We are a Joint Commission accredited, FTCA deemed, Federally Qualified Health Center whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of all residents in the Greater Worcester area, especially culturally diverse populations, by providing access to affordable, high quality, integrated, comprehensive, and respectful primary health care and social services, regardless of patients' ability to pay.

Family Health Center of Worcester and the Worcester Public Schools have been partners in the school health centers for over 20 years. The school health centers offer a comprehensive array of preventive and primary care services in the location where children spend most of their time: in the school.

My primary is Dr Amber Sarcar. She wonderful. But last week I needed to be seen same day of my call. of course she was not available so I was appointed who ever was available. That's where I made a mistake I was given the worst Dr. Ever! Name is. DR. JUDY WANG! She was so Rude, very hard to speak too. She made me feel so bad about myself. I actually cried when I left her office. many people stopped me as I walked out of the building and believe me I made sure everyone knew why I was as so upset!

I also talked to a couple others who had a previous situation w/ the same Dr. I have worked w/ the public for close to 40 yrs. And have never met anyone 1/2 as bad as this Dr. made me feel. How she can be a Dr. And treat people like she did to me is unbelievable. I just want people to remember this name DR. JUDY WANG! Good luck.

The people working at the center are uneducated, rude and very unprofessional. I have never received such poor health care. The pharmacy is a disaster and should be shut down.

This place is so unprofessional. I've been calling for weeks and leaving messages through the referral department and no one has called me back at all. Also I was assigned a social worker/ coordinator who is supposed to help me with my appointments her name is Victoria says she's going to do things and never does and doesn't answer the phone when I am waiting for her call back weeks and weeks later she does not answer the phone I don't get it. The security officers are so rude and mean to people. Literally disrespectful

I have been a patient at Family Health Center in Worcester for many years and my overall experience has been very positive as I feel I have received competent and attentive care. The wait to see a PCP can be somewhat protracted however it's indicative of the number of patients that they see. As students some physicians have obligations outside of Family Health Center which can result in them not being available however staff have often reached them by email and they respond quickly.

The pharmacy staff have been really helpful over the years and are very responsive around issues concerning refills which can be a bit of a wait from the doctors. The lab staff phlebotomists are fantastic as well. We are fortunate to have the Family Health Center in the Worcester community of health care providers.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN THERE TO BE SEEN FOR AN EMERGENCY SURGERY, BUT THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH COVID AND MASKING ME! AND THEIR INEPT SECURITY CALLED THE COPS ON ME FOR REFUSING TO WEAR A MASK! I WOULDN'T SEND MY DOG THERE FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION!

Wow they just transferred me to another receptionist and I believe she fell asleep while I wS on the phone with her smh. so unprofessional and had the nerve to put me on hold and know one picked up

Avoid Avoid Avoid Worst call center I have every expirienced, miss-information each time you call in. Supervisor puts you on holds for hours and forgets. Impossible to book a appointment with Dr. or PCP.

Terrible. Having me on hold back to back, saying they'll call me for the appointment but haven't received anything, yet when I had called to see what had happened, they just end up being rude and say that I would have to call again the next day to schedule for an appointment.already happened several times during the same week!

I was waiting for a patient and needed to use a restroom. The woman taking temps at the door told me I had to see security. Security was rude to me and had attitude. He even yelled at the woman taking temps. So unprofessional. He's lucky he has a security job. Real law enforcement wouldn't ever hire him. Avoid this place unless it's your only choice.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. They don't help you and don't care about you as a patient. I have been going in for months for the same problem and they refuse to help they won't even send in referrals. I hilt recommend going anywhere but here. The homeless men across the street could probably help me more than they can.

I have been going to Family Health Center for many years now. My 1st NP was wonderful. The one I am with is great as well. What I have a problem with is getting through to make an appointment with my NP. Also I had surgery Sep. 21st. 2020. 6wks later I needed to start Physical therapy. I then needed a referral from my PN. So I called and left a message with the information needed my PN needed to fax over or call the PT office on Main St in Shrewsbury.

I left many messages I still haven't been able to go to PT. Besides when I call im on hold for 50min. 45 min. More than once while waiting to be connected after waiting for many min. I get disconnected. I think uts time to find a new Doctor. I should be able to reach my doctor. Without run a round. its very frustrating.

Horrible service! Every time you call you're on hold for 30 minutes +, assuming you don't get hung up on. If you have an appointment for 1 you may be seen by 1:30, if you're lucky. I've been trying, since February, to get diagnosed (again) for ADD and my doctor literally could care less about my mental health; missed 3 tele-health calls and scheduled a walk in without letting me know.

My prescriptions constantly get denied by them even though they've prescribed them in the first place. It's like the people working here got their jobs through a town lottery; no actual job skills.

These people are issuing covid test with everything being scribbled in and the test performed not being identified at all. my father had to board this past sunday 10/25 and was denied to board because these people DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I called Monday am and spoke to Iris and she said yes they know the covid team has not been doing paperwork correctly and they had multiple complaints. she said her manager was going to a meet that morning about it. she took all my fathers info and my info and said we would get a call back. no call back at all. now i have a bill for a bad covid test, no plane ticket, and we lost our 72 hr window for arrival in the country. not to mention no test results are being documented in their system since their computers are down. which the airline also asked us about. this unacceptable.
