One of our worst experiences at a dentist office. Scheduled my special needs son for a consultation. We waited over an hour and then one of the staff told us well the doctor is in an emergency and he is booked out far anyway so you should see someone else. She treated us as a bother to her and we left after two hours of waiting without even being seen for our consultation.

Dr. McTaggart, Amy & young assistant were great with my child. However, the office staff (3 front desk women) were nasty & downright mean! I know what my insurance pays, as I did my due diligence.but they were dismissive, rude & just not nice. As a special needs mom, I have never been treated so horribly! One of them actually had the audacity to tell me my "daughter was not special!" because she needed sedation & insurance doesn't pay for that. Again, I know my insurance, my child & situation. BTW she's my kid & she's special to me!

I absolutely love Dr McTaggart and his team. I suffer from an extreme for of anxiety which is somewhat debilitating when I comes to dental offices. It stems from past experiences from when I was much younger. I never thought I'd find the a Dentist would could/would help me. I found that and more with Dr. McTaggart. He's kind, personable, funny, . down to earth but above all, real.
He truly cares about what I say and how why I'm experiencing is impacting my life. That means the world to me. He is really starting to get my personality and understand my anxiety. I feel safe in his care. I often opt for the IV sedation since I'm such a medical enigma bit if I do try to fight it out- he takes his time and walks me through each step of the way.
Even when it comes to cosmetic changes he's understanding and wants me to feel my most confident and will do whatever he can. Thank for all you guys do! I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
