We contacted The Family Dental Practice, as my husband was in a lot of pain as his Dentist let him down on an emergency appointment. Anthony Sheppard was Extremely accommodating & understanding with finding a cancellation slot. After examination the tooth was extracted very professionally and pain-free. The staff and Anthony were very friendly and professional & have gained themselves 2 new very happy patients! Would definitely recommend this practice. A VERY BIG Thankyou

Long and painful experience. Came in to this practice to fix front tooth when Composit filling broke off. Have been advised by young female dentist that I need a veneer. She sounded very reassuring, agreed on six top raw veneers. Six months and five thousand pounds later I've got those veneers in. Let's forget for a while that on one of those sessions I was injected an elephant dose painkiller, which made me sneeze, caugh and choke while under a drill, my face was swollen and painful to to touch for two days.
But it seem to be that the young female dentist and their dental technician doesn't know what a symmetry or vertical line is, which normally children learn that at the age of 6. So ended up with wonky teeth. Money down the drain!
