From the time I enter the office until I leave, everyone is exceptionally friendly and shows great concern for my safety and comfort. I've been a patient of Dr. Greder's for a ton of years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I would give zero stars if possible. I went in to have my teeth cleaned. They took many many x-rays and then told me that I would have to have the "deep cleaning". They checked my insurance and told me that my insurance didn't cover it so I told him I just wanted to have a regular cleaning. They refused to do it. So now they have used up my annual dental benefit for a cleaning by taking a bunch of x-rays and I still don't have my teeth cleaned and can't go anywhere else because I used up my benefit.

I feel this is a scam for them to collect a bunch of insurance money for x-rays and not do any actual work to Patient teeth. Completely unsatisfied and do not recommend them to anyone.

My favorite dentist office I've ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a patient! Both Dr. Greders are so kind and so knowledgeable. This is where I plan to go for all of my dental needs!

Excellent job. Pricing explained up front. Dr Geder and his staff were excellen. My tooth issue taken care of. The only thing I would say is to put a patient forms tab on your home page.

Dr. Gerder was wonderful. I made an appointment on a whim to see him as I was having some jaw issues. He saw me, thoroughly listened to my concerns, and gave me some directions for follow-up. He acknowledged that he could not immediately fix the problem I was having, but told me how he could help in the future. I felt that he was very honest in the consultation and did try and provide me with any service that I did not need. I would not hesitate to go see him.

Dr. Greder and his staff are A++. They make sure you are taken care of. Best dentist ever!

Clean up to date facility. Professional friendly staff. Erin (hygienist) was kind and very thorough! Dr Greder was also very thorough and answered questions. No rushing you about the door. very personable! Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

This was my first implant experience. The base was installed today very efficiently. It is now 11 hours later and no adverse effects whatsoever.

This was my first time here and my first visit to the dentist in YEARS. They were so kind and stopped to let me know everything that was happening. Explained everything in simple terms & made me laugh a lot as well. I left with a bright smile & as a happy customer!

Dentist and hygienists were great. While the receptionist was kind and welcoming, she didn't wear a mask for the majority of my visit, and only when I asked her to clarify their mask policy and threatened to leave did she cover her mouth (not her nose). It didn't exactly instill a sense of trust in my providers. I will be finding a new office.

Called and explained to the person that answered that I would like to know how much removing 3 wisdom teeth was going to cost me out of pocket and if my insurance would cover anything. She said they would get back to me on Monday. I said to her that if it is a substantial amount out of pocket I may have to postpone the procedure. She immediately started laughing at me and I asked her as to why she was laughing.

She said she is a happy person and asked me if I was not happy. I told her no I'm not happy when someone is laughing at me for no reason. She continued to laugh so I simply asked her to cancel my appointment and told her I would go elsewhere to have the work done. Now I'm happy.

A client for over 10 years, I never ceased to be amazed at the care, caution, and confidence the Greders bring to the dental experience. Drs. Mack & Jennifer and the awesome staff make the easy days (get a regular cleaning), and the rare but important days (replace a 45+ year old now broken bridge with a new one --- that looks so much better than the old), as pleasant as possible. And as a techie, they definitely have the coolest. If you need a dentist, they're the best!

Thank you Drs Jennifer and Mack Greder for making two "emergency" visits for repairs to my smile after I recently suffered a stroke. Meant more than you could ever imagine. Theses guys are the best dentists!

It starts with the passive aggressive waiting room. NO MAGAZINES OR NEWSPAPERS. Haha, yo patient, you don't need to do something healthy and fun like reading to keep your mind occupied while you wait, this office thinks you will be happy staring at a fish tank or reading a bunch of dumpster worthy cookbooks from 1972! Next, you will have your teeth x-rayed TWICE because (and you know how much you love those implements in your mouth) oops, the dental hygienist forgot to turn on the machine! Finally, you will incorrectly billed for two fillings, when you had a simple teeth cleaning. Whew, what a mess.

I must say this, they pirated my old Dentist that was in his group they must have cut him loose, and then went after his clientele because they assigned me an dentist i didn't want and expected me to accept this as law. When i found out my dentist wasn't even there anymore i thought it was kind of shottie of them to not explain this to me whenever i would call for an appt.

Then the funny business started. they are the kind of dentists that tell you that you need dental work done that you don't. and if that is not bad enough, they tell you to bring your money with you to pay for it the day of service, which i hadnt ever had to do before, and then they tell me it will be 5 grand! to do two root canals on two molars right next to each other. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS? YES.

I HEARD RIGHT. then i knew i wasn't going to be doing this and went somewhere else only to find out i need ed 1 root canal, for $750.00. quite a difference between the two. so they were going to drill out my root on a tooth that didn't need it just for the money. and then the nightmare started with my daughters visit. she was there to have them fix a filling that had partially fallen out from their work they had done not 4 months prior. she was just 17. i knew they were going crooked so i was leary to even send her in but it was their work they needed to repair! and do you know what they told her? "she needs a root canal". and they did it!

I WAS LIVID! they would do anything to line their pockets and stop at nothing to do so. i couldn't believe they had the nerve to pull that after i had discovered what they were capable of. needless to say they screwed up my daughters tooth to the point of a law suit was floating in the background just ready for them to have to answer to this on a legal base. if you must hit them with a suit to make them understand what they are doing is wrong, then i would not have hesitated. as it was, i had went in there and said i think you know i am due a refund in full of all the work done on my daughters tooth. and they politely wrote out the check of the amount initially fabricated. if they hadnt done that, i would be writing about the law suit i had been awarded. i think with business like this one, who needs crooks? they lie, they intimidate and they suck.
