Just finished initial appointment with Dr. Gainza. My experience was excellent! The receptionist, Yisel was friendly, and she is knowledgable about the insurance coverage. I saw right away that I wasn't gonna be misled at all in my dental insurance coverage being taken, and the rates at the in-network rate for Met Life Dental. The hygienist, Yani, was outstanding.

She was gentle, meticulous, and thorough on her cleaning. And finally, the dentist, Dr. Gainza, reviewed the x-rays, examined my teeth, and made some recommendations. In all it was a great experience for a new patient. I highly recommend this dentist. Also, you will like the office. Even the examination chair is a massage chair.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gainza for many years and am pleased with her, as well as all her staff. They were able to squeeze me in tor a last minute appointment, and I am so grateful. The office is always clean and well-kept, along with peaceful relaxing music.

I'm proud to write these few words of my experience in Dr. Gainzas office. I know Dr. Gainza and her staff since 2011. Dr. Gainza was recommended to me when I was in deep dental trouble and having gums problems. All her staff is very dedicated to excellent work, customer service, and patient satisfactory. Dr. Gainzas' decades of dedication to her dentistry career, excellence and patient satisfactory is without any doubt priority to her happiness of helping others. She's perfectionist to her career.

I had a good experience with the procedure itself but a terrible one with regard to transparency and communication on billing. I was repeately assured that the full cost of the teeth cleaning I had booked would be covered by my insurance (the office assistant had called the insurance company). However, some time later I received a bill for several hundred dollars, without further explanation.

After mutiple requests for an explanation for the charge, in light of the multiple, previous assurances by the dental office that I would not be charged anything for the procedure, no clear explanation was provided. In fact, one of the office assistants refused to discuss billing details either over the phone or via email, saying that it was against their policy.

Though the interaction was always polite and professional, it left a bad taste in my mouth: the taste of having been initially misled ("you won't have to pay anything out of pocket, it is confirmed") and then not having been provided with a simple, reaonsable solution after the fact -- the waving of the "surprise" charge. I have a new dentist now

Dr Gainza is the best dentist in Florida! Extremely professional! This office offers the best customer service experience. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you for your amazing service.

The best experience! From the receptionist following up with me to help get my insurance information correct before my appointment as a new patient, to Dr. Gainza and the whole staff walking me through every step of my appointment while I was there, I felt entirely taken care of.

The staff and dentist are always so kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable during your visit by offering you water or blanket if you're cold or asking if you want the massage chair on during your dental procedure. The scheduling of appointments is easy and they send email, text and phone call reminders of your next scheduled appointment.

The office is always clean and neat. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is not bad considering all the other type of doctor's offices out there. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I love All The Staff is very professional and friendly, The Office is Beautiful and Very Neat (The Massage Chairs are a Plus) and Dr. Marta Gainza she is very knowledgeable and a Number One Dentist! I do recommend This Place to anyone who's looking for a Fantastic Dental Office!

I can't get enough! Even though I have left the state & moved cross country, I still make it a point to her when I'm in town. Dr. Gainza & her staff genuinely care for your health. It was the first time back in town since I left & I wanted to make sure I got in for a quick cleaning. Dr. Gainza & staff know my history so well that it is tough to trust anyone else. Amazing attention and thoroughness. The well trained and educated staff walk you through everything and it's very personalized. The doctor takes time to explain what is going on, why and what your options are. I've never felt "comfortable" at the dentist but they make it impossible not to be. Also my results have been great
