 extra. Stop adding cost without telling your customers

I have a phobia. just one. the dentist. I have neglected my teeth for far too long. Lucky for me I found Dr Sireesha. I have never had such gentle treatment. I had to have a tooth pulled because I was in so much pain, I couldn't think straight. I was so terrified (thanks to stupid dentists from the past). I called Jason in the front office, and what does he say, "Come right in at noon and we'll take care of you!" Then he says he's sorry it can't be sooner! Um. WHAT?

He was worried about me! Are you ready for my review. I FELT NOTHING! I mean there was some pressure, but so what? It was PAINLESS! I live about an hour away from the office and I will happily travel to my wonderful Dr Sireesha and her fantastic team. I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found her.

I came to this office on a referral. The dentist Dr. Penumetcha is really knowledgeable. I have seen several dentists, and she diagnosed me as needing a nightguard which improved my quality of sleep. I would recommend getting a second opinion from her. Her office has great technology and the procedures are world-class. I highly recommend coming to this office.

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further! Dr. S is a wonderful dentist and one of the nicest people I have ever met. She has excellent bedside manner and makes sure to explain your treatment plan clearly and thoroughly. She has exceptionally gentle hands and makes sure the patient is comfortable at each step of the procedure. Her staff are also professional and personable. It's always a pleasure to be in her office.

I do not recommend this office! the wait is always horrible! also they will reschedule you as many times as possible to drag out one thing! and now on top of all this i just received additional bill of service from their office after already having paid them my portion at time of service and my insurance clearly told me what my responsible portion was at that time now months later they are requesting additional fees! very unprofessional office! i work in health care and this is not the way to conduct business! take my advice find another office.

From the front desk to the chair, every person in the office took care of me from beginning to end throughout the entire appointment process. Dr. Sireesha is knowledgeable, caring, and pain free - she took pictures of what she was doing and showed me what was going on through the entire appointment. In addition, the office space is modern, beautiful, and well equipped.

I received a cleaning here as well from Erin in the past! She has gentle hands but always makes sure she does a thorough job by double checking to make sure she got everything. I go to school in Los Angeles but choose to wait until I'm back home here to have my work done at Lakepoint.

ALL of the staff here are fabulous! I have SEVERE anxiety about the dentist before I started coming here due to prior dentists. This dentist and her staff have melted my anxiety away! They listen & respond to my concerns. I was SO sad when I moved, but I am overjoyed to be back and look forward to seeing y'all again!

Here's a great example if a caring dentist. Over the weekend my son cracked 2 of his teeth. I went to see Dr Sireesha an emergency basis and she told me to send my son right over. I called him and told him that he could his teeth fixed and jumped right in his vehicle and came to the office. In a matter of one hour, my sons teeth were fixed and lookibrand new.

I can tell you extremely grateful we were to have her take time out of her very busy schedule and help my son. Dr Sireesha is an awesome. A Very caring and compassionate person. She's flexible, dependable and committed to meeting each and everyone she sees. When you have dental issue, stop by the Lake Point Dental, located on Franklin Blvd and Elk Grove

Couldn't be more impressed with this staff! Dr. Sireesha, Erin, and Barbara are extraordinary. Warm atmosphere from the second I walked through the door. Very organized office & staff. I didn't have to wait long and my issues were serviced very efficiently. I was provided options to better fit my financial needs and all my questions were answered. Great job everyone. I will tell everyone I know about this place. A+

I usually don't write reviews but felt a need to after reading through these. My husband and I have been patients here since we moved to Elk Grove 5 years ago. I'll never forget our first apt. The dr. Is so sweet in nature and cares about your comfort and health. She checks your comfort level and blood pressure before working on you. She's seen me through two pregnancies and even sees my kids.

My oldest who is now four loves going to the dentist (have you ever heard of such a thing) both her and her staff are amazing with him. They're even helped with playing and holding and rocking my baby him while I've gotten my teeth worked on. I have all my fillings switched out, a crown and a root canal here and while some of my hours in the chair were stretched out the Dr. is a perfectionist and they always made sure I was comfortable and offered to get me Jamba Juice from next door or even a blanket.

My husband has had more basic work done. Cleanings fillings and Invisalign. Everything has been great. We've recommended her to several people who also rave about her and her staff. I've even scheduled and apt for my mom who needed work done.

I love the service I receive from this office. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have always left the office happy. The invisilign treatment finally straightened my teeth and I've been going back for regular check up ever since.

Personally I have been to 2 places in the Bay area and both the places I was scared to my last breath with the treatment they had given me and what they had to say. I visited Lake point dental after being scared for 2 years and yes ofc some of the issues got worse over time. But after going to this practice the Dr made me very comfortable and I felt what she said and the plans that she devised helped me ease into reality and made things a bit clear. Yes, I do travel 2 hours to this place.

