Dr Igbinadolor is awesome dentist. He's been my dentist since 2002. Every time I visit he take excellent care of me. The staff is equally friendly. He makes me feel comfortable and welcome under his care. He gives excellent care. I strongly recommend Dr. Phillip.

Publishing patient PHI is a direct violation of HIPAA, your retaliatory remarks towards patients experience is saddening. you deserved those HIPAA fines and i hope you have change or patients found better treatment of care else where. UPI did not respond to Office of Civil Rights (OCR's) data request, did not respond or object to an administrative subpoena, and waived its rights to a hearing by not contesting the findings in OCR's Notice of Proposed Determination. OCR imposed a $50,000 civil money penalty.

This dentist insisted he remove mercury amalgam fillings. I trusted him. And, I'm losing these teeth because of the removal of amalgam. The composite filling not only failed, but his failure to fit the fillings properly cause undue pressure and cracked the teeth beyond repair. And now I've learned that unless your teeth have failed amalgam fillings, CDC says the amalgam is perfectly safe! And, when amalgam fillings are removed, patients will experience high levels of mercury for 60 or more days!

Not to mention swallowing the debris. Also, if you do need damaged amalgam removed, find a competent dentist who uses the correct vacuum system that removes all mercury vapors and debris as these mercury amalgam fillings are being removed.

Dr. Phillip Igbinadolor removed my wisdom tooth 24 hours ago. The pain I feel is barely noticeable, and the gum is healing fast. The staff were quick to check me in and the office space was clean.

Staff are unprofessional and lack good customer service. Dr is great but staff are terrible.

My dentist, Him & his staff are so Kool. This dentist picked up right away on how anxious I get from being at the dentist, he prescribed a med to relax me. And he's a great dentist as are All of his staff. I miss going to him as I'm in SC now & 3 hours away. And nope I'm still not Married sir, maybe one day and I'll send the office a invite. Continue being Great & caring Dr Igbinadolor.

My doctor is the best, I drove from Lilesville to charlotte to see him for my dental work. His staff has the best customer service and he is very knowledgeable at what he does. He showed my family and I compassion and he looks out for us all making affordable care while providing Quality care, that's why we should all pay our bills to keep his service available.

Very good Dentist. His concerns is his patients. I always have a good laugh when I visit them. His staff is always very courteous and friendly. The ones I saw can explain what you will see him for. They have a wonderful prep team. Very good team work. I would recommend him to my family and friends. already have some family members and friends that have appointments there. Way To Go! Dentist U. Dr. Igbinadolar is a loving caring Dentist. He always has a good since of humor and he cares about his patients. I have found a good Dentist that I am proud and not afraid to visit.

The staff as well as Dr. Igbinadolor are incredibly disrespectful and incompetent. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. So rude there!

I had a bad experience when I went to this dentist as well. He also gave me a referral for the things i needed done and at the time I was wondering do you do any actual dental work here or will I just come for a referral slip. Two times was enough for me I never went back. Ms Ellerbe you must have struck a nerve on the dentist without novocain the way he is ranting and raving about you all's situation.

You're better than me seems like you were trying everything you could to get your bill paid according to his own posting even to go as far as to contact the BBB to make sure the issue was resolved. Seems like he would've been happy that you still wanted to even pay the bill after all of that but instead he comes at you talking junk calling you ignorant!

Do you really wonder how the staff would act professional if their boss gets on a major website and not only try to put down a previous client for giving him a 1 star which I really think was too high, but looks almost like he's borderline on violating his HIPAA law by acknowledging the dental records where everyone can read it. Man that guy seems to be a real joke guess if he will do all of that on here his staff don't have any shame on disrespecting their clients in front of a handful of people. 10-3-15 Please someone else give him 5 stars because if you don't he will leave you a response trying to diminish your reputation (as if it's going to affect me in any way lol).

Let me advise you on what a review does. It allows the people who read it to get a mental picture on you and your staff from the opinion of someone you have had some kind of contact with it doesn't mean that's who you really are until you reply with these ignorant responses that allow people to see and say yeah maybe they're right. Thanks for helping me to show that you're nothing more than a disgruntle dentist. Maybe on your next response it will be in silence with a blank page remember people are watching you as a business owner not me.

I am very disappointed in this office. The front office staff is so rude and unprofessional. I was warned not to go here but because it is near my home, I decided to give it a try. My daughter has never missed a 6 month check up and the first time she was seen here, we were told she had 12 cavities and she needed braces. Are you kidding? I was also given a referral to someone else to set her up with braces for two years.

I was so confused, I took her to another dentist and they could not believe what I was told. She had no cavities and of course, did not require braces. Also, the front office staff did not file my insurance correctly and they kept insisting I pay this bill. Even after I contacted them several times, they refused to file the claim stating they had already done this and my insurance just would not pay. Another joke! I called BCBS immediately and they never did receive anything from this dentist office. Be careful!
