Dr. Todd Fincher is a native of Greenwood where he lives with his wife, Laura. They have been married thirty years and have three grandchildren. Dr. Fincher's education includes Pillow Academy, Mississippi Delta community College, Mississippi State University-BS, Delta State University-MS, and Louisiana State University School of Dentistry-DDS.
Our dentist office is filled with warm team members who care about helping you achieve oral health for life. Hi, I'm Kalley and I have worked for my dad, Dr. Fincher, since 2006. I saw how much happiness my dad was bringing to his patients and I knew I wanted to be a part of that. I really try and make patients feel comfortable and I enjoy trying to make them feel like they are talking to a friend and helping their experience to be positive. It makes my day to see a person's life changed with a smile.

Dr. Fincher and his entire staff are absolute GOLD to me! He is the kindest and most patient dentist I have ever encountered. I have dealt with severe TMJ for over 5+ years and can not even begin to describe the amount of physical as well as emotional pain I have dealt with on a daily basis. Less than 24 hours Dr. Fincher has me back to 99.9% and I can not wait to see what the next 24 bring. I can not say enough good about him and his staff! Dr. Fincher is one of the most genuine people I've ever met AND an incredible dentist. It's not very often you find both in a professional. His team stands right alongside him in both professionalism and kindness. My hygienist was thorough, quick, made me completely comfortable and left me with a perfectly clean shiny mouth. I would recommend to everyone in Greenwood and beyond.

Dr. Fincher has been my dentist since 1989. I am very pleased with his work. He is honest and compassionate. Before any procedures are performed, he explains every detail step by step. He is willing to answer any question and will give you the best possible answer. Dr. Fincher cares about your needs. He has a very mild tone and I have never heard otherwise. I am proud to say that Dr. Fincher is my dentist. Also he has a very friendly staff.

Dr. Fincher has provided our family dentistry services for over 20 years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has gone above and beyond to ensure that our family's health is of utmost priority. Melissa is a wonderful dental hygienist, and I'm grateful to Dr. Fincher for staffing his office with such a caring, diligent, professional. I just had 3 dental implants and bridge prep and this was my first dental surgery. I don't think enough can be said about how caring, professional, and dedicated that Dr. Fincher is about his patients and profession. We have shared stories and personal experiences with each other and we practically just met and I consider him a friend already, not just my dentist.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fincher and his entire staff. The girls in the front are so friendly and willing to work with you on appointments and any other concerns you have. Dr. Fincher himself is easy going and very personable. He was very caring toward me when I voiced some anxiety and reassured me all along the way. I was impressed with all his efforts to get my veneers just perfect. His assistant Beth is very knowledgeable and friendly too. I am very pleased and recommend him highly.

I highly recommend Dr Todd Fincher for all you dental care. I've seen other dentists in the past but I've never found anyone who made me feel as comfortable he does. From the moment you enter the office, every member of the staff is considerate & friendly. The dental hygienists are super and his assistant, Beth is so sweet. She has the gift of being able to talk away any anxiety I've ever felt. Dr Todd's "chair-side" manner is just the best!
Patient comfort is clearly a top concern of his. He's done fillings, extractions, and a dreaded root canal for me. I was terrified of a root canal, having heard the nightmare stories from others, but the procedure was quick and completely painless. Currently I'm in the process of having dental implants done. A nurse anesthetist, Bill Reid comes in for procedures requiring IV anesthesia and I cannot say enough good about Bill.
Another genuinely caring person, he is very thorough & professional. While undergoing this type of procedure in the office, oxygen is administered & EKG, oxygen levels, etc are all monitored just as if you were in hospital. When you walk into Dr. Fincher's office, it's like visiting your best friend's home. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Fincher is always interested in you and how your family is doing. Recently I had a broken molar and very concerned so I called Dr. Fincher's office. He rearranged his entire schedule that day to take care of my molar and attach a temporary crown. I now have a permanent crown which is made of a new high tech material stronger than enamel. Excellence! That's how I would describe Dr. Fincher and his caring staff.

I recently had a tooth implant placed by Dr. Fincher at his office in Columbus MS. Dr. Fincher is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He is by far the gentlest dentist I have every been to and ensures your comfort throughout the entire procedure as well as once you leave the office. Dr. Davis assisted him during my visit there and Dr Fincher taught him how and why he takes certain steps during the procedure to help minimize my discomfort, decrease swelling and decrease the risk of infection. Based on my past experiences with different dentists I have to believe that it is the steps he took that caused me to not have any swelling and to have no discomfort with such an invasive procedure.
Even after the numbing wore off, I was able to manage the small amount of discomfort I had with Motrin. I have also had my teeth cleaned and a filling done in their office both of which were also great. As a mom of 3 who works and goes to school full time, it is important for me to get as many things done in one place at a time. Having a dentist who can do cleanings, orthodontics, fillings, implants and everything in between for my entire family saves us a lot of time and money.
The atmosphere in their office is very inviting and every member of their staff is friendly and seems to love their job. I have recommended many other military spouses to Dr. Fincher and will continue to do so as he is by far the best dentist I have had.

I first saw Dr. Fincher three weeks ago and I cannot say enough about this man. He is a caring, knowledgeable, professional dentist. I was in phase 4 of laser surgery. I was told by previous dentist I should have four lower teeth pulled & bridge put in (cost $5500.00). When I saw Dr. Fincher he felt we could save my teeth which made me very happy.
He sent me to Orthodontist who did small wire brace that Dr. Fincher recommended & bonded teeth to it. I now have firm teeth on lower mouth (cost $200.00).This was a much better solution. I thank Dr. Fincher for taking such good care of me & I will continue to sing his praises to my friends who might need him.
