Horrible! I would never want anyone to go through what my son went through here. They quoted me a price for the entire treatment and then half way through, changed their mind and said that price was only for half the treatment, even though i had emailed documents saying that price was for full treatment. The spacer they drilled into the roof of my sons mouth broke and dr kendrick said there was no way that could happen and waited a week to see him to then say "oh yeah, that broke".

After seeing another orthodontist, they said most people don't use those spacers anymore because they are out of date and the new ones don't need to be drilled into the mouth anymore. They never refunded any of my money even though they refused to do the rest of the treatment and the first part of the treatment broke and did nothing. Waisted time and money here. Find somewhere else to go.

My twins got their braces about a year ago, and I am very happy with Dr. Kendrick's orthodontic work. And Larisa also does an awesome job, always looking for the right appointments that works with our busy schedules.

Two weeks after getting my braces off with Kendrick Orthodontics, after about two years of treatment, my dentist was horrified that he took them out. He stated I had wide gaps in my teeth that were traps for food and would cause me "major dental problems down the road." My dentist recommended I return to Kendrick and get my braces back on. Not wanting to be dramatic, I went to a second orthodontist for a second opinion, and they agreed with my dentist that there were major problems with my results.

They quoted me $2000 for six months of braces to correct the issues. My insurance will not help me with another round of braces. This is money that I don't have, so I am stuck with this unideal result. I'll focus only on the results, and they were poor. While I am fine cosmetically with my results, I was told by two professionals that it was BAD for my HEALTH. I lost all faith in Kendrick Orthodontics. I'm not sure if they offered further treatment to correct these issues that I would trust it.

Dr. Kendrick has been our orthodontist for many years. Our experience with him and his office personnel has been outstanding, they are alway courteous with higly customer service skills. Me and my kid we're very grearful for Dr. Kendrick.

Dr. Kendrick has been my orthodontist for years now and he always provided the best care and treatment. I absolutely love my new smile! Thank you for everything and also to the wonderful front desk staff who always made it their priority to be kind and welcoming. Not to mention the office has always been beautiful and super clean. My daughter has been under Dr. Kendricks care for 2 years and the experience has been amazing. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I have also, recommended Dr. Kendricks to other friends and are also very pleased with his work. Dr. Kendrick is very thorough with his work, we never felt rushed. He always took his time with my daughter and took the time for our questions and concerns.

Staff is super friendly and made me feel like family! Dr. Kendrick has been very gentle with my 12 year old son. He is super knowledgeable and explained my sons situation in terms that I could understand. He is very patient with his explanations. Price was very reasonable. Office is very comfortable and feels peaceful. The Dr. is the one that works on the patient not assistant as most offices have. So far I have had a very good experience. This is coming from a mommy who already had another child get braces from a different office about 2 years ago.

I've been coming to Kendrick Orthodontics for almost two years and since my first visit my teeth have improved incredibly. The staff is amazing and very personable, the doctor is meticulous in his work and worked with me to create the best care plan for my schedule. They are always willing to work with me and can take care of any emergencies quickly. Every visit I know my smile and confidence improves.

Dr. Kendrick and his staff are amazing! I am always well pleased with the service that is provided. All the staff has great customer service skills. Always put a smile on my face and tend to my questions or concerns with a willing attitude. I look forward to my appointments. I definitely recommend Dr. Kendrick you will not be disappointed, he is very trustworthy with your smile.
