I came to this dental office a couple years back simply because it was across the street from my apartment but I am so glad I did! Everyone in the office is so accommodating and kind. Friendly and patient. They explain everything to you in detail and make you feel really comfortable. Any work I've had their since is always easy and done well. Over all I highly recommend this location.

I have been coming here for around 10 years, they are very professional, quick, and do a great job. I am one of those people who don't like the dentist off concept (I picture Steve Martin from Little Shop of Horrors) but, I am very comfortable in their care. I have nothing bad to say after all these years. You will not go wrong with this office.

Dr. Ridder and her team provide personal attention, step by step overview of all processes and possibilities. My family is committed to this outstanding practice.

My teeth have always been mess & an embarrassment for me. A tooth actually broke & I had to see a dentist. I was referred to Cumberland point dental so I made the appointment. They got me in quickly & made me feel comfortable. They did a thorough exam & put a plan in place to not only address my broken tooth but a plan to fix everything else. The entire staff has been kind, reassuring & nonjudgmental. I applaud there professionalism & would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a professional dental team.

My last visit to the dentist was 12 years ago. I walked in hoping to make an appointment and given an immediate exam. The dental assistant was friendly and not judgmental. Doctor reviewed with me what needed to be done without any lectures. I left knowing what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Pricing seemed more than reasonable to me. Ive booked my next appointment. I'd highly recommended this dentist. Most certainly the most professional experience I've had at a dental office.

Everything about them are amazing. Everyone was nice and listened to my needs. I had a fear of the dentist prior to coming here and avoided getting my tooth pulled. Everyone was so kind and comforting! I didn't have an issue at all getting the tooth pulled. I've definitely found the dentist office I've been looking for. I highly recommend!

Dr. Ridder and her staff have always been great on all my visits. They are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about anything I've had questions about. They've offered several options where applicable and I'm really satisfied with the work I've had done with them.

Cumberland Pointe refused to honor guarantees after Dr Lawson retired even though still within promised warranty timeframe. Pretty lousy and unethical.

Dr. Ridder and her entire staff are very professional, experienced and knowledgeable, and truly care about the well being of their clients.

The Dentist Dr. Ridder and staff are such kind and professional folk. I'm scared of pain and getting numb, but Dr. is patient and is careful to ensure my experience is as comfortable and calming as possible. They show they understand. I truly appreciate the care.

I came in to have an extraction performed. I had only called a couple of hours before that and they took me in right away. I dont know if they could tell but I was extremely nervous, (I'm terrified of going to the dentist), and they put me at ease almost immediately. My dentist was unable to remove the tooth I needed to have out but she tried everything she could and let me know that the safest route would be oral surgery and the staff even set me up with a place that could do it.

Then my dentist PERSONALLY called me to check and see how I was doing the following day! I am 100% so impressed and happy that I chose Cumberland Pointe Dental and I will definitely be going back in the future! Highly recommended this place and their friendly and compassionate staff!

In spite of Covid procedures, it was very efficient. Also, I was a new patient and needed to fill out the required forms. Everyone was very helpful. Lindsey, my hygienist, was extremely thorough and friendly. She explained everything she was doing, and the whole experience was positive. I nearly fell asleep. Dr Ridder is warm and kind, and she also did a full review. She clearly expressed her recommendations and gave me plenty of options to consider. We are new to the area, but I feel I have found my dental care.

Cumberland Pointe Dental would be my recommendation to anyone. They always do good work and make sure I am comfortable though out my visit.