But what I feel as a patient is that I need the care and attention that I deserve as do others. And Lake Point dental is the place for it. I have done fillings, RCT and Crowns. I had 2 wisdom tooth buried within my gums and she recommended a Dental practice where I could get it done and it worked out well. So, at the end of the day the Dr sees to that its about you rather the other way around. This is the place for me till I leave the country I guess :

This place is my FAVORITE dentist EVER. I went in for a cleaning after almost a year and half and Erin (the hygienist) truly took care of all my fears. She is the most gentle, caring, and the most sweetest person I have met. I am so happy I found a dentist office who truly cares about there patients. Dr. Dr. Sireesha Penumetcha is the most sweetest person I have ever met. From my past experiences, I've always had this fear of dentists and she truly made me feel so safe, cared for and made sure I have the best experience.

I was going to let everything go and forget about it until I got a call today that peeved me. (TLDR; they said they would fix it for free but then wanted to charge me, then called back a week later to say they would do it for free again.) I have had a crown redone about a year ago. The process of getting it done took over 6 months (which was partially my fault with trying to get my blood pressure under control so they would work on me.) I didn't really want to get it redone but they convinced me telling me there was a crack and it could leave to tooth decay and etc.

They had trouble removing it saying it was cemented really well, which is what I liked to hear, that the last place I went too did a good job. Last week I had the crown fall out while eating. I called Lakepoint to asked if they would charge for them to cerement the crown (thinking there should be some kind of warranty on the work.) The receptionist told me, "usually not, especially if has been less than a year." She went to check with the dentist to make sure, she then explained to me that there wouldn't be a charge unless there was a reason the crown came off like tooth decay.

I told her that it made sense and scheduled an appoint to go in. When I went in for my appointment, I was asked to update my dental insurance and I explained that I didn't have insurance anymore. Then after waiting 10 minutes I was told the cost of the visit today. Which caught me by surprised, my previous phone conversation with the same person, I was told that there wasn't going to be a charge.

I asked how much it would cost, I was told $140~ for the exam and that the doctor approved that she would apply the exam cost to my cementing cost. The look on my face was one of puzzlement and annoyance. I further inquired about the different in cost for the cementing, another $89~. I just wanted to get my tooth fix so I told her "FINE." I sat down and as I grew frustrated, thinking about the snotty craftsmanship of work previously done, and I am being charged for something I was previously told I wasn't going to be charge for.

I told the receptionist to canceled the appointment and walked out. I sat in my car and called two other dental offices, they told me something similar: that it depended on the tooth condition and why it came off. But the general cost for an exam and cementing was a lot cost cheaper that Lakepoint, and they would also guarantee the work for up to 5 years!

I called a family friend who is a dentist and he said he would do the work for free, I would just have to pay for any materials. I would have gone to him previously if my insurance covered his office. Today, exactly a week later, I received a follow-up call from Lakepoint dental, which is what prompted me to write this review. I was sooooooooooooooooo f***ing pissed.

The same receptionist I previously spoke to wanted to know if I wanted to follow-up and know if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. She also told me that the dentist said she would do the work for FREE. I explained to her why I walked out because of the charge, when I was previously told I wouldn't be charged. The receptionist told me that she didn't realize that I was a cash payer and that I didn't have insurance and apologized for the confusion. But. 1.) Why would that even matter?!

There shouldn't be a difference if I was paying out of pocket or using insurance. 2.) If you thought I had insurance why would you tell me the cost of the visit? You would had obviously ran it and then told me about the co-pay for the visit. 3.) Once again, why would it even matter if I had insurance or not to now make this free?! 4.) I told you I didn't have insurance when you asked me to update my insurance information. 5.) All this is making this place should shady as hell.

If I had insurance, yall were going to try to milk them for money?! I told her that I was going to go to a family friend to get it done and she wanted to know if I was going to get charged for it. Either way, it shouldn't matter; I am going elsewhere where they WILL guarantee the work.

First off, let me state that I DO NOT DO REVIEWS, but this dental office has transcended my expectations far beyond the scope of my Imagination. I have been here three times now and every single time it has been nothing but sensational. The staff is far beyond nice. Marielle at the front has delivered the epitome of what you call world class customer service.

I met the Dr. Once and she has taught me more about dental than all of my previous dentists combined. Tina is always helpful and kind. Erin who I pretty much seen most of the time as she has been cleaning my teeth, is warm, comforting, caring and best of all, does her work well beyond the upper echelon level. They have a very clean environment, pandora on each screen in each section and they have MASSAGING Chairs!

