The office was clean; the staff was calm and friendly; the hygienist cleaned my teeth with care. She gave me really good information on how to continue to take care of my mouth. I left the appointment feeling good.

I've been going to Karina for about a year and a half now for my braces and I absolutely love every experience I've had from the time I walk through the door I'm always greeted with a smile and I'm never waiting more than 5 minutes sometimes no wait at all. I do not like going to the dentist, but the staff at Infinity Smile makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. They are very nice and professional. The hygienist was great. She explained in details the cleaning process and made sure that I did no feel any pain or discomfort while she cleaned my teeth. Keep up the good work. I will see you in 6 months.

Dr. Sylvester is simply outstanding and very knowledgeable about his profession. I actually wish i had more work to be done! One extraction and two fillings. Flawless!

Staff is fantastic! Dr. Slyvester is gentle and explains everything that he does in a manner in which is easy to understand and he answers any and every question very professionally. If he's unable to complete testing or a procedure in his office he'll refer you to another professional that has standards comparable to his. I've been a patient for over a decade and would not dream of going anywhere else!

The staff at this office are very professional. I've been a patient of Dr. Sylvester's for over 20 years and have yet to have had any bad experience. The one thing I've missed is that they always had Inspirational/Gospel music playing softly; I noticed during my last 2 visits there wasn't; I miss that.

The service here is impeccable! They will answer all of your questions and concerns. If you're like me and feel a little anxious about visiting the orthodontist. don't be afraid to come here. I recieved braces and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend!

Over the years I've been coming here the staff are always positive and very welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and I always leave here happy.

Today was actually my first visit. The hygienist made me feel so comfortable. She took her time and explained what my issue was and what I needed to take care of it. Forgot her name but very professional. Warm nice clean environment. I give it 4 stars. Dr. Sylvester was on point as well.

The hygienist, Martina Brooks R.D.H, is awesome; very thorough and gentle. Dr. Sylvester is wonderful and always makes my visit very pleasurable. The atmosphere is very serene with gospel music playing in the background!

I have been a patient of this for practice for 17 years. My appointment was scheduled for myself and my 2 daughters for 12/4/17 2 days before I was scheduled to come in I was told someone scheduled the appointments during office time and I had to come in January 9th of 2018. I explained that I had waited 6 months for the appointment and I would like to get the services before 2017 ended. Sabrina explained the next available was January 9, 2018.

I rescheduled for January 9th and the day of the appt when I called to confirm my appointment I was told I had to pay $495.90 for a crown from October 2015. I had insurance in 2015 and because this is so out of date I have no idea what they were paying at the time. I have never received a bill. I have been to the same dentist office several times since 2015 with my daughters for cleaning and kindergarten check up and no one has ever said you have an outstanding bill.

The day of the appointment on 1/9/18 when I called to confirm my appointment, I was told by Maria if I didn't bring in $495.90 that I couldn't see the dentist and they were cancelling my 3 appointments. So now the day of the appointment I have to pay almost $500. Sabrina was the one who called to reschedule my appointment in December 2017 why didn't she say anything in December or any of my previous visits.

And I've been there several times since 2015 and NO ONE has even mentioned an outstanding bill. Yesterday I asked Maria for copies of the bill and what the insurance paid and she was suppose to be emailing them to me and nothing. Maria was absolutely the rudest person on the telephone. She stated if I couldn't pay than I couldn't come in for my 3 appointments.

This is absurd. I could have made payment arrangements on a bill from 2015. The rudeness, lack of explanation of the bill and lack of proof of the bill and no empathy from Maria was unnecessary. They actually called me 3 times to tell me I couldn't come unless I paid $500. I felt their was a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. I change my whole world around for doctors appointments and I take it very seriously. 17 years with the same office shows that I just don't run out on bills. The last thing I asked for from Maria yesterday was a call back from Dr. Sylvester and I was told he was busy all day.

Some of the kindest people I have ever encountered work at Infinity Smile. I am a Dental Chicken! Years of painful dentistry, extractions and just non-caring attitude from dentists kept me from much needed mouth care. A friend recommended Dr. Sylvester and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. His receptionist is always smiling and welcoming, his assistant treated me like family while prepping me for an extraction and the hygienist gently nudged me into coming back for regular cleanings. I have placed my mouth iinto their loving hands.

In the beginning I felt so welcomed. The staff WAS really great. However, as of late the experience was not so great. I scheduled an appointment back in March or so for a July appointment. When July came there was no follow-up call (as there had been before). I got to my appointment which was scheduled for 7pm (which they took later patients on Monday).

To my surprise the parking lot was empty! I called and of course the "new vm" stated that office hours were from 9am-5pm. So after waiting months for my appointment, no confirmation of schedule change or anything I basically had to wait for an appt for October! when I was told I could probably try and be seen by the receptionist and that she would pass my information along, no one EVER call back as of TODAY! so disappointing! especially when you need and want your teeth cleaned. Will be having to find another dentist.

Dr Sylvester takes good care of me I highly recommend his services

I absolutely LOVE this place.and how many people do you know that LOVE such a place?! They always make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Everyone from the office staff to the hygenist are extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
