Most friendly and helpful staff ever! Stellar care AND timely appointments. No one wants to have to go to an oral surgeon, but this group works hard to make the best of it.

I've been seeing Dr. Heard for almost a year now and every appointment has been great. Every person on the staff is welcoming. Also, his hygenist Cali is the best I've ever been to. Awesome place!

Dr. Heard is so caring, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a gum grafting surgery with sedation and I never felt any pain during or afterwards. Wonderful care and results! You'll be in good hands here. I drove 2 hours to come here!

Dr Heard and his team are superb. Very thorough and very sensitive to a person's unique needs. If you need this kind of work, Dr Heard is the man to see! I would definitely go back.

After multiple years of putting off a dental issue, I had my first visit to Dr. Heard. In a short period of time I went from what I had convinced myself was a hopeless dental problem, to a complete solution. I now have a detailed, knowledge filled path forward on schedule, procedure, and even exact costs. All my questions were answered and I am completely relieved of my previous concerns.

What a pleasant experience across the board including the friendly staff. That came as no surprise, as I know a few of the folks personally and they are great people outside of their work as well. Surely it's not a coincidence that they are part of the team there. I'm really looking forward to the procedures I have coming up and only wish I had went to Dr. Heard sooner.

I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They are always on time. Lisha always does an awesome job. She always pays attention to detail and client comfort. I rate this as A+++ Service! KUDO's to You! and I don't give those out often.
