This was the first dentist to diagnose and give preventive/restorative care for periodontal gum disease. This is their speciality. I had the disease for 20 years before and not one other dentist ever addressed this condition! Their deep cleaning services initiated a cycle of preserving my teeth!

This dentist was the first one in my life to take extra steps to prevent tooth sensitivity on my other teeth while she was working on a different tooth.

Had to go there due to a broken tooth. They got me in the same day to evaluate me. Gave me a temporary fix and contacted an oral surgeon down in Santa Rosa to see me the same day for a root canal. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dr. Ewa Konopka, she's a skilled and efficient dentist.

These are great dentists and they have great staff--Molly the Hygenist especially. Our entire family has been coming here for years and have been through pretty much every possible dental procedure both routine and not so routine: cut lip, broken tooth, cavities, x-rays, prophies, crowns, and sensitive teeth. They run on time--which is very unusual in my experience--and they manage the finances with sensitivity and courtesy (we do not have dental insurance).

The office is quite modern and clean, and everyone is very friendly and outgoing. We are lucky to have a quality dental practice like this is our little town and I also know that Dr. Van Zyl goes out of his way to give back to the community and to the schools in particular.

Having a dental emergency and needing to find a dentist in a new neighborhood is pretty much a shot in the dark. As luck would have it we called Happy Smiles Dental Practice. Doctor van Zyl gave us great service and a capable referral to a surgeon and Brenda went out of her way to get us an appointment as soon as possible. There was no push for me to get dental work I could not afford and they made every effort to assure that we got the best dental care available despite our lack of dental insurance.
