This place has to be the worst clinic. Maybe it wasn't this bad at one point, but either they are understaffed or have stopped caring and need to hire new individuals. As an advocate for clients it has become impossible to schedule appointments. (More specifically the dental department) When you call the call center you are placed on hold for 30+ minutes, and when someone does answer they transfer you to the dental department (even though that's the option you've chosen during directory) and the phone rings until hang up.

When you go in to the location you're told to use the call center, or that appointments are full so try again tomorrow. I have a difficult time understanding how individuals in the call center have not been fired, reported, or no sort of system change has occurred for the past few months. Due to my clients having disabilities they do not deal well with change which is why they continue coming to this place, but this does not make this behavior ok.

It makes anyone's life more stressful, especially when mental health/ human services staff are attempting to advocate for their individuals. The icing to me was when I asked in person "is there a call service manager, " and was told by the dental appointment scheduler to call the call center and ask to speak with one. Now how would I do that when the phones ARE NOT answered?! I will definitely look further into how to report this clinic, and see what further actions can be taken toward the negatives behaviors being demonstrated.

Staff need to do a better job on passing messages to doctors and making sure that orders are completed before the end of day complaining about how many doctors you have to take care of for their patience is wrong and upsetting some patients at come through there are very sick and do not need an explanation or a lecture from a nurse that is doing absolutely nothing to help you and there should be a back line telephone for those of us that need to speak to a doctor right away and it should not be an issue many clinics are doing this now and I think it would be great for you to do so as well having construction in this area is a massive inconvenience for patients and to have them do
