My son just started his orthodontic treatment with this clinic so my reviews is base on 3 to 5 months old experience. 5 stars for office staff. Mary and Cindy are customer oriented and very supportive. First they will try to understand your priority- duration or cost or others. I got a quote in July and i was busy the whole of summer and when I went back-- I am surprise they still honored the quote.

Their covid prevention practice is super stringent and no lack of customer support despite the restrictions. Good job! 5 stars for the clinic location- it's only 10 mins from where I live. I wish they have bigger parking spots though. 5 stars for Dr Lee- Our first visit was in April/May - she did a thorough examination then sent my boy home. She told us it's not the time yet.

She emphasized we should not rush and her office team did not pressure any contract signing despite a quote was given. It's apparent that she and her office team put patients needs first, not $ or business. I have no comment on nursing team yet given my experience is only a few months old. My daughter had her braces done in another place- the nursing team was bravo!

They are all 15 to 20 years of experience. She had both teeth alignment plus significant improvement on facial correction! I sincerely hope Dr Lee's clinic will be able to give my son the same favorable experience and results. This clinic is high recommended by my dentist of many years, someone whom i trust a lot and I hope i am making the right decision. Thank you.

People here are all friendly and they always go above and beyond to know their patients and they are really accommodating. Would love to recommend Lee & Woo Orthodontics.

We're very happy with Dr. Lee and Dr. Woo. Their office is very accommodating and professional. The staff is very pleasant to talk to and we've never had any issues with scheduling. My daughter Amy feels very comfortable with the staff which has been one of the most important factors as to why we chose Lee & Woo Orthodontics over others in the area. We will definitely go back if needed for our other children.

Such a waste of time visiting the office! They made promise for the treatment and price over the phone. After you visited the office, they won't do what is promised and instead want you to sign up for a more expensive treatment. DON'T go to this place! You gonna end up waste your time! Cannot trust them on their word

Nice dentists and my teeth don't hurt. There are games and everything is clean. Awesome!

This review is long overdue. I had my braces treatment done at Lee & Woo Orthodontics and my experience with the entire office and both doctors was great. I really like my results and would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Just simply the best practice. Family oriented! I like how the whole staffs does a reminder calls and emails (busy mom ) Arcade room is dope! Great entertainment for kids and adults Clean clean clean! Kids friendly. and love the extra toot brushes for patients to use before the appt

Professional is the standard, but they are also classy, friendly, organized, & ALWAYS (and I do mean ALWAYS) on top of things. The facility is modern & comfortable. (It's not sterile or industrial like some offices.) All staffers are incredibly professional & skilled. Both Dr. Lee & Dr. Woo are top-notch! They also use advanced technology. (I had my braces done here. My daughter is currently mid-treatment, & several family members have also been treated by them.) Also, they're never late! We have never had to wait.

The office staff are so friendly. My kids always felt good about appointments and always had good things to say. The staff answered all my questions and worked with me and dental provider to maximize full use of benefits. I can only recommend their practice and their to Kathy lee.

My daughter had her braces put on 2 yr 8 months ago. Today she took them off and they look fabulous! I also went to Dr Lee for my braces 11 years ago and I was very pleased with my teeth. The office staff is always friendly and professional. Always has a smile on their face. The office is clean and bright with a kids gaming room on the side. I know this is a good office bc the same staffs that were there 11 years ago is still there now, which tells me they are all happy working for Dr Lee & Dr Woo.

I love Dr. Lee! She is so kind and even got my braces off a couple months early. just in time for my senior portraits. I haven't seen Dr. Lee since I got them off and when I went in for a retainer check up, she still remembered me and what school I go to now. The staff are patient and they take time to make sure the clients are comfortable. Its a little difficult sometimes to make appointments because so many people come here for braces.

I would recommend Dr. Lee for anyone who is looking into getting braces, in fact I already got 2 other friends to come and get their braces done. Bonus: -They have free coffee and games in the waiting room -They give tokens for every visit and you can trade them in for gift cards -Free pair of movie tickets when you refer someone else to come get their braces done

Every time I come here I get so excited because everybody is very welcoming and friendly and it smells fresh and clean here. They offer a game room for children and coffee and magazines for the adults. I do recommend coming here if your going to get your braces.

Dr. Woo and Dr. Lee are both super nice and amazing. My sister and I both came here for braces and the results were beautiful. Highly recommend.

Excellent services. Was recommended to go to the place by a friend. And it was supposed to be just my daughter but I ended up getting my braces too! Appointments is very accommodating. My Older daughter got braces two years ago in San Jose- so hard to get an appointment, always booked and they put it so far behind more than 30days. They make you wait even if you have an appointment time. But Lee & Woo works with my schedule. Friendly staff and kids love the game room.

The Dr's and all of the staff had been very helpful and provided great service every time! They are very professional and made me feel at ease. I couldn't have ask for a better Orthodontics office that are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!

Literally the only place I would trust with my teeth! I didn't want to get braces in the first place but I'm glad I did. Everyone is friendly and professional highly recommended for anyone interested in braces!

Great Dr's and great Staff. Rewind 5-7yrs ago. I needed to get another set of retainers and found Dr Lee & Dr Woo. They took care of me and were very professional and at the same time had a friendly vibe. Fast forward to June 2015 to get my son braces. From that time to getting his braces off last month, he too loves the office, the staff and doctors.

His fave is Dr. Lee and says she's awesome. I like the fact the they have things for the kids to do while they wait, such as an arcade room. Office is super clean and comfortable. I've haven't had a problem with them and they are accommodating and understanding.
