Konen Dental Office

Like the staff and atmosphere. Very friendly. Started going here when my previous dentist couldn't get me in after the pandemic restrictions were lifted. I always went every 6 months and it had been 10 months. Have always had dental insurance. Now I am retired and very happy with their service.

Our family, including our 4 kids, have gone to Downtown Family Dental for over 20 years. We conitnue to be impressed with Dr. Ganshert and her team! Thanks for all the great care!

My dental hygenist, Katie, is the most careful, gentle professional I have ever had! She is wonderful! And Dr. Amanda Ganshert is amazing. I moved from Baraboo and still drive 45 minutes to see them. The office staff is also top notch and very responsive! I should add that I was "avoiding" the dentist for a number of years and they welcomed me without judgment and with such a supportive environment! I got my teeth back into shape and now I am on a great regimine and actually look forward to my appointments. Thanks!

I have a hard time with xrays because I gag easily. When they stick those cardboard pieces in the back of my mouth, it's really difficult for me. However, today was the easiest experience I think I've ever had. The technician was very skilled at placing the cardboard pieces and very fast at getting the xray and getting the cardboard out of my mouth. She also had me do some things that diverted my attention and made the process go a lot more smoothly. Great job.

Staff is always WONDERFUL and building is always spotless! Welcoming and friendly, this dental office will make you feel at home. 10/10 recommend.

I came to Downtown Family Dental (DFD) of Baraboo from another practice in a much larger city. I shifted because the prior practice was clearly about reaching monetary targets and less about quality care. DFD is refreshing. The staff are professional, friendly and work well as a team. Couldn't be more pleased. I actually look forward to the next visit and I'm educated and motivated on why and how I need to look after my pearly choppers. Highly recommended!

It's never fun to go to the dentist but these guys are great. They have always gone above and beyond even though the VA is a pain to work with and takes awhile to pay the bill I always feel welcome. Keep up the good work guys.

They were so great with my daughter! Communication was helpful before the appointment so I knew exactly what to expect since this was my daughter's first trip to the dentist. They were so wonderful at explaining things to both of us and humored my little diva! We are very happy to have access to care like this so close to us and in our dental network.

They're super nice and really good with my kids. They explain everything and are very helpful. I actually had a toothache a couple years ago. They were the ONLY place that got me in the same day. I called five dentist offices. After that day, I started taking my kids there. I highly recommend Downtown Family Dental.
