I am a fairly new patient. but Have had three great experiences so far. Great dentists and staff. Always so friendly and makes You feel comfortable.

This was my first time at Kennerly Dental Group and the people were friendly and I felt comfortable the entire time. I felt that everyone was professional and well qualified, but also personable at the same time.

This so called dentist was to fit and order false teeth for my 90 year old mother. She had the misfortune of a hospital staff member accidentally throwing her false teeth out when they came for her food try. She went in for surgery during the beginning of the COVID outbreak so seeing a dentist was difficult at best! After almost 2 years and losing half her body weight do to mashing mush she was able to get to the dentist with high hopes.

The first 2 visits seem to go well but the fitting for her mouth needed work. After she showed up for her 3rd visit they actually sent someone to the parking lot and told my mother and sister who took off work and drove her that the dentist had CHANGED HIS MIND!? That's right! He wasn't going to help her! And without explanation other than he said she had a small mouth ( which she has never been accused of) sent them home!

My family was completely destroyed! My mother and sister cried coming home. My mother comforting my sister as she was so distraught! This cowardly sob is the poorest example of a human being let alone a health care professional! If you use the POS for a dentist good luck! As for me? I'll never forgive him!

I was new to STL and looking for a good dentist when I found Kennerly Dental and I'm very glad I did. They're very pleasant, knowledgeable, and are willing to work with schedules. I have sensitive teeth, but Kate is super gentle, while still being very thorough. Definitely recommend this office!

I had not been to the dentist for a few years due to not having insurance. The front desk was very nice and helpful during my first visit. I went to the back and the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and was very kind to me as well. When the dentist came to take a look and saw how many cavities I had I could feel the judgment from him. He was cold and not friendly at all to me and he told the dental hygienist to tell me how to floss like I wasn't in the room. Made me feel terrible. I never went back again. I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends or family.

After my previous dentist retired, I was delighted to find Kennerly Dental Group. I have been very satisfied with their professional services as well as the efficient and friendly staff. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment, and they are always punctual. I can without any reservation recommend this office for the dental needs of your entire family.

Kennerly Dental is a great place, they are always friendly and do excellent work. Went in for a cleaning in Jan. 2021 and they did a very thorough job, they do not let you into the building until you can go directly to the dentist chair to avoid contact with others.

My first appointment at the Kennerly Dental Group was to have my teeth cleaned. Kate was the Hygenist, and she did an exceptional job. Virtually no discomfort, the cleaning was done in a timely manner and the Kennerly facility was clean and comfortable. Everyone that I meant was pleasant and friendly, and they will definitely be my dentist.

We absolutely LOVE Kennerly Dental Group! It's so nice to go to a dentist and have them only address the issues that need to be fixed. There are no attempts to "find things" that need to be fixed. The staff is amazing and friendly and very helpful when it comes to explaining the charges for the services also. These are some good humans working here! The Rigdons are fans for life! :

Kennerly Dental has been great to me since I moved from out of town and was forced to leave my previous provider. They have great hours, an incredibly friendly staff and they have handled my difficult mouth fabulously. I have moved from my previous home in St. Louis City to St. Charles and continue to go to them. I recommend them all the time!

Kennerly Dental Group is the best dentist out here. They really take their time to clean your teeth. Customer service is top quality and place is very clean. I highly recommend them.

If you're serious about your dental health, go see these people. I just finished my 6 month cleaning and the replacement of an old crown. Laura, my hygienist, is super, and there's no one better than Dr. Ed. Most of us don't look forward time in the dental chair, but in South County, there are #1. Try 'em.

Amazing team all around. They are comforting and understand fears that people may have about the dentist. They were funny and very personable. Highly recommend!

I forgot to add that after I posted my initial review on March 5, 2012 I called in again to make sure everything was taken care of and that no billed amount was left on my account. The lady answered the phone, looked up my account and said it had been closed since they thought I wouldn't be coming back and I wasn't welcome there anymore.

I audibly scoffed a little as I was astonished something like that would come out of a business's customer service. Regardless of that, she then said, "Oh, you're the one who left that bad review for us." I told her yep, that was me. She said, "that's bad-mouthing a business and you shouldn't do that, you should have called first.".Seriously? Pffft, b**** please.

Only reason I even decided to update this review is because I was going thru my phone call recordings and came across this one, brought back some fabulous memories. Go to Kirkwood Smiles instead. The dentist may continually hum while he's working but they will never over charge you, lie to you or mindlessly answer your questions.
