I love this office and their staff so much! Maxwell is such a great addition to the team, and he is such a joy to speak with! I only had time to pick my aligners up on a day that the office was closed, and he made sure to not only make sure that I got them, but he even offered to stay a little later if I didn't make it in time. It was so nice for him to work this out with me, all with a smile on his face! Maxwell's bubbly personality always makes my day and he's just always so helpful. He is a great addition to the team, thanks for all you do Maxwell!

Maxwell and Teresa are the absolute Best at the Willow Lawn Office! Not only are they friendly but so helpful and professional. I truly feel part of a family every time I'm there. Thank you Gardner and La Rochelle for making sure all your patients are well taken care of.

Dr. Gardner and his team are fantastic. I've had great experiences with everyone there, but especially MAX who went above and beyond for me when my son needed forms completed and emails ASAP. I was so turned around and nervous -- nothing was working -- and Max stepped in and let me know that, no matter what, we would get it done. And we did. or should I say, HE did. Thank you, Max!

I am so glad I found this practice. At another business, I was told I would have to have braces and jaw surgery (yikes), but Dr. Gardner and his team said I qualified for Invisalign and I've already started. Today I had to call the office for some help with billing and Max was super helpful, and fun to talk to! He answered all my questions and knew just what to do.

Not only is the staff friendly, but they are very accommodating and thorough. They want to make sure you are completely happy with the end result. I recently spoke with Max who was a pleasure to chat with. He made rescheduling very easy (and fun). Very happy I chose Gardner!

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at Gardner Orthodontics. It's like working with friends or family members I feel so welcomed in the office. I go to the Willow lawn location and the staff are the nicest people I think I've ever met! I feel so comfortable even when I'm getting things done that might feel uncomfortable in the moment they always know how to make me smile and send me off with ice cream!

I absolutely adore Teresa my regular dental technician and Michale who works up front. To be perfectly honest there's not one person there that isn't pleasant positive and happy to see you when you come. Being an adult with braces has been an interesting experience and I'm so happy that I chose gardner through this process it has been so exciting and emotional.

I am almost sad thinking about when my braces are going to come off in four months because I won't be able to come visit the staff as often as I'd like to! This has been by far been the best experience I could have asked for in Orthodontics!

100% great customer service at Gardner Orthodontics - ALL THE TIME! Everyone is so friendly in the office (in person and over the phone).I always feel right at home and know my daughter is in very, very good hands. I just had a particularly nice experience with Max when I called to reschedule an appointment. It was right on the heels of hanging up with a different doctors office with a rude person on the phone - so Max's friendly voice and outgoing nature was MUCH appreciated! He brightened my day. : ) Stay awesome Gardner team!

I highly recommend Gardner Orthodontics - working with the kind folks there makes going through the process of straightening out my teeth at "over 50" a breeze. They are always patient and willing to explain how my treatment is working, answering all my questions with care and concern - AND they really do make it FUN and relaxing to boot! I've particularly enjoyed working with Teresa who is friendly, professional and masterly with all aspects of patient treatment and care - as is, of course, Dr. Gardner - who always has a smile and a joke - all adding up to an easy experience during each and every one of my visits.

I would also like to give a shout out to Amy at the front desk who is also friendly, professional and proficient in scheduling - which is no small task given the thriving business there. It is a comfort going into each of my office visits there because at every visit I am treated in the exact same, friendly and professional manner. I wish all businesses operated this way. What an incredible orthodontics practice! I am so glad I decided to get my orthodontic work here. I just finished my Invisalign treatment as a patient here for ~1 year. Every visit and interaction I have had with all staff members has been exemplary. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. Multiple members of the staff chat with me between different stages of my visits, taking a genuine interest in not only how I felt my orthodontic treatment was going but also how my job and life outside is.

Today (my last treatment day) I worked with Jillian and Max who are such friendly and sweet people! Getting my teeth worked on at 7:30am actually put me in a great mood because of interacting with them. If that isn't a testament to the outstanding customer service here, then I don't know what is!
