Well I whent there to have my dentures work on and the ladys there end up making me a new set all of the staff is awesome they listen to you to see what you won't done they tell you Well think this should be done nope they listen to what you won't on July 6 I go to have mine pick up I give them 6 10 stars three thumbs up for there work thanks ladys your awesome

I went about 2 months ago to get my dentures relined and they weren't done properly. I went back 4 or 5 times to get them adjusted, but each time they made it worse. The bite STILL isn't right and I have sores on my gums! It is very painful to eat! I was also told that the last time I had a new set made (which was there) that the upper denture wasn't made properly.
I have an overbite. Well, you would think they would offer to remake it but no they didn't. The staff was very friendly but this is ridiculous! I will have to go somewhere else to have a new set made since these are ruined and very painful to wear! So, there is $1200 that I will have to spend. I WOULD NOT recommend getting your dentures made there.

I had another pleasant dental visit with Northside Dental Clinic, in May 2021. Since I moved to the North of Springfield MO, Northside Dental Clinic has been a excellent choice for 5+ years. Waiting room has 18+ comfortable chairs, restroom 10ft. away and always 1 to 2 receptionist on hand to check you in.

I have been a patient at Northside Dental for 15+ years. Even after moving an hour away nearly 10 years ago, they're still my dentist. I love going in to see Paige, my hygienist. She's a true professional and does a thorough job. I say being there is the equivalent of going to the spa for me, knowing I'll leave with a fresh and clean mouth! Also, prior to having any work done, they always have a breakdown of expected costs(and options) so that you're never left with a big surprise. Keep up the good work Northside Dental!

I absolutely love north side dental, I have been using them for about 5 years and will absolutely not change! I love Pagie she's so amazing and treats me so well! I walk in and it feels like home everyone knows me and treats me so good. I always come out with a great laugh and a beautiful smile! Definitely will recommend them! Not just for a drawing LOL but because I have meant to put a review on for a while! There great, switch today and get set up with the best dental place in town! :

They said they took our insurance so I sent my daughter in for a teeth cleaning. She signed the papers for consent to treat like she should. They took x-rays that we didn't ask for and are trying to charge me for them. And charge me for most of the cleaning because they are out of our network of our insurance. So the insurance doesn't cover barely any of it.
They should have told us before treatment that insurance will not cover all of it and they definitely shouldn't be doing work we didn't ask for and charging for it. They told me since my daughter signed the papers that we still have to pay for unwanted service. Very shady practice.

I've never left a dentist office and said to myself (or others) "Wow, that was a great experience!" But I did after my last appointment. I went to work and praised Northside Dental Clinic to all my co-workers. Everyone I spoke to from the time I came through the door were kind, caring and attentive to my specific needs. Nicole was so wonderful and helpful. Maggie and everyone else answered my silly questions with grace! Dr. Kaelin is the best dentist I've ever been to and I had the most awesome outcome I could ever hope for! Thanks for helping me!

I have been coming to Northside Dental Clinic for several years. There is no less than professionalism with this clinic. I am so happy to have Chatel doing my cleanings and dental work. She is so patient with me, and she inspires me to do better. Sam and Maggie do an excellent job in making sure my information is up to date, along with conversing by phone to access coverage information.

It's always nice to give a good review. My childhood fear of the dentist has given way to embarrassment over my lack of dental care. I am pleased to say that the staff of Northside Dental has been both courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I would happily recommend them if you are in need of dental care.

My wife's family has used Dr. Kerr forever, so when we got insurance this is where we went. Apparently he was in the middle of selling the business to another person. After a cleaning I was instructed to return for my fillings. It has been year's since I went to the dentist, and felt nervous about getting the drill. I went in had a cleaning, numbed up, and sent back to the waiting room?
After 30 minutes I asked the receptionist what the deal was? She said he was consulting a new patient. After 45 minutes I was led into the back where the numbness was all but gone. After another 20 minutes of waiting in the chair for him I decided to leave. I will never go back here again.
