Excellent service and reasonable prices. I always get taken care of quick and with professionalism. And on the way out I get a gift bag.

0 stars. I Paid almost 5000$ in braces, only had 300$ left to pay. All I needed was braces removal and they wouldn't accommodate or work with my schedule. The dentist himself is only there 2 times of the month. Sometimes even 1 and it's only Saturday's. And he would never work on my teeth himself yet they wouldn't fit me in and wanted to charge my extra for it. Horrible customer service.

Dr. Steve and all his RDA assistants Chris, and Nora were very gentle, and professional. I am so happy with the crowns, fillings, exam & cleanings I had done. They do quality work you can trust! Being a non-active RDA, I know & see the quality & professional work they provide and do. The front end ladies Maria & Nancy were very helpful working with my insurance and scheduling my appointments. Thank you all for your excellent service. I recommend this office to all UfCW members. Gave them another chance and they continue to be unprofessional and rude. Wish I could give them zero starts. They change protocol or make changes without notice but don't be late because they will not see you. They really need to work on teaching front staff how to treat patients.

I want to give one star. But I love the children's dentist dr. G. She's amazing for and with kids. The hygienist and rest of the staff are really polite and nice. However, i was going here for myself as well and dr. Steve is money hungry. Maria who does finance is horrible as well. All of my in laws come here and who knows how much money they've mooched off of them.

I got all my right side fillings re done. Because dr. Steve said it was a necessity. That the fillings I had were no longer used to do fillings. So his comments made it seem it was a health issue. I did what was recommended since I'm not the dentist. I felt like I had some issues with the fillings but like I said I'm not the dentist and I thought he'd know better then me.

I started having severe pain in one of my teeth and thought it was cracked. Mind you the fillings were done dec 12, 2018. I went back about one filling specifically March 3, 2020. Which is 1 year and three months I told them the main concern and they told me the filling is fine that it was referred pain from my crown that it was cracked. The crown was done in 2016 and said that I need to get a new crown. Maria and dr Steve tried to convince me to pay out of pocket 800$ to get the crown tooth worked on and urged me to redo the rest of my filling on the right side.

I also told them I was having a lot of food compacted between two fillings they did and asked if it was normal. They blamed me and said I should of mentioned it right away and that it wasn't anything they had done. I went to another dentist this week. A dentist I had went to as a teenager. I had put it off due to covid. And it turns out my old fillings I got done that sr Steve said needed to be replaced did not need to be replaced and my right side does not need to be replaced according to my current dentist.

He said unfortunately there are a lot of dentist that say that to get more work. My crown they tried to convince me to replace out of pocket does not have anything wrong with it. The tooth that was giving me pain that they filled by dr Steve less then two years before was in fact infected and dead. That's where the pain I had was coming from.

So I had a root canal done. My tooth feels amazing compared to before. The issue I had was what I had thought and not referred pain like they tried to tell me. I would of paid over $1400 for work that wasn't even what was causing me pain. And still had the pain I was initially going in for. And would of spent even more money down the line addressing the problem I had went in for.

Went there for a 1st root canal, they fixed it and prescribed antibiotics to stave off infection. 2nd root canal on other tooth, dentist didn't prescribe antibiotics this time. Found it a bit strange. Scheduled for a crown next week. 2 days later my tooth is in agony. I call to schedule an appointment asap, the lady at the front desk claims that my tooth is going through "trauma".

Never heard that before ever so they put me off until I literally begged for another appointment, which they reluctantly finally agreed i needed another root canal done on the same tooth. They had the nerve to charge me for another root canal. I had to pay again for the dentists mistake for forgetting to prescribe me with antibiotics. I didn't find that fair at all.

I rate this place a solid 5 star because they are very quick. You don't hesitate in going because the most that I had to wait for my daughters appt for ortho was maybe 15 min. They are very clean the staff is very polite and very flexible. The appts are amazing they never make you wait weeks the hours of appts Start from 6:30am which can be very useful for us parents who have kids with busy sport schedules like myself.

When my daughter had her 6 teeth extractions they explained very well what was going to happen what to expect and how to prepare. Can't express how happy I am with this place! And to add they are handling this quarantine amazing! They check your temperature for anyone who is going to enter the building. You are not allowed to wait in the lobby but the patient itself. They sanitize everything you touch sanitize before you enter and before you leave. I feel comfortable going with all this craziness going on.

CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE! Staff is rude and unprofessional in front of your kids. Dental offices are intimidating as it is for some children and for the staff to act this way is UNACCEPTABLE! Besides them being unprofessional, they forget to tell you about other charges until the day of your procedure. They constantly Cancel appointments without giving you a heads up.

They must think it's easy for people to get out of work and sit there for 20 minutes before bringing you to the back and telling you your appointments been cancelled. Oh and don't be late! You will not be seen even if make it within the grace period they specifically told us we had.

GALLATIN DENTAL IS THE BEST! I have been coming here for 20 yrs & never been disappointed. Tricia is the best hygienist! I am always so satisfied with my teeth cleanings & her work every time I see her. I highly recommend seeing her! Dr Steve & Nora (assistant) also both do amazing work.

I am more than pleased with Gallatin Dental. Joanna Peterson recommended Dr. Steve - and wow, was she correct. Dr. Steve did an amazing job - I am not afraid to smile now! Trish does a great job cleaning, and everyone was wonderful - from the front office staff to the financial dealings - I had a great experience. THANK YOU all - I'll be back.

My family and I have been patients of Gallatin Dental for several years and the reason why I have stayed is that they earned my trust from the very beginning. A previous dentist was adamant that my two boys who were 10 and 12 (they are 22 and 23 now) at the time needed baby root canals. It just didn't feel right so I scheduled a visit with Gallatin Dental who confirmed my gut feeling.

They had zero cavities and the dentist was surprised when I told them the previous dentist suggested baby root canals for both. The dentist went over the x-ray images to reassure me. Front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. I had a very bad deep clean experience at another dentist office but Judy has always been gentle and I've never had a bad experience with her. Dr. Garibyan is great with my kids and they never fear their dental visits. Dr. B listens to my concerns and makes me feel at ease.

I recently had a concern with the office relating to authorization for treatment but I spoke directly to the Office Manager Ben and he came through on his follow up and resolved my concern. It's very hard to find doctors that come with the great office staff. I'm happy to say, this office has it covered.

This place used to be good. Now they suck. They dont know what they are doing. Expect to be given the run around. I have give them multiple chances but they just cant seem to figure it out. They are very quick to take your money but they take forever to give what you pay for. I don't recommend at all.

Great things about this office: front office staff, Dr B, Dr G and Judy! In the last 2 years or so I have run into issues with how the office and finances are managed. I had to wait over an hour and 1/2 to be called in after I had to leave work early to grab the kids and get them to their appt on time. This should and could have been managed better.

The newer Finances team (thinking post Mireya) has struggled. Immediately following her departure there was a marked difference re their response time and providing accurate info. Additionally, Not calling back, or providing opposite information between the two people. Part time finance workers have no line of sight to ensure continuity and usually when I call, have no idea as to what is going on with patients - a call back is usually required and that comes with severe delays if at all. Needless to say, I'm not happy. And although it will be an absolute bear to look for another office, i will be looking for another office this year. :(

Bad experience! Did a root canal, they were more concerned to get me to start on the next one rather than finish the tooth they were working on so they can make more money in the process of waiting for my next appt tooth broke before they could finish working on it.

I was highly recommend to visit Gallantin Dental by the lovely Joanna Peterson & left very happy with my visit 5 star visit! The Staff is very friendly! Tania will always greet you with a smile in person or via phone and will send you friendly appointment reminders! Ben, Nareg & Steve are truly amazing because they cater to your dental needs & make you feel welcomed! Definitely a vip experience! My family and I have gone to Gallatin Dental since I was just a kid, so they're near and dear to my heart! Staff are really friendly, and Judy is nothing short of amazing. She brings a personalized feeling to each appointment and is great at what she does! One of my brother's is autistic so the staff are aware and know what procedures to do just to get his teeth x-rayed and cleaned. Everyone's experiences are different, but I know that I will always and continue to come here!

This office scheduled gives schedules patients at the same time. If you are coming make sure to ask if someone else is scheduled at the same time. Oyhe

I love this clinic. The staff is so friendly and professional. The day I went for a clean up, they gave me a gift bag with dental stuff inside. Its the little things like that that make all the difference.

I have been a patient of Gallatin dental for many years. Including two sisters and their family. I glad to say I will No Longer be going there. They have lost so many dentist and because of that treatments are not correctly competed. I had dual coverage for many years and as soon as it ended, so did the customer service. Not all the receptionist are rude.just some. Maria the finance lady, yeah, what can I say, but again once the dual coverage was over, communication was no longer a priority and wanted to send my husbands bill to collections without talking to us first. Yeah its all about money. So sad.

