Dr. Courtney C. Adams is from Hanover County, Virginia, and graduated from Lee-Davis High School. Dr. Courtney C. Adams attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and graduated with a degree in Biology. Dr. Courtney C. Adams graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry.
Dr. Taylor T. Arkema grew up in Salem, Virginia. She became interested in dentistry at an early age after watching both her father and grandfather in their orthodontic practices. Dr. Arkema attended The University of South Carolina where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. After college, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.Dr. Arkema has volunteered at South Carolina's Dental Access Day (DAD), several Mission of Mercy projects in Virginia, and has traveled to Peru to provide dental care through Dental Community Fellowship.
As a mom of three, she considers herself a Chaos Coordinator, and loves the mom life and being a sports mom. Alyssa loves the interaction with patients and the rewarding feeling from helping a patient achieve a healthy smile. Jennifer joined our team in July of 2021. She is new to dentistry but loves the opportunities to help people at Grove Avenue Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

Very friendly office with amazing hygienists and dentists. I've been a patient since moving to the area in 2014 and have received a very high quality of service. I should know, because my mom was my hygienist for 20 years before making the leap to have to find my own dental care. I recommend this practice to everyone I meet. I have always seen Stephanie, and she is amazing! - I freaking love her, but my wife has also seen other hygienists in the office and has loved everyone so far.

Dr. Graham and the hygienist Brook have genuine connection with patients. I cannot image going to another dentist practice. Dr. Graham made me feel less afraid coming to the dentist. I trust very less people when it comes to my care. He strives for perfection with what he does. The work he did was painless and smooth. I recommend all my friends and family to come to this office. Front desk and staff always speak and super friendly Great office, clean, and private! Thanks for great service for last 7 years! Will miss this practice.

First time at Grove and my experience was PHENOMENAL. I have been to multiple dental offices in the past few years because of moving and Grove has definitely topped them all. Ally, my hygienist, was so knowledgeable and confident with the care she was providing. She explained things thoroughly and was a calming presence. Her technique was gentle and efficient, yet flawless. Dr. Graham was a wealth of knowledge as well. He was great with letting me be apart of my care plan. This is a great duo and I highly recommend Ally and Dr. Graham!

I received my routine cleaning from Ally, the dental hygienist and she did a superb job! The cleaning was extremely quick and efficient. I informed her of certain areas that was sensitive in my mouth and she was very gentle during the cleaning. She later educated me on how to better maintain proper oral hygiene. Ally has an easy going personality and was enthusiastic throughout the appointment, it was probably one of the best dental cleanings I have ever had. I strongly recommend scheduling with Ally if you need to do a routine cleaning at Grove!

Raquel, my hygienist, was very kind and gentle while explaining everything she was going to do. The dentist that examined me was a replacement for Dr. Beck who retired but was equally thorough and hopefully will be who I see on my next visit. Grove Avenue Family and Cosmetic Dentistry just keeps getting better.

Excellent service with the BEST Dentists & Hygienists, I've ever used. For years, I used this practice, and had to switch for about 8 years due to my insurance coverage. I have thankfully been able to return & their work is impeccable. Very friendly staff and they give you great tips on how to maintain healthy teeth. This in turn, helps with your overall health. I would recommend them to everyone & I'm happy to be their patient again.

Everyone here at Grove Ave Family &Cosmetic Dentistry provide excellent care and service. They are very professional and caring. The hygienist always makes sure I am comfortable while working on my teeth always explaining what they are doing. I primarily see Dr. Adams but he does not participate in my new insurance however I am looking forward to seeing the new dentist.
