Great staff. Easy to schedule/reschedule appointments. My wife and I both go here and recommend it.

My husband, Myself and children all go here. The women in the front office are sweet and diligent about our appointments getting scheduled so we don't miss a checkup. The dental hygienist take their time to ensure we have a exceptional cleaning experience every time. The dentist is friendly and try's to get to know his patients the best he can it seems.

Dr. Bishop was great. He did a great job and had a nice bedside manner. I am making him my permanent dentist since I'm new to this area I need a new dentist. His assistant was great also. She was gentle and kind. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office! :

I have been going to Dr. Williams for years now. Even though I now live in Florida, I still make my appointments to see him when we come up to visit family. He and his staff are who I trust with my dental care. They are always friendly, courteous, and HONEST!

5 stars to the assistant, but the dentist honestly felt like he didn't care much. The assistant cleaned my teeth start to finish, and did a good job. Dentist came up for maybe 3 minutes, told me nothing was wrong and I was good to go. Except the root of my tooth is exposed and my tooth is breaking because it's dying. He hardly even looked at my teeth and didn't fully listen to my concerns. Told me he has no idea how my tooth broke. Even though the roots are obviously exposed in my gum line.

If I could leave less stars I would. This was the worst experience to a dental office I have ever had. I repeatedly asked for an appointment as quickly as possible, was told they had time to get me in early, for me to wait 35 minutes to be seen. Being a new patient that didn't bother me, but then even after I asked how long this process would take I was lied to by the staff about time (when I said before I came in I had something to do with my mother and sister).

I don't blame the hygienist who seemed confused that I wasn't expecting to get xrays, but I filled all the paperwork to get my xrays sent from my previous dentist. I was looking for a family dentistry close to home and drove an hour from my parents house to try out this place because of the reviews. It was probably one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I would absolutely not recommend this place to any new patients.

Staff can be rude. Not understanding to life situations happening. Dentist ok but seemed rushed. Got multiple calls for an appt reminder and then the appt was cancelled the morning of due to no power. Not a great experience three different occasions. My family will not be back.

Several issues with multiple appointments not just around scheduling. front desk staff rude and dentist not personable. Advised the dentist my family would not be returned and continue to review mail communication and phone calls. Not responsive to the wishes of the customer.
