Killeen Dental Health Center - Craig Molyneaux

I am so pleased with this place. I just had a cracked tooth with decay underneath from a previous filling, and the decay was really close to my root. I was so nervous i hardly slept last night thinking i would have to get a root canal. Dr. Wen saved my tooth! He was very Diligent and I felt he cared about my long term tooth health more than doing a root canal and crown for an unnecessary cash grab. I feel like this place is honest care and truly care about patient health and i'm so happy to have found them!

Had a Great Experience at this facility. The Doctor's will walk you through everything and give you the best outcome and make everything simple. The Assistant's and Staff was very Professional and took the time out to make you fill like Family. Thanks again Killeen Dental

Barbara and Megan were the two ladies to help me out one over the phone and the other during my visit. Barbara was very kind over the phone and help me understand things that are new to me. She knew what she was talking about ants got me a closer appointment time when one was available. Megan was the hygienists that helped me during my visit she was absolutely amazing I could not have had a better experience without her.

She answered my questions fully and thoroughly did not make me nervous and did not make me feel stupid when I asked them questions. Could not of had a better experience they were absolutely wonderful will be going again.

My first visit here and it was great! My hygienist was so gental I nearly fell asleep quite different from my previous one that pushed, pulled, digged, and I felt everything. The doctor was very nice. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. This is much appreciated especially when we've just moving into the are trying to get settled. Thank you KDHC team! My visit today was exceptional. The dental hygienist that attended to me today was extremely knowledgeable and professional. McKenna made this visit painless, unlike my previous crown replacement; a truly skilled individual.

The staff is great and are always courteous. It didn't take longer for the appointment. It took about 25 minutes from the time I signed in until I left. It was a follow-up to make sure everything was going well with the invisalign. The Dentist is one of the best that I've encountered. I've been going to Killeen Dental Health Center since 2018. I was looking for a new dental office and they were recommended by a family member. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and from the time of scheduling the appointment on the phone all the way until my visit was complete the staff was amazing. I definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a new dentist. My experience with Brittany, Meagan, and Dr. Gneiting was great!

They were all very knowledgeable about my treatment plan and explained the process very well. I don't think I've ever laughed as much as I did at a dental appointment. Great team, very professional.

I've been with this dentistry for some time now and up until this "new" front office team and manager came along things had been great. After realizing that I was over charged (due to someone filing my claims with the wrong insurance company), I've been trying to resolve this matter (for about 6 months or better) and the office manager won't accept or return my calls, I'm always placed on hold for more than 10 min(with no one coming back to the line), I've even hand carried my documents in to the office for them to see their clerical error only to be told that they didn't receive them. Customer service is everything and this "new" front office staff and manager are absolutely horrible at it.

I've spent my entire life see a dentist twice a year for routine cleanings & exams & Dr. Gneiting and his team are the best I have ever had. They not only helped take care of a growing cavity I had but they also helped prevent any future cavities in my other teeth by protecting them. I always have a great experience every time I go.

De Gneiting is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. He is very gentle. Had root canal and did not feel a thing. His staff is very friendly.

I'm a transplant from Michigan and needed a wisdom tooth extraction, and Devin offered to pull my other one too. It was overwith fast as lightning. Super smooth, zero pain. Much better than any experience I've had in Michigan. It's about 8 hrs later and I don't even need over the counter painkillers.

Upon entering the door the Front receptionist, dental staff everyone was professional, courtesy and kind. My procedure was explain to me in detail, I was given a choice as well as the prices before my service so I could make a well informed decision. Dr. Gneiting is extremely experienced dentist who I have been seeing for over 8 years. I highly recommend him and the great staff at Killeen Dental on Elms road near Ellison High School.

Let me start off by saying that I was extremely terrified of going to the dentist due to past experiences of judgement. But I knew I had to go eventually due to having some issues. I did my research and found Killeen Dental and based them off of reviews and peoples first experiences it also did help that they took tri-care. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to chose Killeen Dental everyone is absolutely amazing here. I see Krista she has been phenomenal since day one and always makes me feel comfortable when I come in. I highly recommend this place.

Meagan was a great hygienist! She was thorough and gentle. The other staff and Dr. were also pleasant and professional. I heartily recommend them!

I moved to the area recently and had a crown fall out. Despite having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, I was very satisfied with the services I received. Dr. Hyatt and staff were kind and welcoming. All procedures and billing were thoroughly explained and I was provided various options. Killeen Dental Health Center is now my go to for my family and me!

All the Dental Care Providers are always helpful when both my kids and I have our 6month check ups. They're understanding that I have my two kids and are willing to help out. They're great, kind, gentle, & patient with my 3 & 2 year old. My dental provider Jennifer is always very thorough with my cleanings and the Doctor insures he answers all of my questions & concerns that I may have when it comes to my teeth. The front desk clerks are always helpful too when needing to re schedule & are very friendly! Keep up the amazing customer service vibes!

I just had my appointment and I was so nervous I hate going to the dentist and have a fear of the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable and I really enjoyed going. They explained everything so I would know what is going on and what they are doing. The staff is amazing and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office.

The staff is very friendly. My hygienist talked to me & took the time to get to know me. She was very efficient & I never felt discomfort getting my cleaning Iike I had experienced in the past from prior cleanings elsewhere. The Dentist was equally friendly & didn't try to push unnecessary treatment or services on me.

First visit went great! Megan was my hygienist and she was very thorough, informative, friendly and overall a pleasure to deal with. The reviews definitely hold truth to the staff and dentists at this location and I'm excited for being under their care for my dental needs!

Up until now I have had no complaints about Killeen Dental. However, not too long ago my husband had an appointment and he never confirmed it. When he arrived they told him his appointment would have to be rescheduled. I am in healthcare and when we have patients that do not confirm we assume they are still coming. We do not inconvenience them and reschedule their appointment without informing them. I think we'll be looking for a new dentist soon.
