For over 20 years, we have provided our patients and their families in Colorado Springs with professional dental services that they could never forget. In 2009, Dr. Marshall was chosen by the Small Business Commerce Association to receive the Best Business Award in the Dentist category.

At Great Western Dental Escape we are able to take care of your preventative and restorative dental needs. While our theme may be old fashioned, the technology we us if far from it. As apart of our commitment to the best patient care, we use state of the art x-ray and imaging technology. By using digital we are able to gain a higher quality image for diagnostics while exposing our patient to up to 90% less radiation for a much shorter duration.
The SBCA Best of Business Award Program recognizes the best of small businesses throughout the country. Using federal, state, city & county government data and other research the SBCA selection committee chooses the award winners that are believed to have demonstrated what makes small businesses a vital part of the American economy.
Giving back to the community has been part of Great Western Dental Escapes mission since it was established in 1987. We have volunteered in organizations such as Mission of Mercy, as well as started a dental mission of our own. The office staff, Dr. Marshall and her dental assistants did wonderful with my children. They made their experience phenomenal and put them at ease with everything they did with their cleanings. Their office is set up as the great west and has a tunnel with games that my kids loved. Dr. Marshall was incredibly friendly and great all the way around. I struggle with dental anxiety and she handled everything so well! I highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience I had here. Kesslin checked me in and took the most painless X-rays I've ever had. Then cleaned my teeth before Dr. Marshal came in. After my exam she clearly presented all the options. Zero pressure, answered all my questions and was super professional and efficient. I'm going back for two fillings. Very glad I found them.

I just want to tell the world about what a great dentist Dr Marshall and her staff are. If you hate to go to dentist, you have never been here before. The office itself is amazing. Warms your heart the second you walk in the door. Is truly for the young and old. Dr Marshall is by far, the best dentist I have ever gone to. She is awesome at what she does!
I have never been disappointed and I never leave in pain. I have had several teeth pulled there and not one complication, not one. Her staff is outstanding as well. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Oh, ,,, they also except Medicaid! Great place folks, I'm telling you if you don't have a dentist or you don't like your dentist, ,,,,, come here! Better than 5 stars for me. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it!

I have enjoyed being a client here. The scheduling stays right on time and you can get in and out with an exam and cleaning in less than 45 minutes. The attention to detail that I've received from Dr. Marshall on fillings has also been great. The style is a little bit dated, but it's still pretty cool. I highly recommend!

My family has been coming to Dr. Marshall for decades now, she's easily the best dentist in Colorado Springs - awesome staff, relaxing decor that keeps your mind off of that fact you're in a dentist's office, and quality work + care for the entire mouth. From cleanings to fillings to when I had to get root canals and extractions done, I came here.

I line in Fountain and had been going to a certain practice near by but after a few bad experiences I decided to ask around and a friend recommended this place so I figured why not. Joins arrival you walk into the "Old West" as their decor is Western theme and I love it. Yes I know it's more for the kids but it's cool to see. The staff is great and the Dr was so nice and informative. It's a 25 minute drive for me but not an issue when you have a great experience! I highly recommend it here.

I've been going to Dr. Marshall for almost 30 years. She is a wonder. She has always taken excellent care of me, helping me with chipped teeth, crowns, cavities, all with excellent service and a winning attitude. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great dentist. She's a bit of a drive now that I've moved, but she is worth every mile. Smile! You've just found your forever dentist!

I've been to a number of different dentists in the Springs over the years and this one is definitely my favorite. I feel welcomed by the staff and I appreciate their thorough yet efficient service. The office is western-themed with lots of cool western decorations and memorabilia. The decorations are kid friendly but also kind of relaxing even as an adult ha ha.
The decor beats the stark hospital cubicles of other dentists. Finally, they seem to have streamlined the patient information and scheduling process as much as possible; after you've been there once, there is almost no paperwork to do on future visits and they send you email reminders about upcoming appointments. Highly recommended!

My search for an awesome Colorado Springs dentist ended when I found Dr. Marshall and her Team. Everyone is friendly, they are accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments, and I love the experience of walking in to my dentist's office and at the same time, feel like I went back in time to old western Colorado town. It's a great, non-medical kind of vibe and atmosphere. I recently had some dental work done and was very impressed at how gentle of a touch Dr. Marshall had. Thank you Great Western Dental Escape.
