Everyone there is awesome from front desk to Dr Nguyen. A special shout out to my Hygentist Neva she is the BEST! I commute from San Jose because I love Dr Nguyen and his office so it is worth the commute!

Warm, friendly, professionals that make you feel at home. We are moving out of the area but if we ever return, they would be among my first calls.

The staff is awesome! Always friendly and happy to help! From the doctor to Neva, Dawn, Donna, and everyone else, it's been my favorite dentist so far!

As usual, very pleasant, professional and personable! I trust Dr. Nguyen, Rosa - the entire staff 100%. So grateful for all that they do. More importantly. I brought my 85 year old mother in to see Dr. Nguyen. She had not seen a dentist in over 24 years. This was a HUGE step for her. I wasn't at all surprised that after her first visit with Dr. Nguyen she agreed to proceed with all steps that were necessary.

It took several months and numerous appt. all of which I was able to stay with her mostly because she doesn't hear very well. The day Dr. Nguyen completed, my mom looked at me and smiled without covering her mouth. I never thought I'd see this day. Words can't express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nguyen and his amazing staff for the way they cared for my mom. She is back to living life, eating properly and hasn't stopped smiling. Forever grateful

Prior to seeing Dr. Nguyen & his wonderful staff, my gums would bleed easily. Especially when I flossed or brushed my teeth. After my second visit, I immediately saw improvements. My gums no longer bleed. I've seen 4 dentists before Dr. Nguyen but this is the first time my gums haven't bled in years! I couldn't be happier!

Everything in the office is always fabulous. The staff is friendly and professional. Love going there.

Hi! Dr Nguyen was gone above and beyond my dental expectations. I have nerve damage in my mouth and he has been so patient and responsive in dealing with my pain. Most dr/dentists don't care if you are in pain but dr Nguyen has truly cared and seen me last minute and after hours. I can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful provider! He is very skilled with excellent bedside manner. The entire office staff are very caring and professional. My hygienist Amanda did an amazing job with my cleaning, it was pain free and she did a wonderful job of explaining everything she was doing. Highly recommend this office!

They do not accept medi-cal or HMOs. My crown fell off and I was so scared! I called in at 7:15 am and luckily the receptionist picked up the phone! She was very informative on all the options I had. She booked me in really quick and I was able to go in and out within 30 minutes. They also have an option where you can text them after your call. Thanks Donna and admin team for being so great! Don was really nice and very informative on what was happening.

He explained everything really well to me and gave me a few recommendations. Because I was a new patient, I had to pay the full amount because I was not a patient of record. I wish they covered my insurance but the customer service here was amazing!

Was delighted when the office staff juggled appointments to get me seen ASAP for a problem with a crown (done many years ago by another dentist). Today I had the crown replaced by Dr Nguyen and he was wonderful! It takes me a long time to get numb and he was so patient and made sure I was completely pain free through out the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen!

Amazing staff. They are very caring, personable, and most certainly have their patients best interests at heart. Dr. Nguyen is a very personable individual as well with vast knowledge of his work. You will not only get A+ treatment but you will learn as well.

I just had my first visit to Dr. Nguyen and it was better than I could have imagined! I have major anxiety about going to the dentist but when I got to the office Anna and Dawn at the front desk were so friendly and personable which immediately put me at ease. June took my xrays and was so sweet! And Dr. Nguyen was kind, friendly and non judgmental. We created a plan for my teeth and I left the office feeling so much relief! Best dental office I've ever been to!

Been coming here for 7 years and nothing but great service. Everyone is very personable there from the secretary, to the hygienist, to the dentist. The dental hygienists are especially gentle with sensitive gums.

I want everyone to know we picked a great Dentist when we moved from Sunnyvale. We had the same dentist for 20 years. We have been so pleased with the technology displayed in the equipment. The staff is really great and so accomodating. The staff is so knowledgable and informative. I have had Dawn help me on quite a few occasions explaining procedure questions that I have. Always have my questions answered.

I can't say enough about Dr. Nguyen and his staff! His hygienists and front office staff are also caring and compassionate. Dr. Nguyen is absolutely the kindest most amazing dentist. He goes out of his way to make each person feel comfortable and provides excellent care. He even came in on a Saturday to help with my daughter who was having wisdom tooth pain. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!

Let me say that Dr. Nguyen is a good dentist. As time has passed, his practice has become focused on one thing: money. The prices are unbelievable, and whatever is not covered by insurance is charged to the client in full. There is no break for anything, and payment is due immediately. If you miss an appointment, you are charged a fee of a hundred dollars.

If you cannot pay a balance due on your account, you will be denied service. I have worked with four dentists in my life. Never have I been treated as though the only thing that mattered about me was the income I generated. After a number of troubling incidents (they won't tell you how much you owe till you get there, and then if you can't pay they send you home and harass you for the money) I started to feel like seeing the dentist had become like pleading my case to a mob boss.

As long as I paid the extortionate fees, I would be fine. Otherwise, fugeddaboutit. So I left. I found new dental practice, in which the dentist works alone and sees one client at a time (not seven like Dr. Nguyen.) He chatted with me today and told me his practice is (gasp) client-centered. I have trust issues now, but I am guardedly optimistic.

Don Nguyen and Staff are AWESOME! They fit me into their busy schedule twice when I had an emergency broken crown repair. Positively wonderful attitudes and energy to satisfy Patients needs.

My experiences with Dr. Nguyen are noting but amazing! It feels like going to a spa! No pain all pleasure! Your teeth come out looking fab and makes you want to be smiling all day! I am so glad I was recommended to this office. All the employees treat you like family, Dawn, Ana and Rosa are just always above a 5star rating. I'm happy to say I will never look back to find another dentist! : Thanks guys!
