AMAZING! Our daughter went from being scared of the dentist to actually liking it. This place was so nice and the people were so kind. Dr Matt was amazing, kind, and walked us through everything. They make my daughter feel safe and comfortable which made me feel so comfortable in their hands and knew she was safe. It was night and day from the last dentist. They are So amazing and we will be returning. Thank you say much and we are so great full we found this practice.

Every filling my son had has fallen out. The quality of work they do is terrible and my son will now have to have 3 teeth worked on and be put to sleep again at another dentist.

My kids LOVE coming here. My 3 year old had her first cleaning today and said on the way home "Mommy, I love going to the dentist!" and she was not so sure about the whole thing on the way in. Wonderful experiences for both kiddos today!

Incredibly friendly! Great with my son who had never been to the dentist. Made the first visit amazing!

First time here today with my daughters, 8 and 4 years old. My 4 year old was super scared but walked right back with her big sister. The staff was SUPER helpful and the receptionist explained everything to the girls before they went back. I was a little skeptical on letting the kids go back by themselves but the Hygienist reassured all of us that it's protocol BUT it let's them feel like a "big kid" too.

After the appointment, Dr. Matt explained the work that my oldest would need done. The visit wasn't an "in and out" sort of deal. They took their time and they got to pick out prizes at the end. My oldest (8 year old) said she felt safe and she liked it here.and that's a huge deal for us!

My son had an appointment at this office today. He is 3 years old and it was his first "real' dental appointment going back by himself. The staff was absolutely wonderful with him and knowing that I was nervous and anxious for him. They explained everything to him the best way they could with him being 3 years old. The dental assistant played with him and his "blankie" while I talked to Dr. Bob about his checkup. Wonderful staff. Very welcoming. Polite. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a dentist for their child.

My 3 year old loved it! She was a little unsure at first but she ended up helping another little girl overcome her fears. When they spoke with me about her "report card" they were very kind and very specific! I would recommend anyone and everyone to Pediatric Dental Care! Thank you so much for taking care of my little lady!

My son had a GREAT experience getting many cavities treated. He loved the doctor and the dental assistants. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the receptionist who checked us in was rude and patronizing. She greeted us by saying "step over here" in a tone that wasn't welcoming or inviting. For a pediatric office, I'd expect everyone to be bubbly to keep the kids happy and calm. Also, the appointment was made 3-4 months in advance and I didn't remember anything about them telling me to fill out paperwork from my email ahead of time or how the down payment worked.

The receptionist treated me like I was an idiot for not remembering these things. I believe her exact words were "you didn't remember about the emails or the down payment.were you even referred here? Were YOU the one we talked to when we made the appointment?" I understand that it's probably frustrating to have parents come in unprepared but that doesnt give her the right to belittle me. everyone deserves to be treated with respect and not like an inconvenience. We're all human.

We were referred here by our local dentist to get caveties fixed for our four year old. It was the best dental experience he has ever had. The doctor especially was very nice and handled our son very well. They were fast and did good work. We will definitely go back the next time we need dental work done for any of our kids.

A very nice place with friendly staff from start to finish. They are very understanding and patient with kids, which goes a long way in making the kids and parents feel comfortable. The waiting rooms were very clean and kid friendly, with enough stuff to let them play a bit so you can fill out some forms, but still see them. If I were to say anything negative, I'd say that after the exam we waited in a seperate room for the dentist to talk to us and I assumed we'd go over the X-rays and exam, but all he did was reiterate what the hygienist said.

I wouldn't have minded so much, but we had to wait almost 20 min after the exam to talk to the dentist for all of 15 seconds. If all they were going to do was tell me what the hygienist said, then I don't see the point of waiting. I don't mind them being behind, and waiting 20 min isn't a big deal, but waiting 20 min for 15 seconds of talking of no new information really didn't make sense to me.

My son just had a general check up and cleaning, so maybe if he needed some more invasive stuff they would have talked a bit longer, however waiting 20 min for a "good job and keep doing what you are doing, " was a bit much.

Amazing doctors and staff. Kids feel very welcomed and comfortable the second they walk in the door. Practice takes lots of insurances and are very supportive of foster children. The adults lounge is a nice respite too. Best around!
