Went in to get a replacement denture done, had a great experience with Doctor and Staff, my experience was the Best. I have never had to go back for any adjustments. Even though I did get free adjustment for 3 months after receiving my dentures.

I went there last year for dentures and all was ok, until it came time for my dentures. The bottom set didn't fit my mouth and they kept insisting that I was at fault and wasn't closing my mouth correctly. I finally went to another dentist to see what they thought. I was right, the bottom set wasn't even made for my mouth. I had to have another surgery to remove all the bones he left in my mouth and of course it cost me.

When I called their office to tell them, they said ok. If I had not called them, they weren't even interested in calling me and asking why I had not been back for my fitting. I explained the problem and was told I would receive some of my money back. That was about 6 months ago and not a word from them or a refund. Do not go there

The girls are nice enough but my husband and I both want to throw our new dentures in the trash. Very disappointed and we would have to pay them to fix them at this point because they didn't listen. Just going to come out of pocket and go somewhere else now. Update. After this review they called us in for another adjustment. They still outright ignored my main issue and did nothing but make them worse than they were before. I can't eat anything with these in and am more self conscious than I was when I had vampire teeth.

Dr. Dennis Van Maren has been an excellent dentist. I have visited the office for dental check-up and he found a cavity on one side of my wisdom teeth. I was worried about the pain and etc. The surgery was done correctly without much complications by Dr Van Maren. The staffs were also friendly at this office. (This experience based on year 2018).

Dr. Van is so nice. I feel like he actually cares about the well being of his patients and really works hard to give them amazing results. I had a bridge and it came out even better than I was expecting. Karen was amazing and I have nothing bad to say about her at all. Now I have teeth and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are really a good group of people and they do an even better job with their work. :

Dr. Van Maren did not read my chart properly, therefore prescribed the wrong medication, si I was in TREMENDOS pain, because I had 3 teeth pulled and was not able to get my pain meds. So if you go there, make sure you double check any meds they prescribe before leaving the office

I do not recommend this place! My implants came out a month after being put in. When he was putting the implant in he ask the assistant for a certain size implant that he needed and she replied, we are out of that size so he told her just give me whatever we have. Less than a month later it fell out. I am now going to go to a different dentist and pay again to have the work done correctly. Then sue this place to recover the cost. These people do not deserve one star worst place my husband and I have ever been! First of all it took them over two months to make my husband's dentures then they broke eight months later! They refuse to fix them without more money paid to them which we had already paid them too much! Now over three years later out of the blue they send us another bill for almost $1000 because they did not bill our insurance like they were supposed to!

They owe us money for reimbursement from our insurance company because they fell To bill our insurance company in the time they were supposed to. I could go on about how terrible this place truly is but I'm forewarning you don't go there they will take advantage of you and your insurance and do nothing but cause problems!

I am very pleased with how Dr. Van Maren repaired a very serious problem I have suffered with for many years. His staff was kind and efficient. My husband and I intend to return to Bay Area Denture Center for all our dental needs.

I want to thank Dr. Van Maren, and all his wonderful staff they make you feel very calm and very friendly. I went in for oral surgery 2 weeks ago when I got there his staff made me feel very calm and were so carrying, I had 22 extractions that day, Dr. Van Maren did a wonderful job I had no pain not even when I got home, I would have thought I would have been in so much pain afterwards especially with 22 extractions, and a mouth full of stiches, but never had pain Dr. Van Maren did an excellent job, he even took the time to call that evening to check up on me. I recommended Dr. Van Maren and his staff to anyone, Thank you Dr. Van Maren and staff for being so kind and friendly, but especially for giving me my smile back.

Really nice and very understanding. They listened to all my wants and needs and got started. I had a tooth pulled and the dentist and staff were so nice. The dentist even called me few hours later to check on me! Mind you I could barley talk lol but he reminded me for the 3rd time what I could and couldn't eat etc. very carrying people would recommend them to anyone.

This place is phenomenal! They are extremely friendly and we just felt like they actually care. My mom broke the front tooth on her dentures and has to go to work on Monday and wanted nothing to do with the embarrassment, I called about 4 or 5 different places and they all only could do appointments on the following Monday, but she has work so it's not something she wanted to do at all, we call at about 3:30 pm-ish and I'm actually mind blown they could do a same day repair, the broken front tooth was really painful to her upper lip cause it was cracked and rubbing against her lip so we are SO SO grateful they we able to accommodate us in such a short amount of time. You can bet your booty we shall return to this place for any future needs.

Been seeing them for years for little stuff I couldn't wait on the VA for, but recently saw them to get my broken dentures from the VA fixed then again to get them realigned. They were quick, efficient and friendly, everything I would want from my dentist. Dr. Van Maren is a top shelf dentist and the office manager, Frankee, never fails to find a time slot that fits my schedule.

So far, Dr Van Maren and his team get 5 stars from me. I know I have to be the most nervous patient he has but they are very patient and gentle with me. My round one of extractions was a couple of days ago. Round 2 and immediate denture in about 3 weeks. I appreciate the honesty and care I've been given and i respect Dr Van Maren for his talents. And Tori is a sweetheart, she took excellent care of me from start to finish. Will definitely continue to see Dr Van Maren for myself and my family.

This was my first visit here. I came for an extraction (i.e., have a tooth pulled) and obtain a removable false tooth (which they call a Nesbit, if I spelled that correctly) to fill that spot. I was happy with this clinic in all respects. The staff, including the hygienists/dental assistants, were friendly and professional, and do a good job of putting potentially nervous dental patients at ease. Dr. Van Maren also was courteous, professional, and gentle.

I felt no pain during the procedure. He even has an effective technique of physically distracting the patient from the prick of the injection. I was lured to this clinic after comparing prices for my partial/Nesbit and they were far cheaper than my former dentist. Who wouldn't be happy about that? After today's visit I will come here regularly, and refer my father also.
