They will nickel and dime you with needless expenses. They push for expensive cleaning that won't be covered by insurance. Make you have multiple appointments to charge office visits instead of doing work that should be done during a single appointment.

This establishment makes money from telling people LIES. They will tell you that you need more work than you actually need just to make MORE MONEY FROM THESE UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES. I am in fact a prime example! These people told me I had GUM DISEASE, MORE CAVITIES THAN I COULD COUNT, AND THAT I ALSO NEEDED TO GET RID OF MY WISDOM TEETH. All to find out from OASIS DENISTRY (CONCORD, NC) THAT MY TEETH WERE BEAUTIFUL AND NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE.

I'm only writing to help others save their precious time and hard earned money before being MISLEAD by this establishment. A friend of my mother's QUIT working there as a DENTIST due to all of the LIES & DECEIT.

We've been paying them MONTHLY. Every time we ask for a print of out of charges somehow the balance always increases. Saving people the time of even going to this office. They never answer the phone for you to even get a clear understanding of what's going on with your billing. Trying to save anyone from making a terrible mistake.

Changing my review from a 5 to a 2 I thought this was a great establishment I was definitely wrong I had my first visit here on the 26th of January was given a paper on how much everything would cost my insurance was covering it but if it wasnt I would have only paid roughly over a grand well I get an email today not even two weeks before my dental work not a phone call an email saying they gave me an error cost breakdown my insurance no longer covers it and now they have increased the price to well over two grand this is ridiculous if I wanted to pay over two grand I would go to a much nicer establishment. Where I felt welcome by everyone and didn't feel like a burden. Shame on this place! Do better!

Juan and the rest of the staff were amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding. It is not an everyday thing to have to get a tooth pulled out due to inefficiencies from fast food places causing damage to one's teeth. Everyone at Friendly Dental was on a mission to take care pf my issue right away. Would highly recommend to everyone. Very Happy Customer

Very mediocre establishment. The "doctor" didn't even ask me why i was there or what problems i was having with my teeth out gums. They didn't think my cleaning was important enough to schedule that day on my appointment. So they said they would call me when time was available. Of course no one is going to call. I'm not going back. I guess if you're desperate then go to them.

This was my first time at this Friendly Dental location being that I moved from across town. The staff from the front, to the assistant, to the doctor, and lastly to the dental hygienist was amazing. When I tell you this was the best exam I have EVER received, I mean it. Gina did an AMAZING job not only cleaning my teeth, but showing me what areas were concerning and how to properly execute my routine to make sure my teeth are well taken care of. Her work is definitely something she cares about, and it shows. I will be returning and telling everyone about this office, and especially Gina.

I am so unbelievably grateful I found this dentist office! I have terrible anxiety getting dental work done and every employee was friendly and helped me feel comfortable. When I came in, I told the receptionist (I can't remember her name sorry) how nervous I was and she reassured me that everything would be okay. Gina was great at talking to me and helping me keep calm and Dr. Moody was absolutely the most caring dentist I've ever had.

Most dentists get frustrated that I'm an adult who is anxious about dental work but she was so patient and sweet. After I had two appointments (one for xrays and one for fillings), I just had to thank the manager for having such a wholesome dentist office. I could tell that he was confident in his staff. If you have anxiety about dental work, I would recommend this dentist 100%.

I have been going to this location for Ortho treatment! Dr. Hull is great, unfortunately the front desk staff always changes and is not very organized. I signed an financial agreement with them last September and have paid what was agreed upon. Due to that paperwork not being filed they are now asking me to sign off on agreement from 2019 that I originally signed at a different office.

Instead of owning their mistake, they attempted to attack me as if I did something wrong. Customer Service and Patient skills are very important in the healthcare field. Service had been great until they switched front office staff.

I'm so grateful for the staff at Friendly Dental. They took such great care of my son from beginning to end. We had an apt in the AM and needed to come back in the afternoon for some more work done. My car stalled on the way back and they were understanding and patient. When we finally made it back, they took care of my son beyond what I expected and I believe they went above and beyond. Thank you Friendly Dental!

I have been to 3 of them and this by far has the most professional staff around. Dr. Pierson and her assistant are amazing. The office manager, is incredible. They really care about you as an individual and listen. I’m so glad I found them. Thank you guys- y’all rock.

I had great service for a cleaning and exam today.....friendly reception, great xray tech, caring dentist, and the best hygienist I've had in years. Comfortable and well-appointed office, relaxing and professional environment. Clear explanation of cost of procedures and what my insurance would cover. Thumbs up!

I took my son here for his first dentist visit and we had an amazing experience! The office staff was so friendly and knew who we were upon arrival. We had a very short wait time which was ideal with a 3 year old. The hygienist and dentist were great with my son and made it enjoyable for him. Brittney the office manager let him pick a toy out of the treasure chest which he loved....she was so welcoming and imformative. We will definitely be going back!

I was a new patient today at Friendly Dental and I had a wonderful experience. I called when they opened and asked for the first available appointment and they were able to fit me in today! The front desk was friendly and helpful when I forgot to bring a needed document. I had a full exam with x-rays. I was a little uneasy because I usually have a terrible time with dental x-rays.

I told the hygienist and she made it quick, easy and painless! I saw Dr. Pierce for my exam. She was attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I was so pleased to finally have a female dentist, in a male dominated field. I would definitely recommend Friendly Dental.

I just returned home from my first appointment and have already recommended the Friendly Dental Group of South Park to family members. I did not have to wait long to see the dentist, and the staff was friendly and professional. The office was very clean and all equipment seemed top notch. If you are looking for a dentist, do not make a decision until you have visited the Friendly Dental Group of South Park.

Aside from the office being state of the art and modern, the staff is super sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. They immediately make you feel comfortable, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice!!!!
