Easy to get an appointment. Polite staff and great care. My experience with Dr. Reyrao was exceptional. She was sincere, honest and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time during my appointment and I was shocked that she wasn't running out to door to see her next patient.

I've really appreciated establishing Phinney Primary Care as my primary. I started with them at their old location in Fremont and was blown away by the level of care and detail in my first exam. While that doctor had limited hours and is no longer with the practice, I started seeing Dr. Reyrao last year. I've gone into her with a laundry list of symptoms and she continues to help me break it down into tangible and manageable items. I'm so thankful to find this clinic for routine care and follow ups.

Just ok. My appointment was with Dr. Rayrao. I wanted to like her so much, but she didn't listen very well, and passed the buck. Not I great candidate for a GP IMO. I am sure this clinic is just fine if you are just dealing with something and need them to write you a script, but pretty sure the spike in my blood pressure was her demeanor.

Very welcoming, great listeners, helpful and kind, one of the best doctor offices I've been to.

NP Cole is one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting in the medical community. She spent over 30 minutes past our appointment time to really dig into the problems I came to her with and by the time I left I felt like I had someone rooting for me and wanting to find solutions. Really grateful I've found her so far!

Great little spot for a primary care and wellness center, very handily located for me. To a person, all were kind, friendly and engaged. Facility was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. It was a very positive experience for someone who has not participated in a regular fashion relative to visiting a doctor or primary care facility. I'm going back!

Great visit today w/ Phinney Primary Care and Wellness. Dr. Harvey was kind, patient, and a great listener. This was my first visit w/ him and his team, yet it felt like I had been going there for years. Incredibly thankful for their cheerful assistance and willingness to answer all my questions! I've never had anything but amazing care with the staff and my providers. I've had anxiety in the past regarding doctors who never seem to understand my medical conditions and treat me like a box they need to check off. That has never happened here. I feel cared for, listened to, and respected. I feel like I can freely advocate for my care and have a productive conversation with Risa.

I've been going to (formerly) Fremont Medical & Dental for over a decade, and today visited Dr. Harvey at their new address in Phinney Ridge. The staff here are competent and friendly, quickly screened me for elevated temperature (Covid), and the new offices are very nice and modern. As usual I appreciate the health care and advice given, and the doctors here are always responsive (quick to see me if I get a cold and Dr. Harvey is away, etc.).

Great medical office wonderful and warm from start to finish. Highly recommend.
