Everyone was so helpful and upbeat. I am a kidder as a person and found them to be joyous. They found my issues started asap on the repairs. I am very happy to have them.

Dr Miller is a wizard! All dental work from him.crowns, a bridge, cavities are all wonderful. Highly recommended!

Got right in even as a new patient for emergency extraction. Dr Deane made me comfortable & was personable & professional. She & her assistant pulled 2 troublesome teeth & developed a plan for future extractions. Even called me the next day to check on me.

I do Wish I could recommend Smile Dental in C-Falls. But I left this business with a bad taste in my mouth, a feeling that I'd been taken advantage of. I was quoted $250 for a cleaning and necessary X-rays. I was then given a full set of x-rays and a panorama which I did not consent to and was charged $327 upon leaving. My experience with the hygienist Cristina was wonderful and Dr. Miller seemed lovely.

But I felt there was no communication between secretaries/billing and operators. I am not likely to return. As a paying customer it leaves a sinking feeling in my chest to know I was told, in confidence that I would receive only necessary x-rays and would pay far less than was the result. Compassion and direct communication between staff could easily solve this problem.

This dentist office ( Columbia falls) is hands down the best dentist I have ever been too! They were able to help me in ways others havent and now I won't be in pain any longer! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Smile Montana has given myself and my family great care in a clean environment with a friendly team. They have been easy to work with for scheduling and have multiple locations, which can be helpful. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but they have made things much more comfortable when I'm there. I highly recommend their team and services.

I had a great time getting my teeth checked out and cleaned! Thank you Emily and all of the team for helping keep me calm after not visiting the dentist for about 5 years. Awesome job guys

Dr. Hoffenbecker is soooo competent, kind and obviously wants the best for her patients. She chooses to save teeth rather than just pull them if they appear to be difficult. Being able to create a crown right there is the office is SO efficient and amazing! She's the Best

Zoe was amazing. I love Emily and will keep going to her, but my husband has been raving about Zoe for the last couple of years. It was wonderful to finally meet her and she was wonderful. Gentle, thorough. kind and very friendly! Smile Montana is the best dentist office we've had in Montana. Thank you all!

I didn't have a problem with the dentist or staff members as they were all very friendly, but I was told by staff members at the whitefish location I had a cavity under a tooth they had fixed/filled and they would fix the problem a month later free of charge, and not billed to my insurance, but I would have to wait a month and visit the C. Falls location instead.

Long story short I ended up paying out of pocket for this procedure, and dental care is not cheap! Added it would be nice if they would clean the glasses from the last patient, and or wipe down machine's and lights of spit, dirt, and dust!

As always the wonderful people at Smile Montana treated me with kindness and professionalism. Christina is a sweet and very talented dental assistant! She was so kind and careful. Everyone is so kind there. I highly recommend Smile Montana!

Friendly staff and excellent care. I went to see them because I was in pain. They were able to get me in Right away.

Employees were very friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. Mine was an emergency while visiting town and they got me in very quickly.

I have kept giving Smile Montana a try and I am glad I did. Doctor Miller is knowledgeable and I am having an implant installed by him. Yesterday he put the anchor portion in my gum and it went smoothly with little discomfort. I have always had teeth issues and have seen many dentists in my life. Doctor Miller is one of the good ones.

We have used this dentists office for years. We went to get our teeth cleaned a couple of months ago (during Covid-19) and they did a great job of keeping people safe (everyone masked, no one in the waiting room, etc). Today my husband went in there and this has all changed. The receptionist had her mask only covering her mouth (not her nose) and she was coughing.

The waiting room has been reduced in size and you have to wait there (no more waiting in the car to be called). As older higher-risk patients, we are so very disappointed with this clinic right now.

Absolutely love this office from the front staff, hygienists, to the dentists! Extremely professional, caring and always willing to explain things in full details and are ready to answer any of my questions. I would recommend anyone to this office. Thank you for all that you do and for helping me get back on track with my dental care!

