From the first phone call thru my initial visit and checking out this office us stellar. Everyone is very friendly and cleanings as well as dental health plans are explained in detail and in terms easy to understand. Extremely glad I moved to this office. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

For being there my first time I felt comfortable even though it is a dentist office. The Dr. made me feel even more comfortable talking to me about my procedure. I like this facility alot so far. The staff was very nice too.

The last time I went to the dentist left me never wanting to go back. Here I am years later & I have had great service here. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that the dental hygienist stayed in the room with the dentist and I to make sure he discussed all the questions that I asked her that weren't in her area of expertise. Affordable payment options available for those more expensive procedures!

Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was in there for an hour and half in total including filling forms and x-ray exam. The staff were nice, prices were reasonable, the whole procedure was painless. Definitely recommend

New patient appointment and it was the best experience ever! Front office was so friendly and welcoming! Unique absolutely lives up to her name, she's unique and one of a kind. She's the best hygienist! Dr Kuo was funny and thorough with his exam. Best Dental Experience!

The hygienist Kiki was amazing! Made me feel so comfortable. Dr. McGee also so friendly and caring. Excited to have found them. Front office was Friendly too!

Hands down, the best dental practice I've been to. I was a new patient and upon entering the office the front office staff greeted me like they knew me. The wait was minimal. The hygienist was super sweet, friendly and very knowledgeable. Which I have not experienced at any other office. Dr Kuo was funny, kind, took his time going over my X-rays and he did not pressure me nor push services that were not needed. They truly care about their patients.from the first step into their office until the last step out. Highly recommend! Thank you for being so amazing!

I am a new patient at Happy Valley Family Dentistry and have to say the entire office staff deserves 5 stars! The front office staff were very caring and efficient; Unique, the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and compassionate; and the dentist was very professional, friendly, and actually listened to my needs. I was very pleased with facts given and the fair competitive pricing. I was given a exam for my condition and xrays for reasonable fee that was agreed upon before my visit. The staff and the doctor were very nice and helpful. I have confidence that this office will be able to help me with a long standing and painful problem. Thanks

I took my daughter in today for a cleaning. The hygienist was cleaning her teeth with such force and rigor, it was hurting her to a point where she winced and turned away a few times. The hygienist said she was sorry and was almost done. My daughter has a really high pain tolerance and rarely complains but she had marks on her arms from gripping herself so hard because it hurt so bad.

While the hygienist was flossing my daughter's teeth, the Dentist came in and told her she had another patient who had been waiting for a long time. She left the room and the Dentist looked at my daughter's teeth. The hygienist came back to finish flossing and flossed so hard and so fast, my daughter felt like her gums were being cut. She was in pain when we left the office and was still in pain two hours and two Advils later.

Everything was great, done in an hour but waited 30 minutes for my dental plan and had to leave without getting it. Need a smoother exit. Good part is -- this is the first time that has happened to me.

Hands down BEST dentist/dental office in town. Straight to the point of what work I needed and answered every question I had. I had a few good ones too! I like to know how the work is being done from start to finish, which usually ends up with follow up questions. The Doc and Dental Assistant (I think that's what he was) answered and explained the procedure.

The environment is welcoming and warm. Jazmine the receptionist was helpful and nice. Made sure I understood the billing and even worked with me regarding the invoice. I would totally recommend everyone to go there! Believe it or not looking forward to going back to get my teeth fixed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. A dentist should know and be able to explain how fluoride works beyond just, "it makes your teeth harder". I can Google fluoride and find out more. I would never trust a dentist who can't even explain basic knowledge taught in a dentist graduate program. Also the office was scammy, I went to get a teeth cleaning and they just pushed me to do 1,000s of dollars worth of dental work that I don't need and wanted me to go in dept with a dental loan to do it, and they didn't even clean my teeth! I was so mad and upset about this experience I will never go back.

Excellent staff, always polite and efficient. Go in every six months for cleaning. All my dental issues are taken care of promptly and never have had a poor experience. Always leave feeling good about my teeth.

Had a awesome first visit made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Was terrified since who likes going to the dentist but the employees there made it so easy and would highly recommend this office!

These people are great! Other Dentists I've tried were slick sales-people that only cared about seeing how much they could wrack up my bill but Dr. Kuo cared about my needs. The lady working the counter was extremely friendly, the Dental Assistant seemed like he was two shakes from being a Dentist himself and Dr. Kou was amazing at his job and it was absolutely painless. I will recommend Dr. Kuo to everyone I know!

Horrible place. I was supposed to get a cleaning and have a chipped tooth looked at. 2 hours just getting X-rays and being told my treatment options. Very money driven place. If I had to guess I would say the dental hygienist gets a commission off what he or she can sell the patient. I have insurance and the pricing for deep cleaning and laser treatment is insane!

I have always have great experiences at this dentist, because I have sensitive teeth and my prior hygienist was very cautious of that. The staff is polite and knowledgeable each time, including this visit. This time the hygienist was not cautious, and the whole process was painful, even after I said that it was hurting me. My husband had an appointment immediately after mine and he had the same experience with this hygienist, when normally he is not sensitive at all. I will continue to go to this dentist, but definitely not with that hygienist.
