During your first visit, our objective is to get to know you better, to become familiar with your past dental experiences and to establish a treatment plan that will best meet your dental needs.
A. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and a professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. A. Please call our office as soon as you determine that you have a dental emergency. If you have a dental emergency during regular business hours, we will be glad to work you into our schedule. After hours, over the weekend and during holidays, please call our office for the doctor's emergency contact number.

On This date, at approximately 3:20 pm! I asked to see you, Dr Frazier, for an apptmt, which I did set with your receptionist, although I as a Senior Citizen and a Retired Navy Vetern am APALLED, that there are no bookings until September 2022! Unsatisfactory! I asked for the apptmt due to some serious dental needs, and you are too booked up to help! Seems as if there is a Moratorium on getting a Good, AA dentist these days, cause I guess you guys are making g FISTFULLS OF MONEY, and you just say, TO HECK WITH ALL WHO CAN PAY YOU THE BIG BUCKS!

I've been a patient of Dr. Frazier's for many years. Having experienced several other practices in my lifetime, I can confidently say she provides the best comprehensive dental care I've ever had. Her staff is courteous. What I like most about her practice is the level of attention her patients receive. I've never felt rushed or that her care lacked thoroughness. Each procedure I've endured has been a success. Highly recommend.

I recently heard from a friend that she was insulted to her face by the dentist while she was in the office for work. The dentist may not have thought the patient heard her remark but the careless comment on the state of the patient's teeth was disrespectful and rude. The patient was there to receive help. She's trying to better herself. She was not there for unnecessary criticism that ultimately hurt her feelings and made her feel bad about herself.
To say you treat your patients like family and then do something like this is heartbreaking. I only gave two stars because the patient will return to get the work finished, so no one else will be able to say to her as her dentist said.

I highly recommend this Frazier Family Dentistry. Dr. Frazier is one of the most compassionate, skilled, and gentle dentists I know. I am also a dentist and during the 8 years I lived in Austin, she was my personal dentist. She displays a lot of integrity. Her staff is well trained and courteous. The office is neat with state of the art equipment and materials. I have referred dozens of people to her over the years and will continue to do so.

Not enough Stars for Dr. Frazier and staff! I was given an appointment within 48hrs. I was greeted by a nice lady up front who had me fill out the patient information. Then I was taken in the back by another nice lady who then placed me in the chair and took my X-ray and then explained everything before the Amazing Dr. Frazier came in and prepped me for my tooth extraction.
They then came back and removed my tooth with no problems. I made an appointment to have a comprehensive exam with Dr. Frazier and her staff, because I've never felt better sitting in a dentists chair in my life.

I absolutely love my dentist, Dr. Karla Frazier. I hate needles with a passion and she does an awesome job to make sure I'm calm. Her "bedside manner" is impeccable and her staff is just as courteous. I have been a patient for over 10 years and will continue to unless an until I have no other choice.

Best dental office I have EVER been to. Dr. Frazier has been my dentist for a few years now but from the beginng I knew I could put my trust in Dr Frazier, and would benefit from her wisdom. The office is always calm and all staff are professional. Going to the dentist is my least favorite health care visit but Dr. Frazier and her team have always made me feel comfortable. Dr Frazier and her staff provided me with excellent care. I had an implant from another dentist that failed and she went above and beyond to professionally manage the after math. Additionally she has provided me with teeth cleaning, periodically checkups and exams. I have advanced periodontal disease and Dr Frazier has offered excellent professional advice to oversee and manage my care.
