Dr Henseler and Dr Kocian are true professionals, their treatment / service was prompt, they dealt with complex correction very methodically with ease. Dr Henseler shares treatment plan in advance and executes as per plan. Within a short period you can see progress. The staff in the clinic are friendly and offer outstanding customer experience and service. Based on my awesome experience and outcome I would highly recommend Dr Henseler for orthodontic treatment.

Outstanding customer service from every staff member we have met along the way. Initially our son required Phase One (1) orthodontic treatment to provide space for his secondary teeth. I was truly impressed with the initial consult, knowledge, and prediction software to help guide our decision of care. We truly believe the doctors and staff provided clear and rational options as if they were treating their own child.

As our son was completing Phase One, we decided to schedule a consult for our pre-teen daughter. While her teeth appeared fairly aligned to the non-trained eye, we learned that not only are we attempting to make a picture perfect smile but also could eliminate issues which could occur as an adult. A small subtle re-occurring chipped tooth was actually due to her bite and we could prevent significant wear in adulthood with orthodontic treatment. Also, both Henseler and Kocian independently review each patient and treatment plan to provide the best possible outcome for each person. Thank you for your dedication to our family!

My orthodontics journey has been life changing. Henseler & Kocian Orthodontist was beyond great, amazing, and caring. I suffered a class 3 underbite and my process was very lengthy. Throughout everything, all procedures and time frames was explained every step of the way. When I had surgery the team sent me flowers and cards. My experience has been a friendship not business, everyone is so nice, kind, caring, concerned, and the follow up isn't just pertaining to your treatment but also your life along the way. Nothing is rushed, and my service I received was beyond superb. I would give 10 stars if possible. Highly recommend.

Henseler & Kocian Orthodontics did a great job making my 10 year old feel comfortable getting braces even though he was nervous. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why they were going to do it. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Henseler & Kocian to anyone looking for an Orthodontist and will return to them when it is time for our daughter to get her braces.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We have been enjoying our experience. With one in her first phase of ortho and two others to be in braces within the year, we will be spending plenty of time with them! I work at a dental office and Henseler and Kocian are our go to Orthodontists.

We had the absolute best experience at Henseler & Kocian. The doctors are amazing and answer every question. My daughter required changes to our treatment plan in the middle of her treatment but they adjusted and her teeth are absolutely beautiful! My future Orthodontist daughter appreciated all the extra explanations and answering of all of her additional questions. She enjoyed the experience and cannot stop smiling!
