The aftercare was top notch! The entire staff was familiar with my status and Dr. Ramsey was always within reach for anything I needed. Thank you and your team for making what I thought would be a horrible experience a pleasant surprise with my upper implants. I'll be back this year for work on the lower teeth.
Dr. Cyrus Ramsey was born and raised in McLean, Virginia where he attended Langley High School. He graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. While there he played division-one rugby for three years. Dr. Ramsey received his BA in psychology from Catholic University and continued his studies at George Mason University majoring in chemistry.
Dr. Yost Smith grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and earned his undergraduate degree in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During this time, he spent a year conducting materials science research at the Helmholz Center in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Smith subsequently earned a D.M.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating top of his class.

I have had a great experience at Fairfax Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I was able to get an appointment on very short notice in order to get a very painful tooth extracted. The procedure was done professionally and quickly. I am scheduled to get an implant.

Dr. Jonathan Park is great at what he does. He's removed both of my wisdom teeth and each time I've appreciated the small incisions he made and the quickness of the procedures. His staff is so professional and helpful.

Needed a post implant to replace an old crown. Dr. Liu was great. Very quick and painless. Just the thought of getting a post implanted into my jaw bone was frightening enough but Dr. Liu put me at ease right away. Just a bit of Novocain and I wouldn't feel a thing. I thought the rest of the day as the numbness wore off I would really feel it, but nope! No pain at all. Definitely an expert in his field.

The office does an unnecessary CT-Scan that is not covered by insurance on 85% of their patience. We did a consultation and decide to find another oral surgeon to remove our daughter's wisdom teeth. We ended up paying $377 for the CT-Scan most oral surgeons do not do.

This was a pleasant surprise - I had a tooth extracted today, and I was quite anxious before the surgery. But Dr. Park and his team are first-rate and made the process go very well. Of special note, surgical assistant, Kristin, was very kind and gentle, and helped me through the process, talking me through what to expect and even comforting me during the surgery.

She was really fabulous. Ashley was also a pleasure to deal, with a nice comforting personality, as were the rest of the staff - Destani, Paulina and Sabria. A surprisingly positive experience, especially when I think about how much I was not looking forward to having a tooth pulled. Five stars for Dr. Park and his whole team. Thank you.

The opposite definition of a kind, caring, compassionate, patient, qualified, confident, well intended oral surgery practice. Look elsewhere, as they recommended I do, and read on why if you wish to know. Extremely uncomfortable after visiting this facility. Discussed with the doctor the procedure, committed to it, and began making plans to follow through- the doctors assistant then called me to inform me that the doctor could not "meet your expectations" and would not be treating my dental issue.

When I asked then and there what was the issue was.crickets. No explanation/resolution. Unprofessional in my opinion. The assistant even offered other surgeons because I guess they are better than the one at her practice. Left feeling anxious and scared after the call thinking that my condition was much more grave (given I thought I met with a qualified professional who at the meeting told me he could handle my condition); that there was something wrong with my approach.

After reading- the only thing I can say is that it seems questions make this provider uncomfortable and I made them think I did not have a great job (I do), which probably factored in their decision to not see me in my opinion. I deserve dental care. I am a novice when it comes to dental work. I served in the military for six years, having served on active duty during time of war.

At times I did not get dental care because I was persuaded to not do so by my superiors. This caused PTSD and I am once again living it given this facility is making it hard for me to see treatment in a positive way. I only ask that the practitioner healing me approaches me with kindness and patience. Explains the reasoning behind things. This office has not written back in private despite asking for a written response as to what the doctor meant when he rebuffed my request for care insinuating something may be wrong with "my expectations."

I was concerned about effects if having 2 teeth pulled a couple weeks ago. Upon contacting the Reston office around 11am, they were able to get an appointment at 245. My experience in both facilities were very positive on the professional and courtesy they displayed. Highly recommend Dr. Park. Thank you for making me feel important

Dr Capps is the best! His bedside manner is unmatched. My whole life, I've had nothing but bad experiences with dentists. But he has changed my perception. Pain-free extraction is unheard of, but that is what he gave me. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience! May God bless you and your family!
