I've been going to Dr. Pak for years. He's super professional yet also really cares about his patients. His staff is excellent as well - the hygienists are amazing, the front desk staff are awesome. Love these folks.

Sensitivity has gotten better each day and lip bite is healing. Feels much better as the days go by. Dr Pak and his staff are truly an amazing crew! I had my first actual dental work just last week and i could not have been more impressed or satisfied with the experience. It was quick, painless (no really, no pain at all), and quality. Thank you Dr Pak and team!

There are three things I really like about Kirkland Smiles. 1. They're competent. They seem to know what they're doing. They look at my teeth and my mouth, tell me what I need, and help me set priorities. 2. They're friendly. They are real people treating me like a real.person. 3. They have a good grasp on pain and how to avoid it, and how much medication to use.

They dont go overboard or under medicate. They talk to me about what a procedure will be like, and the options i have for being more comfortable. Then, they let me choose. I just have the feeling that they know what they're doing and they take my experience into account. It makes for an appointment that is much less stressful.

Dr. Pak is thoughtful and has a calming energy about him. His staff are friendly and considerate.

Dr. Pak told me to SWALLOW Plaque during his cleaning four times, not using a suction tube! I only went there for check ups and cleaning. Dental Hygienists I saw in the past were top notch. Dr. Pak told me that I need a few crowns and I know that it is not necessary. I did not go there for a while as it was now out of my network. Decided to do the cleaning again in January.

It was the most bizarre experience. Firstly, when making my appointment I told them that I need a cleaning. An appointment was made. When I got to my appointment I was surprised to learn that it is only for a "check up" and the cleaning appointment would be later. I encountered this before in other clinics (Dentist first and the cleaning later date) and they always book two appointments right away, not one and then tell you you have to come again.

I went to a reception and told them I am going to cancel. Dr. Pak was standing there in his street clothes and they told me he would do my cleaning. I regret that I did not turn around and left, instead I said "Ok" and went back to the chair. All the while in the chair Dr. Pak was passive aggressive. He insisted that I "forgot" and they always had two appointments.

I knew it was not true, and even checked my calendar when I got back home. He was gaslighting. While cleaning instead of using the suction tube, he told me to SWALLOW Plaque during cleaning a few times. First I was perplexed and then told him that I am not going to swallow plaque and for him to use suction, which he did after I asked. So what was this Dr. Pak?

In all of my life I never had anyone not use a suction tube and ask me to swallow plaque. He was asking me "Are you happy now?" at least three times. Most irregular. Several times I felt like just getting from his chair and leaving. I felt emotional and physical (swallow plaque?) abuse. He used the grittiest tooth polish on my sensitive teeth with a thin enamel?

He DID NOT go over my teeth problems or X-Rays he took. He just told me nothing has changed since years ago (when he told me to do all the crowns). He did however charged my insurance for a FULL exam. I am considering filing a claim with the American Dental Association. Beware!

I came here after having a negative experience elsewhere, both for a second opinion and a new dental office. Dr. Pak is the chattiest and friendliest doctor, was willing to over explain everything from tooth anatomy to cavities to the gum measuring etc. Anything was fair game. And he even had a nice kid-friendly booklet for this 30+ year old to look at!

I had a lot of anxiety about my teeth, but he carefully went over each tooth, even explaining why the ones that were good were good (and how it's different from the ones that are bad), and made me feel safe discussing future goals and plans for my teeth. I really appreciated it a lot!

My visit was fast, proficient, and painless. The staff were kind, polite, and compassionate. The overall experience was as pleasant as a dental visit can be!.

Dr. Pak and his team have all been amazing. Communication has been seamless with the front desk. Dental assistant, Carly, is extremely friendly and her eagerness to help does not go unnoticed. Dr. Pak is the best! He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answers all my questions. Highly recommend!

I finally ventured out to the dentist after moving to the area two years ago and I'm so glad I found this wonderful place and Dr. Pak. I learned more about my teeth and about dental care in general in my first consultation with Dr. Pak than in my whole life to date. He's full of fun facts, and truly takes the time to extensively explain each part of the examination, what he's looking for, and what he's finding (and why!).

I later had a cleaning by the hygienist (great!) and had three fillings by Dr. Pak. For the fillings, he actually explained each part of the procedure, what it was called, what it did, and why it was necessary. I found the whole thing fascinating and didn't think to get nervous. I've had fillings before but never really paid attention to what they were actually doing! Dr. Pak also called the next day to follow up and see how the fillings were doing, definitely a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!

