I have been going to Designer Smiles for years. They always do a phenomenal job and treat me well. Ms. Nancy is my hygienist and she has always taken care of my teeth. Highly recommend.

Dr Ann has been our dentist for 10+ years. She's always professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and conscientious. I trust her with my girls' smiles as well as my own. Her staff is professional and proficient. All of the hygienists are pros but Nancy is my favorite hygienist of the 50+ years I've had my teeth cleaned. She keeps notes and really cares about the health of her patients.

She will ask you about your family and your health. She always seeks to make you comfortable while she's doing your cleaning, taking scans, etc. I highly recommend Dr Ann and her practice.

I had a wonderful experience with my dentist, hygienist, and the receptionists at this clinic; thank you for taking such good care of me! My apprehension about seeing a dentist increased years ago during a procedure at my local clinic, but the professionals restored my trust. As an international student, I am delighted to have discovered this pleasant and comfortable dental service, which raises my knowledge of the importance of adopting good oral health practices. Furthermore, under the present epidemic, they closely adhere to sanitizing standards, which I find reassuring.

Designer Smiles opened an account with LendingClub without my authorization in May 2021 and charged $5,085.00 to that account. No services have been rendered nor did I approve the account to be opened. I went into their office for an Invisalign consultation. I told the dentist that I didn't want to commit to the service until she found out about the entire treatment plan.

She said she would send the scans of my teeth to Invisalign, inform me of the exact treatment plan, and at that point, I could decide if I wanted to proceed with the treatment. She said she they wouldn't open an account and charge me for the treatment until my approval. However, they went ahead and proceeded with opening the account without my consent. I have called the office to dispute the charges. However, they refuse to provide service and to refund the amount. The office is currently not returning my phone calls.

I like very much, the professionalism and the talent of the staff. I know everyone hates going to the dentist, including me, but when I walk out, I know it's been done right. The dental assistant, Cresha, always makes the job go better for the patient. It's always a pleasure to have her assisting.

Dr. Ann and the staff are wonderful. They are professional and friendly. Just started going to her because my dentist retired. I had a molar that needed to be removed. I was a little apprehensive since this was my first visit and had to have this major work done. Did not need to worry. Dr. Ann did an excellent job and it was pain free! I still have more dental work to do and have no hesitation continuing with Designer Smiles.

I have had a lot of issues with my teeth over the years. Dr. Ann and her staff have been absolutely amazing! They have always made me feel comfortable at every visit. I love my new smile and smile so much more now!

I went to Dr. Anna few years ago, she was also the dentist for my wife and my daughter. I always wanted straight teeth, and at the age of 48, I went there hesitant that I could have the teeth I always dreamt to have at this age, dr Anna and her staff assured me that they can make my dream come true, and offered a discount for paying upfront, I paid $5000 cash. Dr Anna checked me and order me a box of plastic braces that I needed to have on and change once a month, and I was suppose to go there for a check up once a month.

I put the first braces on, and it was tight, I was informed that it is suppose to be tight and that how it works. Towards the middle of the month I noticed some of my teeth have started wiggling, I called the doctor, and again, I was assured that my teeth are just moving and it is all normal, I was really worried but continued wearing the plastic braces for a whole month until the time came and I put the new one on, I had for few days and I was horrified that many of my teeth were wiggling badly, I called tge doctor's office and once again I was assured that this was normal, and they will go back and get more rooted over time.

I stopped wearing the braces and went for a second opinion who advised me that he does not recommend me to continue this procedure for another 11 months. I called the office of dr. Anna to inform them of my decision, and I asked for a full refund, and I was told they can't refund the money or even part of the $5000 that I paid. Before starting that procedure, I really had strong teeth, .not straight, but strong and healthy, but since then, the condition of my teeth deteriorated, and I'm upset that dr. Anna gave me the wrong medical advice.

She should have told me that I'm too old to get a straight teeth, or at least there will be risks involved.,b ut she chose money over honesty. I do not recommend this dentist.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Phyllis is the BEST dental hygienist! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

I have extreme anxiety with dentist visits. I have severe sensitivity due to clenching and grinding my teeth. Nancy, my hygienist, and Dr. Ann have worked out ways to make my visits pain free and low stress. By the way, they also do great dental work. I've been a patient for 11 years and wouldn't dream of finding a different dentist.

I've been a patient of Designer Smiles since I was a kid. Everyone there is always super kind and helpful, their level of care is always outstanding. I could not reccommend them enough.

I just transferred to Designer Smiles from my long time dentist that had recently retired. The entire staff was pleasant and professional.with all the modern equipment to boot. I followed my hygienist (Christine Dominick) over from the other office and she has all the latest maintenance equipment at her disposal. My new dentist, Dr Ann, shared with me her family's background in the industry which made me comfortable.

She was professional in her discussions on the next step and thoroughly (verbally and visionally) with her thoughts on these steps. Limited to no up-sale in the process with the office staff respecting the fine balance between cost of services and payments due. Refreshing in these times I actually look forward to my next visit

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Ann and her staff for many years. In my opinion her skills as a dentist are second to none and her staff is always professional courteous and accommodating. Even though she is not an in network provider for my insurance. I continue to come back to Designer Smiles because I refuse to settle for second-best. Much thanks to Dr. Ann and her phenomenal staff for keeping my teeth healthy.

If you knew me, you would know I have quite a bit of dental issues and therefore have spent my fair share of time in dentists offices'. so I feel like it's fair to say that I know how to pick 'em! Dr. Lauren. with Designer for Smiles is a rockstar! She eased my 3 year old daughter in to having her first teeth cleaning and made it a great experience!

There was lots of laughs and show & tell to help my daughter feel comfortable. She even let her use some of the tools! I started with Dr. Ann after having found who I believed was my perfect fit as my cosmetic dentist. oh how I was wrong! I met with Dr. Ann for a second option and knew immediately that I was in good hands. Her staff is exceptional! Dr. Ann was and is always very informative and gave me lots of options. She is a great communicator and put me at ease. I refer about everyone I know and they all end up using her. literally! Don't hesitate, call Designer for Smiles!

I have been going to Dr. Ann Haggard for over ten years. She first did top dentures for my mom. She did such an amazing job that I started using her as my dentist as well and did Invisalign with her. I didn't think any other dentist would impress me until she hired Dr. Lauren Eichblatt. Dr. Lauren is kind, patient, and very up to date with new techniques. It is great having Dr. Lauren at the office as well because I know I will be well taken care of regardless of which dentist is available and that is hard to fine these days.

I'm the biggest coward when it comes to dentist but Dr Ann and her staff made me feel comfortable. All of theses ladies are top notch and really care. The first dentist I've been too in a long time that I like. Thank you Dr Ann and ladies.!
