From start to finish my experience at Dr. Jordan's office was a 10. The initial phone call to schedule my visit was so pleasant with Ms. Kim. The actual first visit to the office was a very comfortable atmosphere. Once again Ms. Kim was on point and courteous. The dental hygienist was so informative and comforting. She really made me feel at ease. Dr. Jordan came in and introduced herself and proceeded to review my xray.

She reinterated what dental hygienist said to do to prevent plaque buildup. I really appreciate everyone making me feel comfortable and informed. I look forward to my 6 month checkup.

The receptionist (Kim) is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The dental staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Jordan is caring, gentle and very knowledgeable about her dentistry. She's passionate about your smile and saving teeth. Her motto is truthful, "When you smile she smiles." Dr. Jordan is very helpful when you are deciding the best dental care for teeth replacement. I would recommend Dr. Jordan and her staff to all my friends and family.

I LOVE Dr. Jordan's office. The environment is great along with the staff. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and they are family to me. I feel at home and I hope to be with them for as long as I can.

Dr. Jordan was wonderful, caring and professional as usual! Kim is great! Markey and Cynthia were also nice and the other lady was courteous as well. I am not surprised because Dr. Jordan always demonstrates the highest ethical standards and the office is clean. Thank you!

Staff and Doctor are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. Appointment times are very convenient and prompt ready to service you upon arrival.

First impressions are everything and it definitely set the tone for my first visit in the office. Everyone was friendly especially Kim at the front desk. The staff was very professional and took time to explain any questions that I asked. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan's office, if you're in search for a new dentist.

My experience at this office was HORRIFIC! In my opinion this was one of the worst dental experiences of my life. I left this office in tears due to a wisdom tooth extraction. I sent Sharon Jordan a private message in reference to my experience. I felt this tooth was ripped out and she didn't know what she was doing. I ended up returning to her due to an infection. Sharon Jordan did not listen to me.

She was rude, sarcastic and dismissive. She was unprofessional and there was no reason to act in this manner at the second appt. She was given a chance to make this right but she chose to act like a kid and mistreat me for her inability to extract the tooth properly.
