Glad to have found a great dentist and team at stylish smile. Recently moved to Irvine and found the closest dentist. They've done a great job with me and my daughter. Patient, caring and understanding. My daughter loved it so much she wants to go back even though she has to wait another 6 months for cleaning. Thanks Dr. Bukai, Josie, Georgette and all the rest of the staff. Great experience.

Very impressed by Dr, Bukai's professionalism and skills. I am very impressed by the quality of his work, his ability to put his patients at ease, and to finish the job at hand quickly and efficiently. Another great appointment at Stylish Smile! I love coming here to get my teeth cleaned with Nancy Sullivan. she's a perfectionist! The office is VERY professional. They have the latest technology and Dr. Bukai and his entire staff are extremely well trained, competent and caring. This is a fabulous dental practice!

Stylish Smile is such a first class act for dental care. I'm so happy with my smile makeover. Dr. Bukai who really knows his stuff. The staff is very kind and accommodating. His office is sterile clean and very inviting. I even have my mom go in there for new dentures. They really try to make you comfortable and painless as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Bukai and Stylish Smile for dental work. Best decision I've made in years.

Dr. Bukai and Stylish Smile are true professionals. He a master of his trade. I had a problematic tooth that had to be removed and Dr. Bukai replaced it with a fantastically fit replacement and crown. The work was not rushed and the entire staff is friendly and well trained. I also use Stylish Smile for routine cleanings and X-rays and their equipment is State of Art. I highly recommend them!

Very pleasant experience with Nancy the hygienist. Even though I was going in with a lot of fear because I had been informed I needed a deep cleaning with local anesthesia, Nancy's hospitality had comforted me. When she started explaining what the process would be, I felt a lot more calm. She was very gentle, confident, and made it clear that she knew what she was doing.
The worst part was my anxiety but besides that the procedure was excellent. I had always cleaned my teeth on a regular basis, however this was the first time I felt like the procedure was this perfect. I took my kids to see Nancy and I recommended her to all my friends. A great hygienist in a relaxing and professional location that felt high-end.

Let me start my review by saying I was a patient when Dr. Stone was alive. He was the most compassionate man, always striving to do his best and make sure that I was comfortable. He would even call at the end of the day to check on me after coming in for a procedure. This review isn't so much about Dr. Bukai, because he has tried his best amid difficult times.
It is about his office staff and their unprofessional behavior and how that has impacted his practice. I was billed for services I never had, paid in full and my insurance paid also. I had to call and explain to them repeatedly how they owed me money, which I should not have to do. The worst part was the treatment I received by his hygienist, Nancy.
She would never have gotten away with this behavior when Dr. Stone was alive. I canceled one appointment to reschedule, and she berated me. I have every right to decide when I can come in- this was weeks in advance, by the way! She refuses to get vaccinated and doesn't tell her patients that she is treating them without taking COVID precautions.
She even takes her mask off while talking to you. I finally walked out of the office yesterday and decided it was time to find a new dentist. To Dr. Bukai's credit, he did call and take full responsibility for his staff. Hopefully, he can take charge of his office staff and find employees with values and empathy and common sense. In the meantime, I miss Dr. Stone and his warmth and professionalism and will have to find that with another dentist.

I had one of the best dentist experience is this office! Right off the bat the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and gave me an appointment really soon. Day of the appointment, I basically did not have to wait to be seen. I checked in and was soon taken inside for my check ups. Everyone in the office including the receptionist, hygienist, and doctor were welcoming and made sure I understood everything that was happening and answered all my questions.
Even on the the actual date of having my procedures done, the last minute questions I had were answered. It was a nice experience that included professionalism while still allowing room for jokes and conversations to take place:

This place is so amazing! We went there expecting this to be our family dentist for good. The service was awesome. Everyone there was so professional and kind. There was a mix up with our insurance and it ended up that we could no longer come here. Instead of making us pay what the insurance would not cover Dr. Bukai, told us we are good! I wanted to hug him. Please go to Stylish Smile!