I really appreciate this office. Ive been to both Kalispell and Cfalls locations and have been happy with both. I disagree with some of the other reviews as I did not have any issues. I just know that if i have questions, to ask them to make sure I know what i need to know at any office I see. Ive been to and called around to other dental offices in the valley and have found Smile MT to always be very informed.

To add another note, I have never been called from any office I have an appointment with more than 3 days in advance. Not sure why someone would expect 5-7 business days?. What i know is alot of these reviews do not match my experiences with them as a dental provider. It seems most of them are about billing and as someone who works with insurance, its very frustrating to deal with insurance sometimes and they have alot of weird rules so jut make sure your frustrations with Smile shouldnt actually be aimed at the insurance side, since i have been happy with all of my care. Thanks Smile MT for taking care of me and my family!

Lied to me on the phone about the initial cost. Very disappointed in their service. If you want to use this office, as I as many questions as possible about the costs BEFORE going.

We were 2,000 miles from home on vacation and my son got a really bad toothache- they fit us in first thing the next day and fixed him up so we could continue on our way- very clean office, nice staff and doctors. Highly recommend!

First let me say that the staff was incredible and until this experience my wife, both of our kids, her family and I all went to this dental office. I have dental insurance and was in need of a root canal. When I first went into there office I was adamant about sitting down with them and contacting my insurance company to figure out exactly what my portion out of pocket would be. WE DID THIS!

They told me my entire out of pocket expense would be $187 and that it could just be billed to me. I was fine with this. Not long after my appointment I received a bill for $405.60. I thought this must just be a mistake and they seemed like a respectable business so I contacted them to have it corrected and to send me the new bill with the correct amount.

On the third time speaking with them they tell me the extra amount was from them having to shape my filling to get it prepared for a crown which was never agreed upon nor discussed. (Im having to go to another dentist to get my crown now) After speaking with them three times I never received a corrected statement. A month or so after I received a call from a man named John and asked if I could meet him.

Me thinking this might be something thats being corrected met him at Super One in Columbia falls only to be served with a court document from a company called collection Bureau Services, Inc. for a judgment placed against me for not only the $405.60 plus filing fee, interest, etc. Today while at work I receive wage garnishment papers of 25% of my paycheck until an outstanding amount of $893.95 is paid in full Filed with the Flathead justice court.

Now I get to contact an attorney next week, Call the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Etc. All over $187. This has now become a huge problem just to not be scammed. I also see another person has commented with a similar experience. Take your business to a dental office you can trust and that is not just trying to get your money.

I hate going to the dentist and it took me several years to get the nerve up to go back after having another horrible experience my previous dentist. Smile mad me feel comfortable and reassured me that no matter my situation they would take be able to take care of it and it would be alright and not cost me an arm and a leg. They were more concerned about my well-being. A very refreshing change!

Very friendly and efficient dental office. I only needed x-rays and a routine teeth cleaning so I don't have any experience with "problems". I would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that they tried to overbill for the cleaning. I did not need a deep cleaning which they were going to try and bill for and was not given one. When I brought this to their attention, that extra charge was removed.

Dr. Miller is the best! I was in town on vacation and had a toothache. Turns out, I needed the dreaded root canal and cap. He had such a calming demeanor about him that my nervousness was minimal. Most dentist that I've been to require a few visits to give me my crown. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me my crown the same day using this fancy machine he has in his office. The tooth feels great and looks great, thanks Dr. Miller!

Columbia Falls Family Dental, is the best in the state of Montana. I am not crazy about going to the dentist because I don't have the best of teeth and I have a hard time coping with the pain. Columbia Falls Family Dental, has been very patient with me, and they go at my pace to get through the appointment. I used to have to take anxiety medication before my dental visits, but not since going to Columbia Falls Family Dental. They do a great job and I tell everyone that asks me where to go that they need to go there and they will not want or need to go anywhere else.
