Dr. Lewis and his staff have help me navigate through this process of a better permanate smile! They are professional and accommodating with good communication through a moving cycle. Dr. Lewis is compassionate, funny, intuative and kind. I was frustrated with what to do to correct my issues, after investing and planning with other local offices. When I landed in Dr. Lewis' chair, I knew he could not only help, but get me where I wanted to go. He made to process almost enjoyable.

Sometimes it's the little things that add up to make a perfect big picture of service. I was "extremely" nervous about an exam because of a recent problem with a particular tooth. Dr Louis and his whole staff made me feel respected and heard. From the front desk administrative person (sorry I didn't get her name) to Miranda, Lee and Dr. Louis I knew I was interacting with professional and yet down to earth people who really care. I was very apprehensive about my first appointment. Not only was I quickly greeted but everyone there was warm and welcoming. I went in expecting, actually dreading, the outcome. Had my first cleaning today with the hygienist, Caitlin. She is the best! She is so knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Hands down best cleaning I've ever had. Love this place.

In addition to the installation of two replacement crowns, Dr. Louis filled two cavities not scheduled for this visit because they had become painful. He was immediately responsive to my needs. All work was painless at the time and thereafter. He is an excellent dentist in all respects.

My experience for my first visit at this office was very nice. Staff and Dr. Louis friendly and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Did not have to wait to see hygienist when I got there. The only thing that could have been handled in a different way was that I wasn't introduced to Dr. Louis by the hygienist or Dr. Louis himself when he came in to check my teeth. The hygienist made me feel comfortable with the procedure she used working on my mouth.
