Thank you so much for your advice and care of my unfortunate condition. I was very impressed with my dental assistants concerns and recognition of anything that might make my procedure more comfortable. And it was. I literally had no pain when being anesthetized or during the work involved in removing previous posts and tips from my root and cleaning and reapplying new posts It was a long process, but for the work involved I was so happy my tooth was saved and infection stopped. So pleased with Dr James and happy that he is a part of this community

Dr Kedy was very pleasant, positive, personable, very knowledgeable, skillful, and efficient. Made me feel relaxed and confident in his surgical technique. Post op symptoms were very miner and minimal. I would give Dr Kedy an overall score of 20, on a 0-10 scale ( 10 being the high positive ) There is not the slightest doubt, I would definitely, highly recommend Dr Kedy to all needing Oral Surgery.

Great experience! Highly recommend! I am very anxious whenever I go to a dentist. I usually require meds and nitrous to sit in the chair. I've been told by other dentists I have "extra wiring" in my mouth so I rarely get entirely numb. Dr James explained the anatomy and was able to get me completely numb. I had a root canal with just headphones! Kim was awesome! So reassuring and fun to talk with.

This is a very professional office. Jen the receptionist was very help answering all my questions and concerns. I was impressed with all the precautions this office takes to protect from covid exposure. The assistant Libby was so helpful, kind and sweet. Dr. Chis James explained the procedures exceptionally well and explained each step as he went.

Most of all the shots and the total procedure was pain-free. I too. While I hope I never need their services again. I wound not hesitate to return. Jen even called me the next day to see how I was doing. They truly do care about you. They are the very BEST.

I was an emergency referral and not previously familiar with the practice. I called Monday morning and was scheduled with Dr Shen early afternoon that same day. Every aspect of my root canal experience was exceptional. The Front Desk was friendly and efficient and the "hands on" Staff ( Dr Shen and Libby) were professional, comforting and competent.

They identified the problem using state of the art equipment and treated it promptly. While I hope to not need their services again, if I do have need for an Endodontist in the future, Expert Endodontics will be my first choice. Highly recommended.

As anxious as I was about having a root canal done, Dr. Shen and his assistant were amazing. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised by lack of pain as the anesthetic wore off. I was very anxious about having A root canal. Dr. Shen and his assistant were very reassuring and answered all my questions. When the time came for the procedure I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and easily it went. The local anesthetic was very effective and virtually painless while it was administered. While no one enjoys sitting in a dental chair for about two hours with their mouth open, there was no pain during the procedure I and very minimal discomfort once the anesthetic wore off.

Dr James and his staff were very professional and caring. I had a root canal done and he explain everything as he was going and his assistant was right on with him. I even enjoy his signing to the music.
