I have been coming here for years and I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. From the moment I get there the front desk receptionist Jess made sure I got checked in and told me what my insurance would cover and made sure I understood everything that would be happening during my appointment. The back office staff is also incredible, Jessica has helped my with my braces which Dr. Brian Nett did an incredible job on as well as assist Dr. Karan Nett with any cleanings and procedures I need. I wouldn't pick any other place to go. I love it here.

We have been coming to Nett Pediatric Dentistry and orthodontics for years. Both of my girls have braces. One getting them off next month and the other one just got them on this year. We love them, they are professional, always explain step by step what they are doing and are so nice and make me and my girls feel comfortable. I would highly recommended them. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love coming to the dentist for many reasons. For starters they are so kind and are very good with working with your schedule. They also give out tokens after your teeth cleaning ( for any kids who love little toys). Last but not least I have been here for a long time and they have great people and it is great here!

We are new to the area & so grateful to have found them! Each Doctor & hygenist were incredibly helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and willing to answer our every question. They were gentle with the kiddos & helped each of us to feel incredibly important. We were especially fond of Angela whom guided us through the consult after both dental & orthodontist appointments!

My oldest daughter and my son love Dr Nett for ortho and all three kids love Dr Nett for dentistry! I drive 40 min to come here after we moved and I would not change for anything. The care and attention they give all of my kids is amazing. They are gentle, caring, attentive, and it always feels like home.

Nett Orthodontics has been great. They always care about the comfort of the patient and make you feel welcomed. They always let you know what to expect, if something is going to hurt or if it will hurt in the future for example. One of my favorite parts about Nett Orthodontics is that they make braces fun! Whenever you wear your bands and brush, you get tokens which you can redeem and get fun prizes!

I got a total of 100 tokens during the period I had braces and got 2 gift cards! I would definitely recommend Dr. Nett to anyone looking to need braces or any orthodontic work.

My kids LOVE going to the dentist and it's all because of the wonderful people here! When my two year old got her first cleaning, they made her feel so comfortable and gained her trust, she didn't cry or give me any pushback! She gets so excited to see them! My 13 year old got his braces here and they were great on working with me on payment and explanation of benefits. Every single person in this office is great!

We absolutely love both Dr. Nett's and the staff at this office. Everyone is always friendly and professional. My children never mind going to get their teeth cleaned. Having the dentistry plus the orthodontics in the same office makes it very convenient.

Absolutely amazing pediatric dentistry. I habe taken all 4 of my children here as long as we have lived here, over 9 years, and continue to come based on their fantastic service, thorough treatment, and great approach. They never push treatment of any type on you, and educate you as much as you wish to be educated. They do a lot of preventive work as well. Very pleased!

Both Dr. Karan Nett and Brian Nett are wonderful with my children! The staff is welcoming and always kind. Overall great experience when I come in I always recommended to friends and family when someone is looking for a new dentist or orthodontist since this office conveniently offers both!

We love the team at Nett Dentistry! My kids needed to have cavities filled and teeth pulled for their first couple visits and Dr Nett was not only thorough but sensitive to the kids' needs. Very impressed with the staff and office as well. Very friendly, accommodating and great at making the kids (and Mom) feel comfortable. Highly recommend! She put the kids on the right path and we've had continuous checkups with no issues.

Dr. Brian Nett is amazing! I started my orthodontic procedure in Nogales, Sonora and had so many problems with the way they worked. (Should have figured) I've been coming to Dr. Nett's office for about 5 months now and I've seen the difference in my teeth. The staff here is also so amazing!

Love this dentist and orthodontist! My daughter has been going here since she had teeth and they are fantastic with kids. Now that we are entering the pre-orthodontic phase, they are helping us out every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Nett and Dr. Nett!

Dr. Nett was very friendly along with the rest of the staff! My 18 month chipped part of his two front teeth and we weren't sure what to do. We were recommended to Nett Pediatric and lucky the Dr. was able polish it to align his front teeth! He doesn't look as goofy now when he says "cheeeese"! Thank you, look forward to seeing you in 6 months!