Every time I come in they are so fast that I can't even get Instagram pulled up and scrolling before they are ready for me. This dental office is no regular dental office! The way they treat you, I felt as if I was from some royalty family. This is not a fabricated review. I want to make that clear. If you still need validity in choosing them, come see me at AT&T on arden and ask for John. You will then see how real this review is and how prominent this dental office is to me that it has encouraged me to draft a review as I never do so!

This place only cares about making money off of you! They have hidden costs and lie about procedures! They told my husband that his insurance covered a procedure he needed done. They later lied and said it didn't AFTER the procedure! The front desks girls NEVER follow up with calling us back when we requested information like complete details in costs!

We gave them chance after chance because we understand that sometimes people get busy. But we realized this is the way they do business. The DR doesnt care about her patients and her front desk girls are ALL lazy and lack integrity. They have no idea what they are doing! Do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of! The DR only cares about making money off of you!

The most unprofessional staff and dentist I've had to deal with. The experience was beyond horrible. The work was let's just say I don't smile like I use to. I was so disappointed. After numerous attempts for Dr Sireesha Penumetcha to get it right, she failed again! She told met to get another Dentist. What's up with that! She also refuses to release any records. Dr told me some sob story about her private life. I could care less. Oh my husband is out of town, I lost two assistants etc. I don't care! Have her as your dentist at your own risk!

Horrible. They cancel your appointment if you can't afford to pay, and don't even consult you first. Wait times once you are in the chair are ridiculous. They want you there on time but may not see you for an hour. Office manager is rude and impersonal. Went there for yesrs, gave them lots of business, then they refuse to finish a crown because I can't afford to pay them. Rotten service. Never have the same people twice working there. Go at your owm risk.

Not the kind of place you want to go to if you have anxiety. The staff only made it worse. Before my first appointment they collected in full before doing the work almost $450 dollars. Then after the dental assistant dropped the numbing gel in the back of my throat numbing my tongue and throat. That cause me to be unsettled, after explaining very carefully I have severe anxiety.

She then kept trying to push me to pay another $700 plus dollars to sedate me, saying she won't work on me unless I'm sedated. And the tooth she was going to work on, she told me it needed to have a root canal or be pulled. It takes the right dentist to be comfortable with, after leaving that day from your office, I went directly to another place, that not only took me right in, calmed me down, and fixed my cavity.a tooth that didn't need to be pulled out, and I didn't have to be sedated. I manage to have all my teeth fixed.

I am not comfortable going to the dentist in a shopping Center. for me, being originally from San Francisco, it has always been tall buildings, elevators and a cab ride home. Imagine my surprise when I met Sireesha riding horses with her children. I felt great about going to her very modern practice, she has such a gentle nature, but it turns out her entire staff is like that. very nice, easy and fun to get along with.

I am 77 years old. I know a good thing when I see it. Dr. Penumetcha's top level equipment and professional skills are a bonus. I went in for an extraction. now I am going for dentures too. hh :

I haven't seen a dentist in about a year, so I recently visited Lake point Dental for an exam. The receptionist was very kind, friendly, and polite- as was every other staff member I interacted with. Dr. Penumetcha was incredibly warm and helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. I was immediately given a treatment plan and estimates so I can financially prioritize future procedures.

She obviously loves her job and cares very much about the health and well-being of her patients. I can't wait to get my teeth cleaned next week! Thank you, for the best dental experience I have had in my short life thus far.

I rarely receive this level of service anywhere. First off Joanna, the office manager, is not only friendly but also extremely accommodating and helpful. She suggested many payment options for me as well as Care Credit (a no interest Dental card for 6 months/1 year) since she knew I had no dental insurance. She even got me all the ionformation to look into optikns on my own time too.

She is extremely professional and gets me in and out very quickly. I have an extreme dental phobia, but after my first visit 2 years ago I have to say I have had 3 A+ experiences. The assistants are all really sweet and help put my initial anxiety at ease. The assistant today, Erin I believe, was really gentle since I am a wimp and kept me at ease throughout my my check up and cleaning.

She even offered me a blanket since I was dressed for July but the office was chilly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Penumetcha DDS- she was the first dentist I saw in 6 years and I never want another dentist! I was honest about my fear on the initial visit and she did everything to make me comfortable. She told stories, let me have a few breaks to breathe if i was getting shaky but most importantly has a 6th sense for a patients discomfort and pain.

She adjusted to fit me which was a whole new experience for me. You can tell by the way she interacts with her staff that there is a real synergy between everyone. I highly recommend Lakepoint Dental to everyone and told all my friends about Dr. Penumetcha!