I've neglected my teeth health for many years and Dr. Pak was kind and patient enough to explain in details the problems my teeth have, and how he will treat them, using not only x-ray but also high res photos. This was my first visit and he amazed me enough that I'm definitely sticking to him from now on, and not neglecting my teeth anymore. Thanks Dr. Pak!

Dr. Pak and his team treated me patiently and gently. They explained every step of their process and made sure I was not feeling any pain. Dr. Pak called me personally the day after the procedure (not a nurse) to make sure I was doing well. The best dental experience in many years!

Love this guy! So upbeat and positive and you can tell he really loves his job. I trust him completely with my dental care.

My prior dentist retired and I took the opportunity to find a new dentist. I got recommendations from several friends, my orthodontist, and retiring dentist. I then did some research on location, availability, and quality of care and selected Dr. Pak. The office is easy to find, parking isn't hard, and there are sufficient slots. Inside, it is clean, comfy, and I had cell phone reception.

As far as the actual treatment goes, Dr. Pak does something that I really like - he takes the time to show you photographs of the treatment and explain in detail why something is needed or not needed. The pictures (which he takes from your mouth) make it much easier to understand what is going on and give me confidence that he is doing the right thing.

His manner as a doctor is calm, polite, and very professional. His assistants are also the same way. He respected my time as a patient, and didn't leave me waiting in the chair while he was seeing others.

I'll make this easy. Dr. Bernard Pak is awesome. There is a reason he has ONLY 5 star reviews and I believe that speaks for itself. You won't regret seeing him.

Dr. Pak and his staff have been so helpful in helping me to understand procedures, treatments, potential problems, etc. etc. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and fully informed about everything that takes place. I appreciate the visual explanations using monitors and other technology. I have a very low tolerence for pain and appreciate that they take it seriously and make sure I am comfortable at all times! Highly recommend!

I needed to visit a dentist due to a broken tooth (old 70's filling) and checked around. I decided to try Dr. Pak and Kirkland Smiles due to the number of positive reviews and the information available on their website. It has been a while since my last dental, and I was worried about getting 'the lecture' but Dr. Pak and staff simply gave me some good, factual data about how to enhance my dental health and keep my mouth healthy.

I was really impressed with the information and inclusiveness provided by this practice; I really felt like part of the care team as opposed to just an open mouth in the chair. All the staff are friendly and explain procedures so you can understand what needs to happen and your options. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Highly recommended. Been a patient of Dr. Pak since 2008. Excellent dental work, collaborates with a circle of highly talented referrals for tooth extraction, Invisilign, etc. Staff at Dr. Pak's is super friendly, highly knowledgable about various insurance programs, offers cash discounts, compassionate about pain management.

The service is always dedicated to you having a positive experience. They are professional, caring and always take the time to be informative on the procedures. Recently a temporary broke on the July 4th, I called the emergency line and actually spoke to Dr. Pak. It is rare in my experience that the emergency line is answered by the actual doctor and not a service.

We discussed my level of pain and discomfort, and while I was expecting to be told how to deal with it for the next 4 days but instead said let's meet in 45 minutes. Wow what a shock and pleasure to have it fixed immediately. When I got to the office he took the time to fix me up with extra durable temporary, apparently I've got quite a strong bite. A week later I returned to get the temporaries removed and permanent caps put in place. It hard to imagine any better service.

My family and I all moved to Dr. Pak from another dentistry in Redmond. Dr. Pak is very thorough and provides great service. He called me after my procedures personally to follow up and make sure that it was fine. He is also pretty good about not recommending unnecessary treatment - very different from my previous dentist. Needless to say, we are all pretty happy with Dr. Pak's service.

I am new to the area and its always hard to find new Doctors. Dr. Pak and his staff are amazing. They totally make you feel welcome and at ease. I HATE going to the dentist, but they make it less painful and really spend the time to tell you what is going on with your teeth. That is what is really nice Dr. Pak and his staff are very attentive and they dont try to push you into a treatment that they dont feel is unnecessary. I liked him so much I have told everyone in my office that they should really go see him! I wouldn't do that if I didn't feel he would do a great job!

New office, equipment. Dr. Pak is a techie, so he is up on the latest treatments/techniques. He is very kind, and "sensitive" as a dentist should be. We've recommended many of our friends to him & they've all been very satisfied.