My son isn't the easiest to work with and Dr. Net and the staff do an AMAZING job trying to make him comfortable. Would recommend this to all families but particularly those who have children with special needs.

My family has been going to the Netts for many years now. I've had two kids go through braces, one child has been seeing Dr. Nett since he was a-year-old, and I have also had my second set of braces with Dr. Nett. I truly cannot say enough about it to Dr. Nett in their staff. You walk in and feel at home, the employees love being there. It shows with how they treat their patients.

They bend over backwards to accommodate and help anyone when needed. If you are searching for a loving, fun practice for your children. This is the one! (Even as an adult looking for braces, this is the place!)

We're big fans of this place. We've been bringing the kids here for several years, and they make it very inviting and comfortable. The staff are friendly, they answer all our questions about care, payment and insurance. When our oldest needed braces, we didn't shop around, we stayed right here.

My three boys love heading to the dentist. The waiting room always has plenty of games and projects for them while they wait. They get to watch tv during the appointment and receive a prize at the end. -what's not to like. Parent's perspective: The staff is genuinely kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Nett is great and always makes herself available. We highly recommend this practice.

I've been taking my daughter to Nett Pediatric Dentistry for a few years now. They have a regular dentist and an orthodontist in the same building which makes it very convenient. She just got her braces off and they have always been amazing to work with. Always on time and willing to work with your schedule. The office staff are nice, friendly and welcome you with a smiling face which is always nice! Anytime we had a concern, we would call and they would work us in if they thought we needed to come in. I highly recommend them!

I am really impressed with Dr Nett. We have gotten a couple of evaluations and his made the most sense. Our older child has braces from another orthodontist and we chose to go with Dr Nett this time. He took time to explain everything extensively so that we were comfortable. All of the office staff and assistants are all very kind and great with kids too. The only concern I have is their appointments are very limited and always in the middle of the day, which is hard for school aged kids.

No cavities again! I love it here. Dr. Karan and Dr. Brian are great. The ladies up front are super cool too. I cashed in my tokens for a gift card today and love that they have this reward for good brushing and being on time to my appointments. I've been coming here for years and I love it!

We have been going to Nett for about 8 years now. In the beginning I wasn't sure if we were going to like Dr. Karan. Initially at 2 my son had 8 cavities. Oy Vey! His treatment plan included baby root canals, crowns, fillings.after much thought we proceeded for our son was comfortable with them. After that initial treatment shock we have been very pleased with my son's oral care.

Following Dr. Karan's advice on a few preventative treatments my son is on track for not having to wear braces. The front office staff, the hygentists, Dr. Karan and Dr. Brian are all wonderful. We can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Nett and her staff are wonderful. The office is clean, welcoming and inviting for my kids. My daughters are always more than willing to go to the dentist! My son has never been an "easy-going" patient and the staff there are all very understanding and patient with him. Dr. Nett is always willing to discuss their care with me and quickly responded when we had a dental emergency for my son. I highly recommend this practice!

On Feb 10th, we were informed at that time that my nine year old would need two fillings for cavities. At that time, I met with one of the office managers. She informed me of the expected costs for the fillings with my insurance. At that time, she also informed me of your office policy that no parents can be back with their child for procedures and that you recommend the use of "laughing gas" for the procedure.

I was asked if I was okay with this. I told the manager expressly that I thought not having a parent present was a bad policy but that I would accept it for this time since the x-rays and exam had been done with Dr. Nett and I wanted continuity of care. I also asked that we try to do the fillings without the "laughing gas" and that if it was necessary, we could use it that day as needed.