So rude! I called over the phone to ask for braces for my little sister and the lady hung up on me as soon as said Saturday wouldn't work for me. She didn't even try to see what day would fit my schedule and she left me talking to myself on the phone! If this is how you treat your customers over the phone, I wonder how you treat them in person.

Lorena as soon as you walk in, greets you with a smile and great customer service. Dr. Bekeredjian DrB, I thank you for your kindness, patience, caring and passion for what you do. Actions speak louder than words and I heard you loud and clear.

I am humbled and my heart is over joyed and grateful. When you have no where to go there is always a blessing and that is exactly what Gallatin Dental is A BLESSING! I can go on and on, but why don't you come in and experience it your self.

Ok! I thought long and hard if I should writer my review on Yelp. Please, Please, Please do your research before you get veneer with Dr. Steve Aivazian. I saw Dr. Steve Aivazian for consultation on veneers when he was in Encino office back in 2014. He took out his IPhone and showed me pictures of other cases he had done. Which I was very impressed.

We discussed the price which ended up being $20.000.00. Long story short, got the veneers done. The veneers were so bulky that I had to go back 3 time for Dr. Steve Aivazian to adjust them because it was giving me a terrible slurred speech. Within 6 months getting the veneers, I end up getting the 1st root canal done. Paid $500.00. 5 months after the 1st root canal I end up getting the 2nd root canal done. Paid another $400.00 I though it was over but NOOOOO 4 months after my 2nd root canal I end up getting my 3rd rood canal. Paid another $430.00 After many many phone calls to office manager and Dr. Steve Aivazian I decided to leave. FYI Dr. Aivazian's respond was every time, ( its normal, It happens) I'm scheduled to have gum graft in September of 2017 on a completely different tooth that I have veneer on, not to mention 3 of my top veneers has to be replaced now because veneers wasn't sealed properly so food is getting underneath the veneers.

And you don't want to know how much that will cost me. What I'm trying to say is Please Please do your research before getting your veneers done with Dr. Steve Aivazian. See other doctors for second opinion. I truly regret it!

My husband went in for a tooth ache & was treated so quick and friendly might I add their prices are very affordable! We loved it so much and he's a big ol'chicken for the dentist but they made him feel so comfortable and safe. I'm next so I'll post soon.

Organically i liked how welcome the office members are and how close it is to my home, however, after i found out that they billed me for the service I did not do, I called them to correct it, they do not have a good attitude at all. Read your bill carefully, otherwise, you gonna pay more than you should.

I have been coming to Gallatin Dental for past 13 years. I am always treated perfectly when I come here. Lori, ,A racely, Tanya, Maria are always so welcoming. Dr Choi is awesome. I believe Dr Choi has gone above and beyond for me. I have needed alot of dental work over last 13 years. I had some health issues and it truly to its toll on my teeth. I feel as if Gallatin is always gonna take care of me the best they can. Elizabeth and Nora usually assist Dr Choi.

They are amazing. Accurate. Comforting. And always concerned with my well being. And Mary. My Hygienist. Amazing. She has been cleaning my teeth for last 13 years. She is great at her profession and fun to be around. Love her.

Gallatin Dental Group takes great care of my family. From regular check ups to orthodontist work for my daughter. I have been coming for over two years and am very pleased with the work and recommendations from Dr. Steve. I have also noticed that Gallatin Dental is very involved in the community - from community groups to local schools. Gallatin has great customer service and provides friendly reminders for appointments. Keep up the great work!

The Good: I used to enjoy the care when the office was owned by Dr. Joy. Afshin Salamati, gave me an excellent deep cleaning, and Mary Rodriguez is a very good (and funny) hygienist. The Bad: I went with a swollen gum and was told that I needed a root canal, no explanation, and in a tone which sounded more like it was a business transaction first, by Dr. Steve (Aivazian).

I got a second opinion from another dentist (Dr. Urban, Cerritos Southcoast Dental) who took the time to explain what I needed and why - he is now my current dentist. The Ugly: I don't know why a dental office needs an office manager, but I always felt like I was buying a used car when I dealt with Mr. Ibarra, the office manager. I also had issues getting collection notices from this office for $7.00 charges, which should have been collected when I was in the office.

On multiple occasions I received bills that were 30 day notices to pay, but apparently sent late, followed immediately by the aforementioned collection notice(s). I guess they didn't want me as a patient. It's sad that it isn't the practice it once was.
