If you have dental insurance, we file claims as a courtesy for our patients. A 8% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $300 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented, or in advance of scheduling the appointment. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit and Wells Fargo.

I can't recommend the Dentist to anyone. After a bad experience a year ago, I can't let it go. My letter of complaint went unanswered.

I found that they were not trustworthy. I even allowed management an opportunity to resolve the issue and money was more important than a fair resolution. SAD

My sons (11 & 13) and I had our first negative experience at Fallin Dental this morning. We arrived at our appointment only to be turned away because I am a nurse. We have had this appointment for months and their office had sent numerous texts and emails confirming our appointment prior to arrival. We have been going to Fallin Dental for years so they are aware of my occupation.

Once we arrived, 3 employees came out to our vehicle for a "screening" prior to entry. They stood outside our vehicle and asked a series of questions. They confirmed that I was still a nurse and asked if I had been around any Covid19 patients? I said yes, but we all wear the required PPE. Personal Protective Equipment. After that answer, one of the screeners immediately walked back inside not saying a word.

I felt bad for her just walking away so I added (once again) we haven't been sick or have shown symptoms most likely due to the strict protocol and training. The two remaining screeners asked us to stay outside in the car as they went inside. They were inside for about 5 minutes when 1 screener returned to our vehicle. She said, "Dr. Shelly said sorry but y'all can't been seen until the pandemic is over".

I said I don't understand, y'all saw my husband for his appointment just a week ago. She said "sorry, we have turned away a lot of nurses." I replied "well, you should turn away all the nurses prior to their arrival so we wouldn't waste a morning driving here". And if we would have known, we could have made an appointment elsewhere because we have dental needs.

This was a very upsetting experience. People everywhere, from going to the grocery store or Walmart could be exposed and not even realize it. Also, we take extreme measures in our unit and wear the proper PPE.

Very poor customer service. When feedback was shared it was ignored. They are about dollars and not people.

Dental work is less than par but even with good insurance they still charge a lot, very expensive $$$$. I am giving them 1 star because of how they treated me as a client. After giving them the required money for a filling, a few months later they sent a notice saying that if I didn't pay an additional charge they would send the $50 bill to a credit collections agency.

They failed to realize that I had an apt with them only 3 days after I got the letter and I canceled that apt ASAP. Don't let this company bully you even though you are a faithful client. I don't recommend Fallin.