The manager left the room, consulted with Dr. Nett, and came back and said that she was fine with my comments. I scheduled the follow up appointment. On the morning of February 25th, we came back to do the fillings. My child was taken back and about ten minutes later a different office manager came out to talk with me. She told me that my child was "through with the worst of it" but that she had been "very fidgety" but since "you didn't want the laughing gas, you've made it harder on her." I felt that she was blaming me for my child's discomfort.

At this, I responded "Perhaps she would be more comfortable if her mom was back there, but that's not your policy and I don't want to be confrontational." The office manager had no response to diffuse the situation and left me standing in the lobby. About two minutes later, this office manager and Dr. Nett took me into the back office. Dr. Nett proceeded to berate me and insist that I not simply "accept" her policy about no parent being present, but agree with her.

I repeated multiple times that I understood her reasoning, had signed the consent forms, and wanted her to proceed with the fillings. I simply could not tell her that I thought it was a good policy. Dr. Nett insisted that we also use the "laughing gas" for my child to continue and I agreed. After approximately ten minutes of this lecturing, Dr. Nett allowed me to check on my child.

She was lying still in the chair, but tears were rolling down her cheeks. I comforted her and let her know that we would be giving her the "laughing gas" to help her feel calmer. At this point, Dr. Nett again started berating me about needing to be 100% on the same page in front of my daughter. I told her again that I understood what she was doing and would not have a conversation in front of my child where she continued to question me.

At this point, Dr. Nett refused to continue to treat my child. My child was already numb and had been traumatized by the experience. She was now not even going to get her fillings done. She felt that she was being punished. As I left, the office manager continued to be rude to me. She admitted that the first office manager had made notes in the system that I did not like the policy that a parent couldn't be back with their child, so the team KNEW my stance prior to me making or attending this appointment.

This situation could have been avoided if Dr. Nett would have made this decision before she began to treat my child and caused unnecessary pain to my child. I have four children and work with many medical professionals. In the past, if I have had a question or concern, the doctor or dentist has had a respectful conversation with me and we have come to an agreement.

Despite my strong feelings that day, I decided to wait several days before I wrote this letter to avoid an over-emotional response. After processing the events that occurred, I am confident that this letter is merited. I think it is important to mention that I took my child to another dentist the next day that did the filling with no Novocain, let alone no "laughing gas" and my child was happy, peaceful and said "it was great." This tells me that something definitely was wrong at your office that day.

The extremely positive experience with the new office made me deeply concerned about your medical judgment. I am not arguing with your policy. I am arguing with the way you handled the implementation of your policy with me and my child. Your condescending behavior and unexpected change of care after beginning a procedure is my concern. I'm sure that you try to present your policy in a positive light, but going through this experience, all I took away was that you wanted my child alone and sedated with you.

A pediatric office should support a parent's desire to be involved in their care, not push them away. In the end, I am glad the work wasn't completed with you as I cannot trust your clinical judgment. I hope that future children will be spared this experience at your hands.

Terrible experience for my son with special needs. Dr. Karan was rude and demeaning to my child. Ortho was a great experience. I like that Dr. Brian is more conservative in his treatment than others. Really review should be 0 stars for Karan and 4 stars for Brian so I settled on a 2 star average.

I took my son here at about age three, and initially liked the atmosphere they had for children. Then.the recommendations for pulling teeth, crowns, etc started coming in. I literally felt like I was at a used car dealership getting pressured to do more "work" on my son's mouth, including recommendations to see her husband/orthodontist. They also liked to play on yoiur emotions as a parent, using lots of "hard sell" tactics.

After getting a second opinion on the massive amount of work they recommended, our new dentist was confused as to why they wanted to perform the procedures they wanted to do. This is 4 years later, and my son's mouth (and now my daughter's too) is in great condition, at the caring hands of another dentist. I realized in the end, this office is only concerned with how much money they can get out of your wallet.

This office is great! My daughter is a patient here and absolutely loves it. Dr. Karan and Dr. Brian are fun, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in both dentistry and orthodontics. Everyone in the office is helpful and caring. My daughter just got her braces off and her smile is beautiful. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!
